Galant 1992
Good afternoon, dear representatives of Mitsubishi.
I am a private person and I write only on my own behalf.
I am the owner of a 1992 Mitsubishi Galant, with a 1.8 liter gasoline engine.
It so happened that I bought a car from the previous owner with a malfunction: the electronic engine control unit was flooded with water. All my close people dissuaded me from this purchase, but I like the car and I would like to take it on a trip around my country with my family.
Please tell me if it is possible to purchase an original control unit from you, what are the possibilities to buy it?
I am grateful in advance for the answer.
Sincerely from Belarus...

I got my xpander cross2023 from, Mitsubishi Baguio. I even gave them a perfect score for the survey but when I have a problem with my car which it's not yet fixed, no one gives me an update about when will my car be fixed. It's been six months already. They can't even give me any updates. Please help me. I have friends who will be getting their cars soon. But how can I recommend Mitsubishi if your service is absolutely bad. Not sure if I have to escalate the situation to a lawyer just so I can get a fast response. How long do I have to wait to get my car fixed? My insurance company already paid you guys.
Desired outcome: immediate action

I own a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander SE Limited. I have had the rear door bottom siding seal fall off 4 times already. Dear Officer In Charge,
I have bought a vehicle (Mitsubishi Xpander 2023, Chassis No. MK2L6W1Y8PN002342, Motor No. 4A91430KBK0538), from your agent in United Arab of Emirates, who confirmed me that the warranty is applicable in my home country (Egypt), where I have dispatched the car (Cairo, Egypt), but unfortunately when tried to register the vehicle with Mitsubishi Egypt, they declined my right of the warranty, arguing that I didn't bought the car from them, subsequently I have a new Mitsubishi car with no warranty coverage?!
Thank you, in anticipation of your positive feedback please.
Best Regards.
Desired outcome: Please cover the vehicle with Mitsubishi warranty in Egypt.

I recently purchased a 2023 Outlander from the dealership in Augusta GA. Since purchasing the outlander I have had issues with the ventilation system in the vehicle releasing fumes in the car. I made Mitsubishi aware of these issues immediately. I was told by the service department that this issue has been one of other owners of the 2023 Outlander but there...

Mitsubishi outlander
My outlander has had a host of problems. I have always complained to the service agents and have been moved from one service centre to another on the recommendation of Mitsubishi Customer Service malaysia.
One of the complaints was in regards to the gears shifting of my car. Both service centers have told me there was nothing wrong with the car and I just did not know how to drive the car..
Now 2 months after warranty, the cars transmission has given up. They have taken the stand that warranty is over and refuse to entertain any request.
Mitsubishi Malaysia's head of customer service has refused to meet me to discuss the matter.
The service centers have been negligent in the servicing of my car and have not taken my complaints seriously which has resulted in the transmission giving way.
As directed by a tribunal, Mitsubishi malaysia was required to give me the email and name of Customer's service in Japan. They gave me Mr Fukushima name. I ha e written to him. The response was that they will get Mitsubishi Malaysia to respond. This is inspite of telling him that they are not responding at all.
Mitsubishi Japan has to get intouch with me. I have sent an email to crd.[protected]@mitsubishi-motors.com for a proper response.
Desired outcome: They have to change my transmission under warranty as its a complaint I made under warranty which they ignored.
2022 mitsubishi outlander se
My 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander did not come with a spare tire but it came with an inflatable pump. So two days ago I had a flat on my back passenger side due to a brake caliper bolt that fell off and it damaged my rim. I was stringent for 8 hours in the driveway of Love’s where the big truck comes in and out. I could not put a tire on the rim because the broken brake caliper bolt damaged the rim and the tire wouldn’t hold an air psi. The weather was in the 3 digits with the heat index it was 117 degrees so I got dehydrated. I called my car insurance agent for a tow truck and it took 6 hours for them to find me a tow. I had to pay $242.00 before they would start to find a towing truck. So seven hours later the towing truck came and “he said I can’t tow this car thirty miles to the dealership because car is an all wheel drive” so he towed my car about 2 miles to a friend house. Now it was 7:55 p.m. at night and it was too late to call for another tow truck. So the next day I called the Mitsubishi tire warranty and I had to wait another 3 hours for them to get a tow truck to me. The tow truck came and towed my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander SE to the nearest Mitsubishi dealer in Saltillo Mississippi. On the third day I called the Mitsubishi Dealer to see what the problem was with my vehicle and it took them until 5:57 p.m. for the serviceman to call me back and he said that “it was a bolt that fell off the brake caliper and I had to order this bolt” so I asked about a rental car and he said “that its too late to get a to rental car”. Mitsubishi Dealer said “It will be Monday before I can get a rental vehicle, thanks.
Desired outcome: My 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander SE is at the car shop in Saltillo Mississippi.
Geez sorry to hear your story , but if I may say , my son just bought the outlander base model ES 2023 , I watched so many videos on you tube and found that a compact spare , also known as a space saver spare from a Nissan Murano between the years 2003 up to 2015 will fit the outlander , make sure the bolt pattern is 5 x 114.3 mm and the hub center pattern is 66.1 mm and tire size is T 165 90 D 18 , we found one at a local scrap yard $ 75.00 ,then get yourself a good 3 ton hydrualic jack and two jack stands and your good to go , if you have se or sel or gt or phev models then you got the 20 inch wheels but the bolt pattern and the center hub pattern is the same as 18 inch wheels so the spare I mentioned above will fit and get you to the closest garage station to fix your flat tire or blow out , you can also buy what is called a scissor jack at least a 2 ton , cost alot less , but the 3 ton hydraulic jack is much safer and can lift this suv higher , hope this helped you , and if you remove all the stuff under the 3 rd row seating that compact spare will fit nicely under the 3 rd row seats and you can still use those 2 little seats back there , Mr. Canada Montreal :) enjoy your outlander
I am complaining about the lack of service.
My name is Marcia James, and I purchased a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross on [protected] at the Mitsubishi dealership in Mobile AL. The address is 3024 Airport Blvd. I reside in Florida, so I have been on the phone for two days trying to get a Bill of Sale faxed over to the Gadsen County Tax Collector office. The gentleman that I spoke to that handles the Bill of Sale on [protected] told me that he was going to correct it and fax it over to the Gadsen County Tax Collector office. I called the Gadsen County Tax Collector office on [protected] to confirm if they received the Bill of Sale the young lady that I spoke to said that they had my paperwork and that they were just waiting on the Bill of Sale. So, he did not fax the Bill of Sale over on [protected] like he said he was going to do. I have been on the phone for two days trying to get this resolved and I have had no luck. I have made my first payment and I can't even get a Bill of Sale faxed over in a timely manner. Yesterday [protected] the only person that I was able to get on the phone was the operator. The temporary tag expires today [protected]. The police are not going to stop them. They are going to stop me. I asked my brother if he would go to the dealership to get the Bill of Sale and a temporary tag. I should not have to involve my brother who lives in Mobile AL. This treatment definitely shows a lack of consideration for the customer. My phone number is [protected].
James Mitsubishi in Greece NY Lying to customer
On 06/01/2023 I call James Mitsubishi at 4:30 PM and spoke to Ethan which is a salesman. I wanted to check on two Black Eclipse Crosses to make sure the were in stock. I provided the two ID numbers that I found on the web site. He checked in the computer and stated that both were on the lot. I told him I am driving from Buffalo NY and wanted to be sure before I drove 70 Miles. Iset an appointment for today 06/02/2023 at 10:15. When arrived I met Ethan and then he checked for the vehicles and said they were sold but he had different colors in stock. I told him he was a liar and am very upset that I had to make a 140 mile trip and thruway tolls because he lied to me. This is the worst dealer ship I ever dealt with.
Desired outcome: $75.00 in milage and toll cost
Mitsubishi Outlander phev 2023
I have a few complaints regarding this car. The more minor ones include having the passenger Airbag light on the dashboard turn on after a few days of my purchase. They didn't know what happened, so they did a test of the system to fix it.
Another issue i had was the washer fluid kept leaking on the floor from the day I left the dealership. They had to replace a part to fix it. They didn't have the part on-hand and told me it would take a few days to receive and someone should call me to book an appointment to go back for them to fix it. Almost a week later, I still didn't get a call, so i decided to contact them myself. They got the part but said they were booked for weeks. Out was an inconvenience but fine it was fixed.
Not the worst one of all... When I bought the car, they told me that the doors don't lock if the keys are inside. It is the second time in a few weeks that the doors lock with the keys inside. Except today, my dog got stuck inside the car in the scorching hot sun and almost died. I tried calling Mitsubishi to see if they can contact someone to unlock it cause i have an emergency service, but there was a voice message that said there was a high wait to speak to someone.
I have had nothing but a bad experience with this car so far.
Desired outcome: Fix the problem and pay a good sum of money otherwise I will take legal actions for almost killing my dog.
Mitusbishi pajero sport 2018 registration ehd33x
I purchased this vehicle form Cricks Mitsubishi Tweed Heads, it is a 2018 model and it has just completed 100,000kms. Last week, on a trip to Sydney the car broke down and had to be towed into Port Macquarie following an NRMA inspection. The car was left with PMB Mechanical (invoice available) who initially identified that at least one of the fuel injectors was leaking. Upon a fuller inspection it was determined that No 3 and No 4 injectors were faulty and leaking. These two injectors had to be replaced and the other two had to be reconditioned. The total cost of these repairs was $3,547.10
This vehicle has been routinely service since it was purchased, service records are available if required.
I am extremely disappointed that this diesel vehicle has required such expensive repairs at just 100,000kms, frankly I had expected much better service for a diesel manufactured by Mitsubishi. I note that Mitsubishi vehicles manufactured just after 2018 now carry a 10 year warranty.
With regard to the other features of this vehicle I am very happy, however I would appreciated some compensation for this costly repair.
Desired outcome: Compensation
Mitsubishi outlander 2.2did 4n14
Having bought a second hand mitsubishi outlander details above with less that 100,000 on the clock it started to make a terrible noise, a mechanic informed me that this car had a major problem with the balance shaft, on my way to hospital (cancer appointment) the oil pressure dropped and the engine seized, I took the car to a local garage who told me that the balance shaft had been the fault which caused a catastrophic failure. The car required a new engine, after a few weeks I found another engine with only 66k miles which I bought and had it fitted only to find out that the new engine had the same noisy balance shaft. Having spoken to several technicians they informed me that this major problem was fixed in the 2018 models but no recall on the older models I can have it fixed at my own expense at nearly £3500 which is beyond my means. I was diagnosed with cancer on that fruitless day but worse that that I was totally disappointed with mitsubishi who have ignored and swept the problem under the carpet
Desired outcome: ideally Mitsubishi could send the new uprated balance shaft that would be the honourable thing to do but they didnt care when they found out it was badly engineered and it took over 10 years to resolve
My car engine caught fire
I went to Sheldon college on the 27/04 to pick my son up at 3.10. Driving into the car park I noticed a heap of smoke coming from my bonnet. I checked my dash and did not see any warning lights or a high temp on the screen. I then parked the car and open up the bonnet to a heap of smoke and the smell of burning oil. I called RACQ and waited for them to confirm there was a fire. I then waited for a tow truck. I called Mitsubishi Capalaba and their service is terrible. I the. Called Mitsubishi Australia and spoke to Erin. Erin was much nicer to talk to but I have not had any feed back or calls or emails in regards to what the next steps are. I did get a call from Capalaba Mitsubishi this morning asking me why my car was parked out the front where the tow truck driver left the car.
Desired outcome: My car fixed or replaced it’s only 2.5 years old. I purchased it new and can not believe there lack of care in regards to a car catching on fire and me stopping and calling for assistance straight away to prevent any further damage.
