I called twice and the woman answering told me that they would call me back.
I almost never write bad reviews but they still havent called back and I am so upset by my recent experience that I find myself just having to share it.
I Went in to get safety recalls taken care of, since I was leaving it for a couple days I decided to pay for a total inside detailing.
It was over $200 but I pay over $100 at delta sonic and they arent very detail oriented. Also, I have suede seats that I just dont trust them with.
But now I could Finally have my seats taken care of and was looking forward to it.
Of course, you assume its a Mercedes Benz Dealer after all, they know how to properly clean seats!
How So So wrong I was! My cherished Babys seats were destroyed!.
They were black, smooth and soft before but now it they are a washed out dark grey and actually pilled like a sweater!
I cant imagine what kind of cleaning solvent that wasit looks like someone forgot to dilute the concentrate and it dissolved the protective layer and a few upper layers leaving a mess behind.
Its worse in the front, as if they started with the drivers side and as they went around the car realized that there was a problem since the damage seems to lessen as you around the car clockwise.
As you can see, Ive given this much thought and I just cant wrap my head around it? How could they not know how to care for their own materials?
I am on Social Security Disability with a fixed income. Thats why this car has so much meaning to me and why I have such low mileage and keep such good care of it.
I am so frustrated and dont know what to do up against such a big dealership. They still havent called me back, they are mostly focused on sales not servicing previous purchases.
Desired outcome: Fix/repair seats 🙏🏻
Provide better customer service and resolve this issue asap
ON September 9TH 2015 I MADE APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE "A".Originally i leased this vehicle from Rochester location.This is my second worse experience with Neil Tata service rep.Today he said we don't have a loner vehicle and also shuttle we can drop you up but we can not pick you up after 5pm service done.This is the first dealership i ever seen shuttle is not available after 5pm.I request a lot and explain the situations about my two younger kids i have to have a car on same day and he act so rude and UN professional.Neil Tata said then go to your Rochester location and pick up your car without service today.So i would like to talk service dept manager and also without any help he said your car is outside and go.In past i had Lexus 470, BMW, land rover and MBenz e350-2008(Rochester).So this bitter taste of service i think this is last MBenz product.I will never step in even at Mbenz service locations any where in the country.I think this buffalo location is loosing business because of customer service is so poor.I would like to open a complain in head quarter too and BBB better business bureau.I hope some one provide better customer service and resolve this issue asap.Thank you.
