The other night, I had my friend prepare a cup of noodles for me. The first thing I noticed, is there were no vegetables in it. I asked him, and he told me there were never any in there to begin with. Next, as I stirred the noodles, I found what ended up being a very disturbing discovery. It looked similar to an herb, but looked like a bug to me. Jokingly, I asked if he had put a bug in my food. As I looked closer, I realized how unfunny the situation was. I found what looked like several (dead) worm/maggot looking bugs in my cup of noodles. I looked under the light and realized that there were in fact tons of dead maggot/worms in my food. Luckily, I hadn't started eating it yet.
I have looked all over online and have found very little if any information on how to contact the company. The package contains no information on how to contact them, and the only information I could find was that they reside in Irvine, CA. I know this is a very cheap product, and I payed next to nothing for it, but never in my life have I discovered something so disgusting and upsetting in my food. I've been a ramen noodle fan for quite some time, but after that find, and seeing that they provide no contact whatsoever, I am very disappointed in the company. I can probably get over this experience and still consume the blocks of noodles, but never again will I trust another cup of noodles.

Happened to me today. Cup o' noodles instant lunch. I only wish I was making this up! Larvae, pupa, whatever the heck it was, floating in the soup. I've never been more disgusted. Thank you all for contributing to this forum.
There were two hairs found in my noodles. There will be no more eaten by me.

First World Problems!
I think that everyone needs to calm down a wee bit. I have eaten cup o noodles for 10 years and have never seen any bugs or maggots. Which by the way, other countries actually eat as a protein source. There are maggots in all of our pork, but they die when we cook the meat. If you let pork sit out over night, maggots will eat there way out, but nobody has stopped eating it? Cup o noodles are fine, the unlucky few who have bugs in there's is too bad. But I'm sure there are bugs found in a lot of other food. Go type in Google "Maggots found in my Ice cream" and hundreds of posts can be found. But you're not going to freak out and stop eating ice cream. Ya maggots are gross, but we live on planet Earth, we are far outnumbered by little critters, so ya our food might end up with them, but you're not going to die. Getting sick and throwing up over it is all in our fat American heads. I'm going to go eat a cup o noodle now, which I took out the contents and found nothing. Hurray!
I also found some weevil type bugs in mine nutritious and delicious lots o protein who knows could even be chicken weevils or something I got owned I noticed half way through my meal. I just wanted to post a pic.
Nutritious and delicious! I just wanted to post a pic!
Hey there everyone. When I was eating Teriyaki Yakisoba, I also found the vegetable pack taped. The tray was totally sealed without evidence of re-glueing, and the wrapping wasn't tampered with either, so it must have happened at the factory, or the factory where the vegetable pack was made.
beacuse of that i have been sick with ecoil a nd more i have all my results and the bugs, , ,
do not buy this product it is full of bugssssss

I think the worst thing happened to my boyfriend. He ate a cup of noodles in a school cafeteria. In the middle of
eating noodles he felt some large sharp object stock in his throat. It’s being 4 days since that and it is not going
away. He can feel how it moves deep in his throat.
We try to see a doctor but he didn’t look close or deep enough to find what that is. He was trying to convince us
that it is his imagination and even offered ant antianxiety pills.
We still don’t know what it is and how to get rid of it, he has hard time eating or drinking, it
fills like pretty big object.
My mom was sick and heated a Maruchan Cup of soup (shrimp) and found a fat worm in it. Looks like a night crawler, its so fat. We have bought these products for years and I will NEVER again consume anything from their company. I have lost complete trust in them and after hearing everyone else's experiences I wonder how they are still in business. What is being done about this?
Completely Disgusted.
Found some weird bug with wings in my Yakisoba ( sorry if I might have spelled that wrong but writing this quickly ) and I barfed .-.
I am now inspecting my Maruchan
Just found colony of maggot-like bugs in my instant noodles. Never again!
I can understand bug complaints but for all of the "They need to take out the MSG" and "It's too salty!" comments, don't expect to eat healthy at less than a quarter a pack! If you want healthy, shell out the bucks for it. Otherwise, be quiet
