Service
Whatever any of you do, steer clear of future Ford Lincoln, mercury service center in Roseville California.
Had them do a three hour parking brake repair on my 23A. Took them 16 days to perform the service. They wanted to charge me $4200 for unnecessary repairs they cooked up.
They damaged the top of my RV, left, wide, open cracks where the roof meets the back wall of the RV. Not sure if the idiot performing the service lifted it too high or somebody backed into something with the passenger side, rear of the RV and caused the damage.
They are genuinely horrible service center for your vehicles.
This just happened last week. My RV was literally perfect. Aside from the parking brakes needing adjustment. Bumper-to-bumper, it was spotless. Mechanically it was as close to flawless as it gets.
What a bunch of effin idiots. Seriously, steer clear.
Claimed loss: $5500
Desired outcome: Pay me

Violation of California vehicle code 11713.1 (e)
On May 4, 2023 we were involved in a MVA. The incident was traumatic and stressful as it would entail "expenses", we needed a car, I’m going to work soon, so on May 5, we started our search in Roseville Automall as early as 10am to find great deals for great cars. It was past 3pm that we reached ford and started looking at the Lincoln aviator. We were signing the papers at around 8pm and we were quite happy with the car.
However, while we were resting at home after a long day, we were shocked knowing that the advertised price of the Lincoln Aviator was $58,997. We were given a price of $69,999 for the car and a discount of $11,000 (first responder, memorial day sale) bringing us down to $58,997. We were able to bargain and have agreed to the last offer of 845/ month x 84 months with a 15k dp INCLUSIVE of taxes, registration, licensing etc. I chose the 20k dp with 725 / month (including taxes licensing etc) because it would reduce my monthly payment to at least $100. It was a great deal with the $11,000 discount and a monthly payment of $725/month ALL IN - the dealership will shoulder the sales taxes and registration.
We were upset and reached out thru email, txt, call, personal appearance to the dealership but to no avail.
They were clearly in violation of the code as they set the price ABOVE advertised, offered "fake" discount to entice us into buying, and didn't apply the "inclusion of" taxes and registration in the final price ($725/month) as agreed upon.
They boast of their 22 years of the Ford Presidents Award for highest customer satisfaction but when we came in with our complaints, all efforts were in futility. They let us wait and sit for hours, the sales manager was rude, unapologetic, even blamed us for it was our choice to buy or not. We wouldn't buy if we were not deceived and offered fake discount.
I believe that good customer service does not involve tricks and deception to customers and should necessitate prompt and appropriate action to customer complaints.

Under California Vehicle Code section 11713.1 (e), when car dealers publish advertisements for cars and trucks, and those ads include asking prices, then the dealers are prohibited from selling the advertised vehicles for more than their advertised prices, unless the ads specifically list expiration dates that have passed.
Desired outcome: We expect the deals given when initially offered the car be fulfilled:- Apply the $11,000 discount offered to the ADVERTISED in accordance to the code. - Dealership will shoulder sales tax and registration as agreed upon.

At time of signing i was not of sound mine I had just lost a Pet (BoBo) of 11 years two days before, grief consumed most of my thoughts. losing a friend, companion, is a horrible thing to go though. i had been looking at new trucks for sometime. i saw an ad for future ford, so I thought i would go look, in my state i was easily molded, lead in to buying a truck, i do need the truck , i however was not planning to buy that day. now the problem, pay off of my truck 10995 was to be the deal. in the process it was changed to,(without my knowledge) ok sign here, pay off $10995 but was only given $8000 leaving me -$2995 that should have gone to new truck purchase. in my state of mind you could have told anything.

Future ford was performing an inspection on my vehicle
Future ford was performing an inspection on my vehicle. When they called me they stated they found an timing cover leak. They said on the phone that the cost for performing an fix would cost Fourteen Fifty One. I asked them on the phone if that meant Fourteen dollars and Fifty one cents $14.51 and I asked them if this was the case repeatedly on the phone, The service associate said yes that it was $14.51 . When I went to pick up my vehicle it actually ended up being $1,451.00. I did not know at that time that performing this fix would cost this much. I asked them if there was any phone recordings but they refused. I asked them if they sent me any invoice either by text or email, they said that they never sent me an invoice. I never received an invoice and I did not agree to this amount of cost. They did not get any recordings of this interaction and I never received an invoice for this amount and I did not agree for this service for this amount. They ended up discounting the service to $1,071.65 but this was not compensation for the issue.

We bought a Ford Ranger on April 10th
We bought a Ford Ranger on April 10th. The vehicle has MSRP price of approx. 41,000. As we were signing the contract, we noted that it was approx 47,000. We asked the sales rep, *** what it was and he said there were upgrades to the car. A month later, we found out that there are no upgrades done to the car. Everything that is existing is already included in the MSRP of 41,000. We called and spoke to several managers and they could not explain what the difference is. We went to Ford and talked to the manager, ***. He inspected our car and he did notice there were no upgrades. He then spoke to ***, another manager and *** talked to us. He explained that there was a mark up in the car of about 6000. We told him that we were told something else, *** did not tell us anything about a mark up. There was nothing we signed indicating the mark up. He then set up a meeting for May 15 so he can sit down with us, the sales manager, and his supervisor. We received a phone call from *** the day before, which is May 14 saying that he will hold off on the concern because it had already been a month. When asked if he had incestigated and spoken to *** (the sales manager) he stated that he actually has not. He decided on his own without investigating or escalating to his superior. They misrepresented the vehicle, and misled us into thinking that there were upgrades added.
