gotta say, MASA Global is legit. They hooked me up with a flight to a bigger city with better medical stuff. They even took care of the ambulance ride to and from the airport. Definitely worth the money!

We signed up with MASA Global for life when we were in ***. Whenever we've needed an ambulance, they've quickly paid any remaining bills that our medical insurance didn't cover. Even now that we live in ***, they still pay quickly.

I joined MASA Global on 3/24/2022 but by 3/31/2022, we realized it wasn't the right fit for us. So, I sent them a letter to cancel our membership and get our $2760 back. We took the money out of our checking account. It's been almost a month now and we still haven't gotten our refund.

It was easy to file claims and I could even use email to do so. Financially speaking, because of her many ambulance trips, this was a great program for her. I have a policy also and will keep it.

I left feedback to the company and I never got a response. It makes me think they still do bizness like this.

I had a few times to deal with MASA for coverages for my old parents. Every claim I sent to them was dealt with promptly and the reimbursement check usually came in four to five weeks. I was so impressed with their service that my husband and I opened a MASA account a few years ago. Luckily, we haven't had to use their services, but we have peace of mind that MASA will be there for us if the time comes. I recommend this company to anyone interested in this type of insurance coverage. They have been remarkable. (Nicole P. was great to work with!)

masa global is great! they helped us out when we had to go to the hospital after a couple accidents and a medical problem. they were quick and helpful. we were worried it would be hard to get help but it was easy to make a claim and they took care of everything. we hope we don't need them again but it's good to know they're there just in case.

I wanna say thank you for being a company with integrity and who hires quality personnel. Judy Richardson was not only professional and compassionate, but she went above and beyond. The facility that she spoke with Aycock Funeral home to fulfill my father's contract was not at all cooperative and took our money on Monday, despite Judy making arrangements and having spoken with David at Aycock on Sunday and confirming via email that MASA was handling the contract. David made it seem as if all the trouble stemmed from MASA not wanting to pay, to which more anxiety was added to and otherwise already traumatic event in our home. Judy handled everything and we are receiving a refund. In addition, to the receiving funeral home in Michigan having sold the business recently and saying we hadn't paid when we set everything up in 2016, we had to also deal with more trauma after our loss. Judy was the only shining light in this sad, dismal week. She answered every call, email, and concern I had. Again, her ability to get things done and in such a compassionate manner was such a blessing. We are so thankful for her and your company's service. May others be blessed by Judy and your company.

Most peeps don't think 'bout ambulance or air flight bills they might hafta deal with in their lives. Thanks to MASA, I didn't have to worry 'bout this. My son was havin' severe breathin' issues and I was told he had to be air flighted to another hospital as he was declinin'. After transport and several days in the hospital, he was released to go home. It wasn't until after that I thought to myself 'he just took a helicopter ride 60 miles away'. Normally, I woulda stressed myself out not knowin' how I would even come up with part of the money to pay for this. I can say that I was able to focus on the healin' of my child as I knew MASA would handle the rest. I never had to worry with callin' MASA to see if this was paid. Never had to answer a million questions as to what happened and if this was a covered expense. Never even got a bill that I had to fight to get paid. MASA was there for me and even sent me a friendly letter lettin' me know they were pleased to pay my son's account in full. What a blessin' to know that there is somethin' out there that I can pay a small amount each month knowin' in a crisis that my family is covered. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience I had usin' MASA. I would recommend them over and over again. As a member for several years already, I can say I am a lifer through MASA!

I been payin' for MASA for a few years now through my job benefits for me and my hubby since we travel a lot. Every year I wonder if I should keep payin' the $4.25 a paycheck for another year. When my enrollment came around on Nov 18th, I decided to keep payin' for the MASA membership. My son was due on Dec 18th but he came 3 weeks early on Nov 21st and had to go to a nearby hospital for underdeveloped lungs where he stayed for 6 days. About a month later, the medical bills started comin' in. The air ambulance bill was sent through insurance who only paid a small part of the bill. I went back and forth with the "patient advocate" from the helicopter company before she finally sent me the bill. The $64,800 bill for the 30 minute helicopter ride was CRAZY. I called MASA to see what I needed to do to send the bill to MASA and they gave me a few options to submit. I sent my request via email on March 2 and the bill was paid in full before I got the personally signed acknowledgment letter two weeks later. Nichole P. and her claims team was responsive, helpful and considerate. I will keep recommendin' this company and its services to everyone I know. I don't know anyone personally who has had to use MASA thankfully but my monthly membership has more than paid for itself. Knowin' this is not insurance but a membership is somethin' I will have no problem payin' for goin' forward. Bein' a member of MASA is truly a blessin'. Thank you MASA.

I read all the bad reviews about MASA Global, but I still wanted to share my experience. Lots of people say they don't call back, and I left a message about a complaint but no one called me back. I went to a presentation by a lady named ***. It was supposed to be at a restaurant in ***, ***, but she called us all that morning to say it was moved to a different restaurant. She talked bad about the first restaurant and said not to go there. During the presentation, she grabbed my flyer instead of being ready. After, someone complimented her, but she said she only cares if people sign up. She was really unprofessional and complained a lot. She said they won't come back to this area. I don't like this company.

MASA Global is not good. I gave them all the info they asked for but they won't give my cousin a refund. I had to go to the hospital for brain cancer and my cousin came with me. We had to fly from St. Croix to Jackson Memoria Hospital. I got surgery and was released a few days later. Because of COVID-19 and no insurance, I called MASA to get a flight back to the island. They said my cousin had to buy the ticket and then get reimbursed. I sent them the ticket and my release papers but they said no. I want my $196.40 back. They should have told us this when we were on the air ambulance.

My husband got a call from Masa, but we still couldn't get in touch with the salesperson. We emailed about canceling the policy. I tried to contact someone named *** on Monday 6/20, but she never answered and her voicemail was full. She said she would have *** call me back, but I'm still waiting. We want to cancel the policy because we were misled by reviews. If this is how they treat customers, what would happen in an emergency?

MASA Global messed up my cancellation instructions and made me waste $14.15 on postage. Here are the facts: 1) I went to a MASA presentation on August 19 at Blue Margaritta's in Washington IL and bought a $99 refundable trial membership. Lunch was good, thanks! 2) I decided to cancel and sent an email on Sept. 6, 2020 within the 30-day cancellation period. I marked it high importance and enabled delivery and read notifications. 3) I didn't hear back, so I called MASA customer service (CS) in early Sept for help. They told me to send a USPS cancellation with name, ID (XXXXXXX), phone number, return receipt requested, and certified mail, even though the agreement says you can email cancellation. I followed their instructions and mailed the notice on September 14, costing me $14.15. 4) The next day, before the USPS notice could arrive (USPS said it would take 3 days), MASA refunded my $99 to my credit card, apparently from the email I sent. 5) Since CS misled me, causing me to mail a second cancellation notice, I want my $14.15 postage refunded.
