I purchased a 2016 lifted ram 1500 for $33,500 and I put $10,600 on 07/22. I also purchased an extended warranty for the vehicle which was over $3000. I asked for a carfax report and was told by the salesman that they dont have on and if I wanted one I needed to buy it.. I took the vehicle to a dealership in Louisiana for a maintenance inspection and was shocked with the results. I was told that there was frame damage, and frame /structural damage was also reported. I had the truck appraised on the 4th and it only appraised at $16,000. Bottom line, fraud was committed in order to make the sale. The dealership failed to disclose damage to the vehicle prior to sale and maliciously withheld information for monetary gain. I would like a full refund on my extended warranty, and I would also like to have my credit repaired as a result of gross negligence and fraud. I have already spoke with the owner of D3 and they want to deny the truth. He mentioned he will not give me a refund in full of my extended warranty. In hindsight, in all of my buying experience this dealership takes the cake for the worst. Nothing but a headache.
