Decided after more than a year without any introductions to terminate account. Found I couldn't log in. I can't find financial account information so I am worried they may have my account details and at some time in the future bill me for unwanted and unused services. All I have is a login user and password that won't work. Have they been hacked I wonder? I fear no news is bad news!
Cancelled for idiotic reason
I made a comment to one or two women about how they were limiting their possibility of finding true love by telling all Trumpsters to "swipe left". It was an innocuous comment, something they might not have thought of, that could help them with their love life. Obviously someone with a very THIN skin was insulted by me, and took it upon themselves to have me thrown off Match. kamala. This is penny-ante stuff that should not be allowed in a society that is supposedly populated with adults!

Problem with leftist is they always want you to swipe left. Don't try online dating, I find no one on dating apps actually want to date. If you actually serendipitously running into someone you were pleasantly chatting with online somewhere their first instinct is to run.

So I had been using the site as a free member occasionally, just kinda looking. On April 21st 2021 I subscribed to a 3 month deal. Welcome to premium it says. Ever since then I have been unable to log in. I have attempted to reset password 5-6 times. Each time I try to log in it simply says there is a problem with my account. I have made several attempts to contact Match.com via emails to resolve the issue or refund me, but have only had automated messages respond with possible solutions. I have tried all possible solutions and am certain the problem is not on my end but on the site. I have been getting very frustrated.
Desired outcome: For the problem to be resolved and subscription time reset or a full refund.

I am trying to reactivate my suspended account. The site will not accept what I thought was my password so I asked for a new password link to be sent.

I paid for a 6 month subscription on 12/29/20. All of my photos were professional and family friendly. All of my conversations were tasteful and appropriate, and on the very often occasion when a man would start an inappropriate topic I would end the conversation or just not reply. On 3/18/21 I was suddenly unable to access my account. I checked my email and saw that match had emailed me saying my account had been closed because I was sharing inappropriate photos that were "outside of what's welcomed by other members". I replied to the email asking for help since I knew there was nothing inappropriate about my profile. I received a short response stating that they could not give me any information about any profile, including my own, and that it would be pointless to contact customer support because they can't help me either. I then googled the number for customer support and the representative said he'd create a ticket to some other group who only responses via email. After 4 days I called back and asked for a supervisor. The supervisor may as well have been a robot because he just repeated the same thing over and over. He said the explanation was provided in the email. I asked him to please tell me which photo was offensive and he refused.
He also advised me that since the membership was an in-app purchase I would need to go through Apple to request a refund. I have absolutely no recourse, and any contacts I had made on the site now obviously think I've disappeared with no explanation. It is incomprehensible how a company with this large of a footprint in the US can operate in this shady manner. It's also incomprehensible how I've reviewed other posts with the exact same complaint going back to at least 2016. How is still being allowed to happen? I've contacted the BBB although I'm unsure what they will be able to do about the situation. More consumers should be warned before signing up for this "service".
Desired outcome: At the very least I’d like my money back in FULL. The best outcome would be for the company to be shut down or at least restructured to have the best interest of its clients in mind.
Not able to verify account
I got a 3 month subscription and when I try to verify my account I get no code to enter so I am not able to verify it so it becomes useless and a waist of money.So you can either fix this or give me a refund.I have never had this problem before so if you could rectify this I would appreciate that.

Over billed me by $283.86
I purchased an annual subscription in July 2020. I then noticed a $283.86 charge on my credit card from Match.com 1/27/2021. I called customer service and spoke with someone who looked it up and said that yes, there is a problem. He gave me ticket number and put me back on hold, saying that he can't fix it, another department will. It has now been 45 minutes I have been on hold with zero resolution. Before he put me on hold, I asked what the phone number was for the other department and he said there isn't one. So I am on hold hoping an praying that my phone doesn't drop. Wit this lack of concern for my over billing, I am beginning to wonder if this is a scam.
Desired outcome: Have my money fully returned to me WITH LESS HASSLE.
Account Blocked
I have now been blocked twice by Match.com. I follow their rules to the letter. I double checked and have found nothing in their terms of service that would render me being blocked. Here it is a Friday evening, I had a date lined up but now cannot get in contact with her.
This is the second time in as many weeks. Last time, they called me back and indicated it was because a few years back I had signed up for a free account. They un-blocked me after a day, and that was during the week.
They should really review why they block real human's accounts.

I was liked by a sex offender who lives in my area and who I had had contact with previously in my job. I felt very uneasy about him viewing my pics and profile and him having access to my information and can't understand how match has to approve your pics but can't look up a person on a state and or national PUBLIC sex offender database and deny a man who preys on young children access as a member?
