I have been blocked due to a pathetic none banter woman who takes life too serious. We all know women are a bunny boiler!
i have phoned your main office in america to say im taking you to court for discrimination towards men.

I signed up and paid for a subscription three days ago. The account immediately became locked. I called and Match support told me that my phone number had previously been used for another account (I've had the same number for 11 yrs and never been on match before). at the suggestion of the support person, I created a whole new email address and registered an account with a different phone number. It worked for two days, and got locked by the match "back office". I was told that my subscription would be refunded again (It was) and that I would receive an email with an explanation in 2-3 business days. I was involved in conversations with other members that I've now apparently lost. These people suck and should be avoided. There are better, more reliable services now.

I signed up for Match.com. After a couple of weeks I was locked out with a message to me saying an admin blocked my account. I know the rules and I violated none. I have called Match 3x and stubbornly waited on hold for as much as an hour when I did get through. I was told it was an error, abs simmering would get back with me. It has been months and no explanation, no call and no refund. My photo has also been active on Match, and it is not associated with me. I want an explanation of why I was blocked and a refund as I did not receive services I paid for.

I'm trying to delete my account, but when I put in my password and solve the captcha, the "continue" button is greyed out thus I can't log in.

I signed up for 6 months and paid in full with credit card.
First I noticed within 2 months that the matched they sent me where not subscribers. Of course I was emailing them and getting no response back.
I guess that's how they get people to sign up.
Second I found out that I was suppose to get boost but since I decided not to renew after 3 months i just remove my credit card however still had three months left. I received no replies from my emails or boosts even though I had three more months on what I paid for. People tried to respond to me however I never received messages.

I joined Match.com in June this year, and in July, decided the service wasn't for me, so cancelled my subscription, and cancelled my "automatic renewal". Since then, I have been billed a further TWO times for August and September. I have tried telephoning them, but there is an answer message, that basically says there is no-one to answer telephone calls, so am unable to speak to anyone in customer services.
I would be grateful if you would intervene on my behalf, with a view to getting me a refund for the two months that have already been taken from my bank account, and before the next payment is due to go out, as I can not afford it, which is why I cancelled it in the first place.

Termination of my account
I was terminated from my account last night because they said I'm married. I have been widowed for 2 years now. I am not married. I think another member lied about me and reported me as being married as retaliation. We had an argument the other day but we had made up and have a date set up. The reason I think it was him is because he is the only one I've met. I've only had been on for about 3 weeks. How can I appeal my termination when somebody else has lied about me?

On July 28th I was charged $124 dollars for a subscription that I did not authorize. When I called them and told them what happened, they said there was nothing they could do since I made the purchase. (Which I did not)
I was on the website on July 28th but didn't agree to buy anything.
My issue is that the people at match customer service refused to refund me.
When I asked to speak to a upervisor, I wad put on hold for an unreasonable amount of time so I hung up. Then I sent them 2 emails explaining my situation.
They never bothered to get back to me. This is ridiculous.
Note... I was not on auto renewal.
The simple fact that they never returned my 2 emails tells me this is a sleezy company. Plain and simple.

I called Match.com onJuly 27, 2021 on the technical issues line first and was given a referrence number of #3456 and told that my call would be sent to another department that specializes in this issue. He couldn't tell me why my account was blocked, I waited on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up.
I called again today July 28, 2021 and spoke with a woman in the customer service department who was able to pull up my account but didn't know why it was blocked. She gave me a new reference number of #[protected] and I waited again for 15 minutes. I waited 2 hours and called customer service back and let them know that I already had a reference number and she said the call would be expedited and was put on hold for 35 minutes. I used Match years ago, when it first came out and had an enjoyable experience with it. I signed up for a three month membership July 19, 2021. On July 23, 2021 I was browsing and was logged out of my account. My attempts to log back in resulted with a message that my account had been blocked.
As customer service hours are M-F 8AM-5 PM CST I waited until this morning to call. This was after I attempted to resolve via their website and got caught in an endless loop of FAQ's and "are you sure" pop up windows before submitting my complaint. The woman who answered my phone viewed my profile and then said another department would need to handle it. I was put on hold and have been on hold for over an hour now.
After reading and researching the consistency with which this problem occurs for others I regret signing up with Match again. I would like to receive a refund for my membership and know why my profile was blocked.
This company has gotten to big and to focused on cutting corners to make a larger profit.

A lot of companies operate without adequately experienced or adequately knowledgeable IT people to fix the problems encountered. It seems Match.com are yet another of these companies that have many issues resolving IT difficulties for their customers.
Ultimately this leads to customers' endless frustration and dissatisfaction and for some, unnecessary expense
Auto subscription renewal
I was told because I didn't turn off auto renewal and it was billed day before they ripped me off. One the account I signed up previously was accidentally used a email that doesn't exist. I wasn't paying attention. When I was charged they tried to fix the account it wasn't fixed and a unsancitioned attempt on my account was charged. I want all involved fired. This is a predatory business that will rip you off. They have gull to say godless after ripping you off. These companies think they can get away with moral superiority but fail. At morals. The abrahamic god said not to steal unless it's taxes.

Reported user 3 days ago and no response
I reported a user who reappeared on match.com 3 days ago. I reported him previously and he was rightfully removed. I know him because I met him online. He has 2 criminal convictions for domestic assault most recently charged dec 2019 and continues to complete community service. I know this because I was his last victim. He is a real risk to women and should be banned from online dating websites. In addition to reporting him via his profile I emailed via the contact us option yet he is still active on the website who have enabled him for days to contact women who may be at risk.

They do indeed come through the e-mail that I use: eirc.[protected]@aus.com
The only other e-mail that I use is eric.[protected]@gmail.com. However, I do not receive my preferences through that e-mail address. I have attached a copy of thee-mail that I receive to show you that eric.[protected]@aus.com is indeed the email used to send messages to me.
Please research this further and advise me how to go about continuing to receive these email notifications.
If need be, you can share my computer screen with me to detect whatever the issue or problem may be.
