So, I wanted to let y'all know about my experience with Mentality Co. (mentalityofficial.com). I placed an order back on November 29 of last year and got a notification that it was on its way. But then I checked again and it hadn't even been shipped yet. What the heck, right? So, I decided to shoot them an email on December 20 to see what was up. Know what they told me? That the postal service is all backed up and they couldn't ship it out just yet. But come on, it's been weeks! Anyway, since then I've sent like six different messages trying to get some answers, and it's now January 5 and I still haven't heard back from them. It's super lame because I was really stoked for my stuff, but now I don't even know if I'm going to get it at all. It's a sorry experience to be forced to go through such hardships. It's a shame because younger athletes seem to flock towards this site. It's necessary to do better people! If you don't know how to manage a business, don't even start one.

To make matters worse, customer service was quite dismissive of my concerns. They emphasized that they had shipped over 100,000 shirts and that sizing was never an issue for them. But this response did not help at all! It feels like they're saying, "We're big enough that we don't care about one customer." They were dismissive and unhelpful - which made it seem like they never cared in the first place.

This whole situation is just not acceptable. After all, we had already paid for these items. I am so angry that I cannot even describe it! So, folks, my honest suggestion is that you should not even think about ordering anything from this company, unless you want to face some severe disappointment! The products we are eagerly waiting for are nothing but their bracelets, which are now being offered at half the price that I paid in full.
