I own a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander SE Limited. I have had the rear door bottom siding seal fall off 4 times already. The rear doors bottom siding seal fell off both back doors so I called my Mitsubishi dealership in Saltillo MS and I talked to the service manager Darius concerning replacing the rear doors bottom seal. Darius told me to bring the car in so he could see exactly what parts I needed. On 9/6/2023 I drove from Columbus MS to Saltillo MS to Mitsubishi dealership. Darius took a picture of the missing door seal and took it to the parts department and told the customer service to order the parts. The Customer Service in the parts department said that each door seal would be a $100. 00 . I told her no, I am not paying for the parts because I have a warranty from bumper to bumper then she that I need to talk to Darius. I told Darius that my car has a warranty from bumper to bumpers but he said that I had some car damage and the warranty would not cover the repairs. So I reminded him that this part had fallen off the car 4 other times so then Darius said that the warranty didn’t cover that doors seals but it covered the motor and transmission so I told him that wasn’t true because I had a bumper to bumper warranty. So I called the [protected] Mitsubishi warranty department and I filled a complaint. The Complaint department said that they would get back in touch with me in 24 hours. Mitsubishi should honor their warranty, thanks.
