I called customer service because the 4 chairs that were delivered to me all looked like they had been sitting in the sun. My first 3 attempts to get someone to help with this issue were met with initial conversations followed by the customer service person saying "I need to talk to my supervisor and I will contact you later today". My 4th called resulted in the cs person saying that they would have someone come and exchange my chairs for new ones. The guys came last Monday but before they brought the chairs in one of the guys came in and said to his coworker that the chairs on the truck looked just like the chairs in my office. They left saying that someone would be in touch with me to establish another drop off and that has been a week ago. Please help!
Desired outcome: I simply want to get chairs that are comparable to the chairs I ordered in the store. Chairs that look cared for and not "ashy". Thanks.
