Cannot stop this company (if you can even call it that) from sending me emails EVERY day with "matches" they have selected for me. I never even joined or paid them anything ! I was curious about Match.com and signed up for a FREE trial. Every day they send me emails with pictures of the creepiest looking men that I would never even think of talking to let alone date them! I have tried to stop these emails but it is absolutely impossible! They have no contact phone number and if I try to reply to the email to ask them to stop I am unable to, you can't reply to any email from them unless you click on the button to join Match.com. Someone please help ! These people must be stopped !
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have signed up for a 3 months membership. A week later I filled out a form not to be automatically renewed, at that point my membership was cancelled and I cannot log in into my account. Match.com still owes me a 3 months membership fee.
I was charged for an additional 6 months for Match.com without my consent. I wanted to be asked if I wished to renew. Now my account is locked.
Seniors beware. Match.com / SuccessfulMatch.com and Senior Match.com are all scams if you are really serious about finding a mate. There are GLITCHES in their system and their customer service people who monitor the system just do not care. They just want your money. Do not waste your money on this website.
Do not sign up and/or pay for a subscription to this website ! I paid for it and now cannot even access my own profile. Their Customer Service is purely an automated response, e.g. "Please clear your browser cache." etc. I have so far submitted 3 queries on the same issue and received no response whatsoever. Don't bother with this service and move on.
I am convinced the match.com creates fake profiles in order to lure new customers to subscribe to their website. I was not subscribed and received numerous winks and/or likes, and once subscribed, in order to reply, had no responses back from any of the people that contacted me! The activity dates would change from active yesterday to active over three weeks in a days time. So how do I prove that? I'm not sure...
I purchased a profile/account with Match.com and after one week I am unable to access my account although my credit card was charged. I am disstaisfied at this point with the service and would like a refund.
When I attempt to login the site saends a message that there is a problem with my account and to contact resolution@support.com
Started getting unsolicited emails from Match.com based on a fraudulent entry by an unknown party. Match.com has not responded. As far as I'm concerned, they are a SPAM-producing company.
Keep recieving e-mails (2 to 3 a day) claiming to be from match.com and claiming to have great deals. Thought I Unscribed a couple years ago do to scams and no responces. They also scam me on a six months garrentee or the next six months free.
I wish to cancel my subscription every time someone winks back at me their profile is missing so cancel my subscription now

They all seem to be the perfect men! They only want a quick lay!
I dated a guy on match for close to a year. His profile name was tall guy 75. Ladies be aware this person is married and also lies about his age. Its sad but this site is full of men with untruthful profiles. His sounded and looked so amazing. If it looks too good to be true it probably is.
Match.com is full of men just looking for a good time. They are
Not looking for a real truthful relationship. Ladies be careful about giving your phone number out too soon. And watch for profiles that come and go they are lairs.
Match is awful. I bought the service, but no girls ever replied to my messages (probably because they had hundreds in their inbox). I terminated my account, but they kept sending me emails. I clicked on a link in one (it wasn't a link to renew or anything), and it automatically charged my credit card again. They obviously did it on purpose, and I've heard other people have been ripped off this way by them before.
match is a great site, I met TONS of women and had like 30 dates from it! you only get what you put it and if you are a creepy dude how's that Match.com's fault?! THis is a bogus complaint ! you may need to check yourself, not the website.
I must let you know that a mistake happened with Canoodle, I accidently subscriped as I was browsing the website sometime ago last year in the summer. Would it be possible to be re-inburst for this mistake and could I also end the failed subscription as soon as possible, thankyou. Let me know your answer in whatever form needed please. My e-mail address is sid368459@yahoo.com and my name is Alan Porter.
Kind Regards, Alan Porter
Is the membership fees. The correct information. Unable to Sign In. Not receive any E_MAIL, I can not find any method: Phone or E_MAIL address, help me,
There were no good quality people. The people that looked good in the photos and paper were only promotional members just to make you think that you are communicating with the right person. Its only a hook. The people that they matched you up with, did not want me in their profile, especially the age group. Overall very badly run and there is fraud with their decent looking people who are fake and don't exist.
as of last night i am unable to log in my account to subscribe
i want to sign in in my account to this match.com but always appearing that the username and the password that i type is always incorrect what is this. i want to unsubscribe to this site.
I have had exactly the same issue with the site b2.co.uk. I entered into a trial for a month fo £5, found it to be below average, so stopped using it after a week and though that was that until £149 was taken out of my account. I received no receipt of payment or any email from them, and only after considerable checking did I find a small line under the email marked "receipt of payment" for my original £5 does it state they will automatically upgrade me to a 6 month package of £149, which they fail to say will come out of your account in one payment.
A complete rip off!
I cant logg in to my profile on Mach.com...its written that its a problem with my profile.can you help me to logg in

I've tried every which way to contact them and cannot find any way to do it - they should be fined and removed from the internet for how they harass us. I, too, never signed up - even for a free trial. As soon as I looked at the site, I started getting so-called matches many times a day - crazy ones, too. They are a terror on the 'net. How to stop them?! I'm at wit's end.
I do not want or need help from on line dating sites! You can't get rid of them. I've seen one guys face at least 25 times in the last year. Then there are the even creepier ones. Young guys that want to take care of older women. Yahoo, how could you allow such trash on your site. I am almost at the point of closing my yahoo. Acct. . I am 54 years old and not in great health. I wonder who told those creeps about it. Yahoo, was it you? If i ever decide to sign up for a dating site, it would be from my own research and my decision. Once again, stop these adds or you have lost another customer by letting too much of my private info to the public. I'm sure it is sold in some way. I hope you get the message.
This is terrible. I dont want anything to do with match.com. Would you please take me off of it. Youre driving me crazy. Youre annoying. Very bad bussiness ethics. Cant believe you dont take of this matter. What idiots. Take me off. T. Farrell. 6 / 23 / 14 5:53pm
Match.com is sending me unwanted/unrequested personal ads too - - apparently, some ### is using my email address as his spam drop and I cannot get this to stop.
All efforts to contact Match.com have been ignored - they simply don't care.
Match.com consists of a bunch of loser ### who take money for nothing and continually send unwanted and unsolicited emails. The website is a joke. They are in violation of interstate commerce laws and will be sued in a court of law for their fraudulent activities.
Thank God they did not get your phone number. If you want to warn then to cease the illegal activities write to.

I had a paid membership for about 6 months on Match. I removed my pictures, my information, and deactivated the account entirely. A month later, I was still getting emails, so I called a customer service rep. The gentleman I spoke with was polite and helpful. The emails stopped for about 3 months. They just started up again this summer. G-mail now marks them as spam, but that's not entirely solving the point. Match is just as bad as Comcast when it comes to customer service.
please stop this email madness we or most of us are requesting that you do not send us these emails this isnt a threat we just
want the option to respectfully decline the emails please configure an option on your mainpage
If you download the mobile app and run it in the background it stops the emaiks
I used match for about 3 months on a subscription. I cancelled it after that. And I subscribed from any further emails etc. yet a year later I am still get continuous emails from this site. I now have a bf. And it is causing fights between us. All for no reason! I tried every opt out and every way to unsubscribe from any further mail from match .com.
I do not want any part of the site anymore. Not have I for a long time. . Get me off your site and do it now! I was signed up through erin_willms@live.com Just take me off your list already. I can't stand this stress anymore
We are receiving daily spam emails to our company email used exclusively for customer support - obviously we never signed up for match.com and find it impossible to be removed from their spam list - the unsubscribe links are fake and no matter how many times we try to remove ourselves from the match.com spammer emails it fails to stop them from spamming us. We now report spam to Spamcop onine and several other spam reporting services but this does not seem to block them either - there should be a law against such abuse that jams our company email
i want 2 stop getting emails from matchbook.com my phone number is [protected] how do i stop it
