I ordered a car and they said it would come in the first week of April
I ordered a car and they said it would come in the first week of April. The website said it would arrive on 3/28. But then they said it got delayed. The new estimated time is 3/30-4/4, but it might be even later. I talked to three different people and they couldn't give me a clear answer. They were all so unprofessional. I'm really annoyed and frustrated with this dealership.

I went to Mazda of Orange to buy a car, but the way they treated me was really disrespectful and prejudiced. Martino, the finance manager, even talked down to me. And to make matters worse, they accused me of committing fraud on my credit application for financing. I bought a vehicle service agreement for $1689 and an auto care prepaid maintenance agreement for $410 for my 2020 Mazda CX-5. However, when I needed to service my vehicle, I couldn't use them. They told me I could use them at any Mazda dealership when I purchased them. But when I went for my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd maintenance service at *** Mazda in ***, I spent hours trying to contact the maintenance service agreement provider and Mazda of Orange for authorization. I ended up paying for the service myself. I tried reaching out to VJAY, the finance advisor at Mazda of Orange, through emails and voicemails to get an explanation for why I couldn't use the product I bought, but I never got a response. In January, I called Mazda of Orange to cancel these service agreements. It took months and multiple requests to finally get them canceled and receive a refund of $1277.14 and $311. The *** told me that our agreement hadn't made it into the system because it was entered manually.
