After finding a car here, we shopped around a few places but came back here. The price was just right. The sales person didn't pressure us either. I'm happy with this.

I found a great car on another lot
I found a great car on another lot. They matched it here and made sure the budget matched what we had available. I couldn't have found what I was looking for in my budget if I shopped elsewhere.

We discovered this lot by accident while driving around the area one day. We drove off the lot in a great new car too. I don't think we'll ever find something at this price that we could be as happy as we are here.

I am never let down by Car Factory Outlet
I am never let down by Car Factory Outlet. The team of salespeople are so knowledgeable and never pushy or give that car salesmen 'gimmick'. Both my friends and family have bought cars here and it's always a great experience.

I think Car Factory Outlet sales staffs are trained to be just friendly, conversational people instead of trying to make and close a deal. And that totally works for me. Ms. Monica K. is a perfectly example of such an employee and I am referring all you people to her.

The team at Car Factory Outlet always strives to be the best! The team is great and so friendly. I traded in my old Honda civic for a brand new Mercedes-Benz and I couldn't be happier with it. The financing and credit department helped me get the car of my dreams, everyone did.

Other places where I was looking for a car just didn't feel comfortable
Other places where I was looking for a car just didn't feel comfortable. I literally just parked my car and three sales people came rushing up to me like wild and hungry carnivores and I was wearing an overcoat made out of raw meat. This is not the case with Car Factory Outlet. They have my respect as well as my business!

Worse customer service
Worse customer service. Sellers are not knowledgeable and totally disrespect customer's time. Excessive dealer fees on every purchase and advertise prices are not real. Please stay out of this place and any of the company owned locations. I went with cash on hand and they wanted 8K in "fees" for a 30K vehicle. They are a total ripoff ! STAY AWAY !

I was skeptical coming here because of some of the reviews I was reading online but I'd have to say that once I went through the whole process, Ray explained everything to me. I'm happy because now I understand what it means to finance a car with the right option for me and my family. It did take a couple of hours but I am buying a car and not popcorn at the movies. I recommend that everyone does their homework by going over there and hearing to all the options first before making a decision on this dealer. They are experts and know what they are doing.

ZERO starts should be an option!
ZERO starts should be an option! This place deserves it. Horrible service and they will lie straight to your face. I set up an actual appointment to see a specific car they had listed on both their website and auto-trader. The lady said the vehicle was at their Hollywood location. I showed up and the vehicle was not to be found and the staff had no clue what vehicles they had at there location. The first lie was telling me the vehicle was at their Miami location. The second lie was when I told them I was going to drive down to that location to see the vehicle. They said I wouldn't be able to see the vehicle because it was in an inspection. They then offered to bring the vehicle to me to test drive when they got the vehicle back the next morning. I never heard from them in the morning, at 11:30 I called them to let them know I had to go to the doctors and I didn't want to miss them. (At this point I was still going to purchase the vehicle as long as it drove OK) They were rude with me on the phone and told me the vehicle was not back yet and they would call when it came in before they came up to the house. AT 5PM I called several time to see what was happening. They wouldn't answer the phone or return my message. I wouldn't trust this place in any way shape or form. Worst car dealer experience ever. Spend you money somewhere else!

This people are awful, fake advertising, fake marketing, fake promotions, they lure you to their premises with fake prices, promotions and offers. and then when they already run your credit and everything the let you know the real price of the car. All their prices in their online listing are 20% discounted to make the consumer thinks that's the price, they also make a fake monthly calculation of what you would pay if putting 20% down payment, excluding taxes, title and registration (which is ok, normal) but when you ask to buy the car with 20% the price is not remotely near of what is advertised. I went for two cars, one at 12991$ and other at 13991$ but the real price were 16300$ and 17400$ respectively, in the website says 152$/mo and 182$/mo with 20% down, it ended up being 315$/mo and 329$ for 76 months. Twice as advertised. They also says over and over that they include a lifetime warranty as long as the car is yours, that is include on the price, but when they show you a break down of the price, they add another 2000$ for a extended warranty that's not optional, they enforce you to get it. They also says that they don't charge any dealer fee, but they charge two different fees, an "inspection charge" 995$ and a "transportation fee" 899$. So you pay an extra 1894$ for no dealer fee. They enforce you to get Gap insurance, which is not mandatory at 999$. At the end for those two used cars that I went to see they were going to sell it to me for 22000$ and 24000$. For that price you better get a new car from a respected dealer, that comes with 0 miles and factory warranty which is free, and you are not bound to any particular dealer since you can take your car to any authorize dealer for repairs. And they try to hide all those fees and get your monthly payments to what you want to pay by increasing the length of the loan. Awful awful people that should not be allowed to do business and scam working people out of their money. If you'd like to check just ask them to sell you the car as advertised given 20% down, not even with 40% down you'll get those monthly payments they advertised.

We were hesitant to go here because it the price seemed too good to be true
We were hesitant to go here because it the price seemed too good to be true. We looked at reviews and saw some had good experiences and some not so good. We had already made an appointment so we figured we would hear them out. So what they do is they only list the vehicle for 80% of the price then tack on the 20% AFTER you get there. If you are looking at a vehicle here be prepared to pay WAY more than what they list it for. Even though we had a trade in and we were putting $10k down. We were looking at a 2020 Audi Q5 listed at $32k when really they wanted $38k for it. If I wanted to pay that much we would have driven up to Audi of North Miami and purchased a brand new car for the same price! Which is what we ended up doing. They are fantastic BTW. It's the second Audi we've purchased from them. We had a blank check from our bank so we are thankful we didn't have to sit through their whole in house financing thing before we found out they falsely advertise their purchase prices. They would have wasted even more of our time! This place is super run down and sketchy. We were aggressively approached by a gang of sales people shouting at us in Spanish (Which, I can get through a conversation but not something as complex as buying a vehicle). They sent in the manager to explain they only buy repos and cars that got turned back into the bank etc. We left my car a VW Tiguan (which was going to be a trade in) open so it would be easier for them to inspect when it came time. There literally is nothing in the car. Without even asking the manager and some random guy opened it and started looking in my car! Rude! We had been looking at Q5's for awhile so we know what we should pay around which is why we were suspicious when we found this vehicle listed so low. Don't waste your time. If you're a smart buyer, purchase somewhere else. They price their cars WAY over market value. Also, we are pretty sure is a drug front. No but seriously I wouldn't be surprised if they had a raid in the future! I'm sure the same manager will comment on my review about a misunderstanding and hoping I stay safe. How about not falsely advertising your prices? Who does that? Listing the vehicle for only 80% of what you expect to get for it. SMH

This place is a scam!
This place is a scam! They tell you your approved and ready to go so they can take your money (down payment)..then pass off some other car to you even tho they already knew you weren't really approved for the one you agreed to! Worst experiences ever! I purchased a car from these guys 2 weeks ago and EVERY OTHER day I find something that needs to be repaired on a 2018 vehicle INCLUDING a tire I specifically asked about BEFORE leaving the dealership and ended up flat and unrepairable a few days after purchase! These guys are freaking scammers in buttondowns, skinny pants and maybe a tie to seem more professional. DO NOT RING THAT GODFORSAKEN BELL! That they use to get you hyped up and excited for no reason. They even beg you to do a good review for them while you're waiting..so just know half these reviews aren't even accurate! They lie and lie and lie and are super unorganized about EVERYTHING! 2 weeks later they were still calling me to "finalize" things that they could have asked me for the day I was at the dealership! The kicker is after pulling my credit 2 weeks prior and I wake up to notifications that THEY WERE STILL PULLING MY CREDIT! Why? What for? This is weird I'm uncomfortable with them having my information now and I'm livid! I'll be taking proper steps to report them to the ComplaintsBoard.com. Oh and Mr or Miss Customer Service Manager...you keep your generic response to all your bad reviews. I'll save you the time and copy and paste for you, you lazy pieces of you know what...here goes... Thank you so much for your review. We appreciate your feedback and sorry to hear you don't feel like you got a 5 star experience you deserve. We have been in business for 26 years and customer service has always been our priority. We'd like to make sure that all our customers leaving fully satisfied. Please do not hesitate to contact us at your convenience. Respectfully, Customer Service Manager. Update: These people don't even know what customer service is! After having to go back into the dealership because no one answers the phone for you after they take your money...they tried to tell me that they never pulled my credit again and it's a glitch in the system! Haha! After letting them know I used to be a mortgage loan processor so if they thought that explanation was gonna work forget it...Gianni the Finance manager let me know that Juan the Finance manager "accidentally" pulled my credit WITHOUT my consent and for no reason. He meant to pull someone else's! That was the glitch! The glitch was them! More lies they tried to feed me...these people are a nightmare..in a few months my credit will be fine, but I plan to go in on their reputation on ever forum and the ComplaintsBoard.com and there will be legal consequences to their actions. What they did was ILLEGAL! And they know it and still did not offer anything to but a pathetic apology. Eff this place and both Jorges and Gianni and Juan. You will be hearing from my lawyer.

Promised repairs at time of purchase
Promised repairs at time of purchase. Failed to come through with promise and now ignore calls. We purchased a *** convertible from Car Factory Outlet 3 weeks ago. We were promised that they would fix 2 door dings and a broken passenger side visor mirror if we would purchase car. We did with a promise to come in on the following Tuesday to fix it. We've called, texted and kept getting the runaround and now they simply ignore my calls or place me on hold until I get tired and hang up. At this point I cannot return the car as I would love to do so I would like to issue a formal complaint to see if this works for them to be men of their word. The salesman is Rey XXX-XXX-XXXX. I should have researched this company prior to purchase as they have quite a few negative *** reviews.

false advertising, price on website is not the price once you show up to the dealer On March 9th, I went to Car Factory Outlet to buy a *** Series ***i is advertised for $17,391 at the dealer Website as well as on other websites such as Car Fax they told me it was $21,738 Which was 20% more than the advertised price, they also told me that I need to pay a dealer fee, as part of their disclaimer and advertising it reads no dealer fee, this is a bait and switch, false advertising. The worse part of all is that they ran my wife credit as well as mine before letting me know about their scam. This is not the way to conduct business. I got upset and told them that they should have more respect for clients and they told me I had to leave the dealer. If you read the reviews on Car Fax about this dealer they are really bad, they have a 2.2 out Of 5.

I have been waiting nearly 3 months for the dealership on Hollywood to repair my vehicle
I have been waiting nearly 3 months for the dealership on Hollywood to repair my vehicle. I have only had the car since 6/13. I have been waiting nearly 3 months for the dealership on Hollywood to repair my vehicle. I have only had the car since 6/13. I came back to the dealership on 6/18 to get the oil changed and the interior fixed and a bad battery. My car salesman showed me the order to get everything fixed. The car had 4 different tire sizes that they replaced with patched tires. I was told that I would be called to have the interior (headlining) fixed because they have to schedule an appointment with their guy that does it. I had to wait 3 weeks to get the used tires placed on my car and I left the car down there for 4 days under the impression that my headliner and tires would be replaced. Only to pick up my car and not to have the headliner fixed and to be told that they didn't know why. I called back the next day and spoke with my car salesman and was told that the interior guy is not doing interior work due to COVID-19. A week after that I had to buy a new tire and battery for a car that, at that time, I have only had a month. I have been calling and texting for the past month and a talk with no one retuning my call or answering the phone at the dealership.

Company failed to provide a copy of the advertised certification report and explanation of their refinance package available in 6 months
Company failed to provide a copy of the advertised certification report and explanation of their refinance package available in 6 months. I purchased a used *** on May 30, from the *** location and arrived at a purchase price with an approved car loan from *** During the loan process, I requested a copy of the certification report and the Finance Manager, Gianni ***, said that he would request the report. i never received the report. The Certification sticker was clearly on the vehicle windshield and I have a picture to prove so. The second issue with this purchase is the following: I was told by the Finance Manager, Gianni ***, that after six (6) months of on-time payments with the vehicle and my remaining liabilities, i would be eligible for refinancing at no additional costs and at a much lower interest rate. I seem to remember 1.99% interest rate with a credit union in *** I have not received any information regarding this refinancing program. This program was to be offered me because of my good credit standing and score. I later learned that this program is offered to everyone who purchases a used vehicle at Car Factory Outlet. I tried voice messaging and text messaging to the sales manager and finance manager in order to receive information regarding the certification and refinancing with no response what so ever. I then sent a general letter to the Davie location requesting the same information with no response. A letter in July and August was sent to the owners of Car Factory Outlet, *** and *** with no response. I find it hard to believe that I have not received any reply to my requests. Sure I understand their focus is to sell cars but customer service is part of the after sale process. It's almost as if they are told not to respond to any requests!

After a month I found out that I never was approved for the car
After a month I found out that I never was approved for the car. Took it back to dealer, wanted my down payment back And was told I won't receive one I went to Car Factor April 18,2020. They ran my SS number took a copy of my license. I was their at Car Factory for 8 hours. I was approached with a contract and was told I had to make a down payment 2,500, and my payments was 369.76 monthly.plus insurance which was down and just had paid my monthly 200 which was do the 5th of may Then was told the bank will contact me 30 days about payment agreement. Then on the 12th of May I get a email stated that I was not approved for the loan I called that day ask for *** senior manager and was told that had to pay debt off at another bank for my loan to be approved. But to my understanding on signing day i was told I was approved so I called the bank and ask what was going Miami Postal Credit Union took my SS number. And told me that loan was denied and it was never approved. Because I needed that debt paid with Miami-Dade Credit union. I was called from car factory to pay the debt or the will take matters in their own hands in a threatening manner. Went of their to see the agreement I sign seen that the price of the car was not the same, they refused to show me my paper work and explained that was a temporary agreement and that the bank have the paper I signed. I came back the next day with a a experienced car buyer (friend) and then was provided with paper work. My tag was expired I ask for another and they gave me one for A week extra. I was told until I pay the debt off I wouldn't receive another one. On the receipt I read that since I haven't been approved I for the loan. I had two options one pay the car off and secondly return car to dealer. As in picking the second option and asking for a return of my down payment I was toId that it was a breach of the contract and I wasn't getting one

I went to see a car, which I ended up buying, but I realized that they were trying to scam me, but when I wanted to cancel everything, it was too late Car factory was one of my options since May to buy a car since it looked reliable, on Saturday 5th I received a call confirming the price of the car I had seen, a *** convertible which was at 15 thousand dollars and a little more When I go to the car factory on Sunday, they tell me that this car is not there, but there are other *** the seller tells me. The first thing the seller does is ask me how much down payment I have and I told him $ 6000 and they run my credit and everything very quickly without even having seen the car. The seller tells me that it is $ 21,991 as the website says plus the load disclaimer that is $ 899 plus $ 995, it would be $ 23,885. When I go to see what the monthly payment would be and everything, he tells me that $ 449 then I tell him no because the insurance is going to be very expensive, then he looks for a cheap insurance at $ 230 and he tells me that this will be the insurance and I accept the proposal, Then I go to the financier, and he shows me the papers, he was going very fast and I stopped him asking why the car now costs $ 27,899 and he calls the seller and they try to scam me and then he raises the monthly payment to 471, the car of $ 27,899 finished in $ 36,459 for charges and guarantees that I had not chosen and he did not let me take them away, minus my initial payment of $ 6,000 would be $ 30,459 and he gives me to sign 20 papers very quickly and trusting what they say, then I see that the insurance was going to be $ 440 and that the $ 230 was only the initial payment, when I tried to cancel they told me that I could not because I already signed, I am just a 20-year-old without experience in this and I felt that I threw 6,000 dollars into the trash now I am with a large debt and I live alone with my brother and I don't know what to do.

Car Factory committed elderly financial exploitat ion against my 72 year old mother who does not read English
Car Factory committed elderly financial exploitat ion against my 72 year old mother who does not read English. On Wednesday, July 8, my mom went to purchase a car at Car Factory which is located at *** S State Road 7 Davie, Fl XXXXX. Sales Agent: *** Sales Manager: *** Finance Manager: ***. Stock #: XXXXXX-U Car: Toyota Corolla 2020 with 8445 miles white VIN 5YFEPRAEXLPXXXXXX She paid $9,000 for the part of the total price which she thought was $14,615.33 using her Bank of America Credit Card. The car dealer tricked her into financing $14,615.33 through Bank of America, which was really only supposed to be $5,615.33. She wanted to pay cash and not finance the 2020 Toyota Corolla with 8K miles, but then sales person and finance person told her that is she didn't finance at least part of it, that she would not get all the "free" benefits that only their company offered. My mom does not speak or read English. The sales man and the finance people spoke Spanish. My mom has never made a purchase like this without me, since I am her power of attorney and I interpret documents for her. Unfortunately, she went to purchase this car without my knowledge and trusted the salesman and finance person to be honest regarding the documents she was signing. After she paid $9k as a down payment for what she was told was a $14k car, she then signed a document agreeing to finance $14k for the car. When she asked what that $14k was for, they told her it was for the total amount of the car. She trusted and signed. When she left with the car no sales documents were provided to her. When she got home, she realized that she forgot about that the $9k that she had paid with her credit card and quickly realized she had been tricked. She went the very next day (Thursday, July 9th) to return the car but they refused to accept it back and threatened to have the car towed. I went a couple of days later to speak with them and they also refused to take the car back. My mom is 72 years old, she does not speak, write, or read English. She also only has a third grade education. Can you please help us with this matter? My mom wants to return the car and get her $9k back that she paid as a deposit. As you can see from the documents, she was charged for an extreme amount of money for a maintenance plan that is actually only good for 60 days or 6,000 miles, and extended warranty that is actually limited on power train only and it states that the dealer will pay 0% of labor and 0% of parts, pre-delivery inspection fee, destination charges, and something called Recon fee which was for $1995.00. All these additional fees came out to $6,344.00 and are not inclusive of other fees. Thank you in advance for your assistance with this urgent matter.

We were lied to about vehicle price
We were lied to about vehicle price. Purchased 4/18 & it was repo 5/3 without notice. Payment not due till 5/18. Charging me $700 for repo & mileage. We purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer from Car Factory Outlet in Miami on April 18th.They advertise the price as $13,281 Stock #: XXXXXX. We verified the price with an employee online before going there, particularly mentioning the fine print disclosure. They told us that was the price of the vehicle even with no down payment. When we applied for credit they told us they could not sell it to us for under an amount around $17k. We told them we could not buy it then because we could not afford that. Said he would discount the vehicle to around $14,000 with no dealer fees. We had w2 with us, printed pay stubs in their office & told them our rent was $1250. We took their word for selling us the vehicle at $14,000 & signed the papers without reading them. We realize not reading first is our fault. They did not go over the contract with us as we signed other than interest rate & payment amount. After we financed they told us when the bank calls you, make sure you lie about your income, tell them you make double because that's what we told them to get you financed. We didn't ask them to lie for us. They told us our loan was approved & finalized with Chase. We had to put $2,000 down for tax & tag & put insurance on vehicle before leaving their office. When we got home we read the contract & realized they changed the price of the vehicle to $15,943.23, added an $899 predelivery inspection fee & $995 destination charge (we did not have it delivered), & other fees making the finance price $20,926.50 minus the $2,000 they required us to put down. I immediately emailed the sales guy stating we would not have purchased if we would have realized the extra fee & asked what can be done about it. I never received a response. On April 20th I received a text asking about my experience with Car Factory & I replied. Our contract states we are financed with Chase bank with 12.29% interest, payment $372.97 for 72 months beginning May 18th. It states my partners income as double & our rent as only $250 a month. Chase called within a few days of purchase & verified some info with us & said we'd be getting a welcome packet soon. May 3rd the dealership had the Ford Explorer repossessed without notice only 2 weeks after purchase. The first payment was not due until May 18th. We called finance manager to ask why it was repossessed, informed him the call was being recorded & he stated they tried calling us several times & we did not answer or talk with the bank within 30 days & because we did not comply within 30 days we are in breach of contract so they voided our contract, gave the loan back to the bank, & picked up their property. They never left any voicemails so we were unaware of them wanting us to contact them & we did not have the car for 30 days. He told us to call him the next day May 4th at 9 am. We called but no one would speak with us. After a couple hours we drove there to speak with them in person. The sales manager kept telling us the reason they repossessed the car was because we did not answer our phone for 30 days & stated the only reason they were calling us was to try to get us a better deal on financing. He said we would have to sign a new contract with a new bank if we still wanted the car since they gave our papers back to Chase & that we had to pay a $700 repossession fee plus 30 days of mileage. Was told on day of purchase we'd have to wait 6 months before refinancing. We told him we didn't receive any voicemail, text or email response so we had no notification of repo & we didn't have the car for 30 days. He admitted not leaving any voicemails "because it takes 5 seconds to go to voicemail". We would've returned vehicle if we'd have been aware we needed to. He said he's keeping $700 for repo & mileage from my deposit & to get an attorney if I have a problem with it. Attorney told me I'm not responsible for a repo fee because I did not miss any payments. This is an issue of unfair trade practices (15 U.S. Code Section 45).

One of the worst experience in a dealership. Car Gurus has advertised this car since January . I inquire then and I realize that today was still there.
I called the phone provided and *** answer the call. I told her that I live far from the place and I was looking for an specific car( I even provide her the stock number). I told her that I want her to check if this car was available. She let me in hold and went back to confirm the car was there. 30 minutos latter I arrived to find out the car was sold before. i asked for the manager and he told me that this girl doesn't know.
How come these people play with my time. Don't get trap with this crap.
