My wife and I have been on the *** for a new family car - with our preferences towards an SUV. We tried other dealerships but none suited our needs. I didnt feel comfortable at other dealerships recently and I lost my enthusiasm to car shop. When my wife told me we were going to Advantage early on a Saturday. I wasnt really thrilled. HOWEVER, when we got there, we werent bombarded by anyone, we comfortably roamed around until we were comfortable to go in. My wife was set on a 2022 Trailblazer- it was nice but small for what I wanted. We were working with *** - who was awesome! Down to earth and so real with us. We were trading in my 2013 *** Sonata. After looking at and more or less choosing a 2021 Equinox - we were ready to start the process. The wait time was next to nothing and the offer was there. We sat down with *** (who is ridiculously incredible) and in the blink of an eye; we drove away in our brand new Equinox! Thank you Advantage *** Yall were awesome.

My sales and finance managers at Advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook were both very patient, informative and professional. My husband and I actually left the store and were driving around to look at color options when our sales manager noticed us and came back out, into the rain, to ask if we had any other questions. He took the time to explain the different options on each model, and was very patient with us. He is very knowledgeable. Our finance manager was also very patient and explained each part of the purchasing process clearly. I questioned the terms of the contract and, without hesitation, he turned his computer monitor for my husband and I to look at and he explained each dollar entry. Everything was an open book, nothing was hidden. He was very personable, patient and understanding. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from them at Advantage Chevrolet based on my experience.

Finance Manager was outstanding. Straight shooter very easy to deal with. Bought many cars in my life time and financing was always painful. The representative made things easy and explained all or any questions my daughter had as a first time buyer. Highly recommend using the services of Advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook.

We had the most amazing experience at Advantage Chevy working with Juan ***! You never really look forward to shopping for a used car... You worry if you're going to be pressured, get a bad deal, have to settle for something you don't necessarily want... All of those worries went right out the window when we met Juan. We advised we were just looking and he set our minds at ease. He offered a few suggestions and brought around an Equinox to show us as an option. We fell in love with the car but were a bit nervous regarding it meeting our payment requirements. Juan worked his magic and we drove out of there with payments (and overall price) much lower than expected for the vehicle we purchased! When Juan promised he wouldn't tease us by showing us something that was unattainable, he held his word. Once we made the decision to buy, the transaction was fast and transparent. We never once had that "wool over our eyes" feeling. Paperwork was drawn up and we were out of there! It was a pleasure doing business with Juan and Advantage Chevy and we will continue to use them for all our future needs!

As a first time car buyer I was nervous about the experience but from contacting the customer service representative in my online request, to the salesperson, all the way to the finance manager, my experience was amazing. It truly was no hassle and made the process smooth without any stress at all. I also appreciate how genuine everyone was that I came into contact with. The salesperson met me right outside the door and gave me all the information I needed without ever pressuring me into making a decision. Once I was in finance I had absolutely no pressure from the finance manager about any paperwork, or potential extra payments being added to my overall cost. It was more like having an everyday conversation with a friend. Both gentlemen were truly authentic and I now know that if I, or anyone else I know, ever need a vehicle in the future I will be recommending Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook.

Estaba buscando un carro familiar para mi esposa y nuestras nias. En especfico una Dodge Durango all wheel drive y que al segunda hilera tu *** de capitn. Encontr el carro con todo lo que buscaba. Me preocupe un poco por que encontr el caro que buscaba pero en un dealer de *** envs de uno de la Dodge. Pero despus de hablar con *** me dio *** para ir y ver el carro. Despus de hablar con *** y explicar le lo que est buscando me mostr el carro y si estaba con todo lo que estaba buscando y al precio que me gustaba. Muy honesto y amable. Luego me toco ir ala parte que mas odio cuando compro un carro. Ah hablar con el gerente de finanzas. Pens que y va a tardar horas llenando mucho papeleo y que me iban a ofrecer muchas cosas que uno no ocupa. Al contrario ***. Fue muy rpido, honesto y al punto en do el proceso me dijo las cosas como son y no me trat de vender cosas extra para el carro. La verdad fue una buena experiencia en realidad me trataron mejor que cuando fui al dealer de la Dodge. De nuevo gracias a *** y *** por *** esta experiencia muy agradable.

I can't say enough about this dealership. I have been taking my car here for service for years. They have a top-notch service department that is not trying to sell you service packages like their other location in Hodgkin. I recently purchased my new SUV here. My salesman was just outstanding. No pressuring and actually talked me into a slightly cheaper model and I could not be happier and so glad I took his advice. I also want to give a shout out to the finance manager. He made it so easy and not to mention pretty quick. He guided us and was so pleasant. So thank you for making this car purchase a lot less stressful!
Excellent service! I do not like car dealerships because of all the price haggling and extras they try to sell me or bundle into my agreement. The salesperson listened to what I have explained about my previous experiences and took that into account to help speed up the process. The finance manager was awesome in finance. I usually come in really guarded as I know the finance department is where they push the extras. We started talking and found out we have a lot in common. He explained they do not try to upsell on things customers really do not need or want just to make money. He made the process quick and easy as well as having a great personality. Thank you.

I went here to purchase a vehicle after being misinformed for a week that it was available. Once I arrived, I test drove and informed *** that i had outside financing and his whole demeanor changed in a negative light. I explained that I was not providing my social security number due to me already having my own financing & not wanting my credit effected, and he explained in order to finish my paperwork I HAVE to provide it. He went to a back room as i waited on hold with my finance officer and pulled my credit after NUMEROUS TIMES of me explaining I DID NOT WANT MY CREDIT RAN SINCE I CAME WITH MY OWN FINANCING AND IT CAN HINDER MY APPROVAL. He attempted to explain it was for verification of my identity. After he and my financial officer exchanged words and experiencing not only his terrible attitude but the used sales managers rudeness as well, I decided this facility wasnt a good fit and left. Once I left, *** SENT MY CREDIT INFORMATION TO SEVERAL BANKS! W O R S T first time car buyer experience Ive ever had to deal with. Now i have SEVERAL auto inquiries on my credit after constantly explaining the avoidance of that. On top of the fact that it all happened AFTER I walked out of the facility and pulled off!

I came into Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook with the intention of just test driving the new Bolt EUV I had little-to-no knowledge of how EVs worked, and I was going in for a do I love it, or do I hate it assessment. After visiting a few other *** dealers who claimed to have the car on their lot (which was not the case), I was thrilled to see the car prepped and ready for me to test drive when I pulled in.*** could not have been more kind, knowledgeable, or patient with me while I explored all the features of the Bolt EUV. After several test drive laps around the industrial park, I was sold, and was thrilled to be leaving that day with a new car! . . . except I had driven to the dealership, so now I had two cars to drive home. *** graciously volunteered to follow me home in my new car about 30 minutes away and was a great copilot on the way back to the dealership, explaining even more features of the car as we went. Extra kudos to ***, who made the financial side of things easy, painless, and entertaining!The team at Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook never made me feel pressured to purchase a car, never pushed an upsell, and was incredibly upfront about the expenses of purchasing an EV. Lets all hope that gone are the days of the pushy salesman who gets you in a car you never wanted in the first place, and that more dealerships start operating like Advantage Chevrolet!

I had been looking for a vehicle for my soon to be 16 year old daughter for a couple months. I was specifically looking for a used Jeep Wrangler. One came up on AutoTrader at this location and it was a very competitive price. I thought it was too good to be true based on my previous experiences, but was very pleasantly surprised when I went to look at this vehicle. My sales associate, ***, was so nice to work with and very good at communicating with me to get me in to see the Jeep. It was so clean and it was obvious that they only take in quality vehicles for their used car sales. I then went to "the other building" to complete the financial aspect. I was thinking to myself that this is where things were going to go South, but much to my surprise, it was better than I could have ever asked for. The finance manager, ***, was straight forward, honest and trustworthy - qualities you don't expect to find at car dealerships! I felt that he had my best interests in mind and was not trying to push useless, high priced gimmicks. As a single mom, I was also treated with the same respect as any other customer, something that I had not experienced at some other dealerships. I cannot express enough thanks to this team for helping me obtain this gift for my daughter. The look on her face and the excitement she had when she found out this was her Jeep was so extremely special, THANK YOU! -

I don't even know where to begin, so many positive remarks about this dealership, I recommend no other. My family has purchased 8 vehicles and we all agree there's no better customer service than at ***. From calling to make a service appointment, to *** or *** doing the intake and keeping us updated, it's always with a kind, caring, and personal way, makes you feel like family. I loved my *** Cruze 2012 and was worried when my vehicle was totaled (luckily was unoccupied and party at fault no injuries). Needless to say, I cried but knew I couldn't wait until April , was going to purchase birthday gift to myself)I went in after work not expecting to purchase, but just "look", still had rental from the accident. The manager *** set me up with salesman, ***. Between both of them actually listening to my concerns of safety, used vs new, payment of course and just being satisfied all the way around. Little did I know I'd be driving out that night with a brand new 2023 Trailblazer. They even arranged for *** to pickup my car the next morning! I was so excited, happy, and nervous at the same time after not having a vehicle for myself in 10yrs.! The customer service and "family" treatment included finance, with *** and the young lady (sorry can't remember her name) who took my down payment, they all deserve a 10+ for the most wonderful customer service. They didn't rush me at all, were patient while I made this huge decision and I couldn't be more thankful. They made everything go smooth and I immediately told my friend who is also looking for new vehicle she absolutely MUST go to Advantage, she wouldn't be sorry. My family have all been satisfied and said they'd never go anywhere else either. *** is a MUST, we all want to be treated with respect and kindness, Advantage people do that!

As a business owner in the service industry, I strive for the best possible level of customer satisfaction with professionalism. What I experienced recently at Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook was extremely unprofessional to say in the least. I contacted *** the Internet Sales Manager to purchase a new *** Trailboss. *** was tremendously helpful with details for purchasing considering Im two hours away. Upon arrival, I was greeted by ***, Jims sale associate, and we agree on trade in value and purchase price. Unfortunately, the great experience ended there as the level of customer care I received from ***, Finance Manager, was unethical. *** offered an interest rate of which I declined as my personal bank rate was lower. He countered offered a lower rate and again, declined and state that I can finance through my own bank to which *** now claims Advantage does not accept outside financing. I removed a $ *** truck wrap, had my trucked detailed, spent the fuel and my time away from my company, traveled two hours, over 2 hours of wasted time in the showroom and now they backed me into a corner. I then agreed to there financing and informed them I would just refinance with my bank at a later date and everything appeared to be done. *** then comes back and says *** couldnt verify my business and they couldn't sell me the truck yet just 20 minutes ago I was approved for a loan at a high interest rate? *** then goes back to his office, returns with another story that its now ok for my bank to finance the truck but not today. I informed him that my bank could do it right now and wire the funds. He replied I would have to come back with check. Im so disgusted and disappointed at this time I get in my truck and called the Account Manager at *** who informs me that they approved the loan with *** and that Advantage Chevrolet is not telling you the truth. While still on the phone with ***, I walked back into the showroom and confronted *** along with Sales Manager, ***, who immediately informed me that they do not want my business. After stating that I would be sure to share my experiences for others to be aware, he replied to me that he would leave a bad review on my company. After reading other reviews, it appears that this was not an isolated incident, but how they conduct business. They advertised a truck for sale and would not sell it unless you used there premium finance rate. Dont be taken Advantaged of and stay far away from this dealership!
