Purchased a new Bolt EUV from Byers Chevrolet in Grove City
Purchased a new Bolt EUV from Byers Chevrolet in Grove City. The Salesman was ***. He was a very helpful salesman and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend him and Byers for the purchase of your new vehicle Was the most pleasurable car buying experience that I have had so far and I have purchased my fair share of vehicles in my life.
Purchased a used car and had a wonderful experience, I left the finance office paying exactly what the salesman and I had agreed on
Purchased a used car and had a wonderful experience, I left the finance office paying exactly what the salesman and I had agreed on. No high pressure sales. I was already preapproved by others and knew my exact budget and payments I was looking for. They made me a better offer with in house financing and I was able to get a little better vehicle than I was looking for.
I have been a Byers Mazda customer since 2012. I just traded in my 2018 Mazda 3 HB for an upgrade to a 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring at the Byers Mazda on Billingsly Road in Dublin, OH (this is where I've always shopped, purchased, and serviced). Leasing this time and John B was my sales person. He is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I always feel comfortable working with Mazda because I never feel like I'm being pushed by a sales rep or being lied to by service or being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. I appreciate their honesty, friendliness, knowledge, and transparency. I am on my third Mazda vehicle and my experience gets better each time! Thankful for my new ride and I hope I enjoy leasing this time. So far my new ride is everything I wanted and more :) Looking forward to seeing what Mazda has next for me in three years! Thanks again, John, Tim, and Ross!
I believe they sell used vehicle and do little to no service on them. Additionally, the advertise an inspection but nothing of any material merit is reviewed.

Bought a used car from Byers Mazda Subaru, great experience. They were honest and thorough, gave us an amazing deal with no pressure. Jeff was awesome to work with, will definitely do business with this dealership again!
Great buying experience. Financing was quick and painless. I would recommend Byers Mazda to anyone looking for a new car
I have bought 2 Subaru cars at the Billingsley Rd dealership in Columbus Ohio
I have bought 2 Subaru cars at the Billingsley Rd dealership in Columbus Ohio. Recently my 13 yr old Outback began to need repairs and I decided it was time to buy another Subaru. My salesperson Teresa H could not have been more helpful. She explained my many options and made the sales experience smooth. I bought a Forester and I am very satisfied with it. I always get my maintenance done here too. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership and Subaru cars.
Honest dealership that wants to help you get a great deal and find the vehicle you're looking for!
I had an awesome experience at Byers Ford! They were helpful and honest! Jeff provided great customer service and the financial person was very helpful! I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a Ford and will definitely be a returning customer! I love my Ford eco sport!
I had a great experience at Byers Mazda. Sales Specialist, John Bechtel, was great to work with. He knew his stuff and was able to help me understand the vehicle and make a great purchase. Every staff person I came in contact with was also terrific. I would recommend this dealership and the Mazda products highly.
Great service and sales for our new Outback. Staff is very helpful.
I took my car here to obtain an estimate
I took my car here to obtain an estimate. The estimate took 5 days. They damaged my car by improperly placing it on the lift. They failed to notify me of the damage. Upon finding the damage they "fixed it free of charge". Let me be clear, they only "fixed" the damage that they caused. However, this has been done so poorly. I can see through to the ground where they fixed their mistake. They returned my car to me WITHOUT THE FRONT BUMPER REATTACHED. My car was returned to me in worse shape than when it was dropped off. I emailed Mike, the shop manager, and still have not received a response. Again...this only went in for an estimate!
I recently purchased a Subaru Forester from Bob M*** at Byers Subaru in Dublin
I recently purchased a Subaru Forester from Bob M at Byers Subaru in Dublin. First, the negotiations were virtually non-existent. Bob gave me a good price, I countered and they accepted. I have dealt with many car salesmen over the years, but Bob is far and away the best. With that said, I had not bought a car from Bob in over 7 years. He remembered me, my family, their jobs and their families...and he genuinely cares about all. I will always go back to Bob and will recommend Bob and Byers flawless sales process, delivery and service to all of my friends looking for a new car. P. S., my new Forester is a great car...far better than my previous Nissan Rogue.

If I could give negative stars, I would
If I could give negative stars, I would. My daughter and I stopped in on Sunday prior to closing to see a Prius. They stated the Prius had not been through service, so we were unable to drive it at that time. Knowing the Prius sells quick, I asked what we could do lock down a deal if it passes inspection. They stated if we agreed on a price and allowed them to pull credit, we would have first "dibs". The next day, may daughter txted back an fourth with the sales person. He (the sales person) let her know she was approved for the loan, the car was drive ready and agreed to meet after work at 5pm.When we got to the dealer, we were told the car was sold. I confronted the manager *** about his verbal commitment and he stated he had never said that. I can not believe a person would lack that kind of integrity. Beware of this dealer. If they will lie at the sale, I would hate to see post-sale support
Byers Chevrolet Grove City OH April is where/when I purchased a 2020 Chevy Traverse
Byers Chevrolet Grove City OH April is where/when I purchased a 2020 Chevy Traverse. I had not purchased a new car in forever! And i had no car payments for quite some time. Now i was going to have to step up to the plate. I did and I am very pleased! First off they were very caring in listening to what I like and need. As well as the budget frame I needed to stay within. Second, there were cars waiting on me to test drive the day I made my way to Byers Chevy. I was greeted with smiles and keys. My test drives went well but it was not hard to make a decision based on the knowledge and expertise of the salesteam once we dove into the details of the vehicles. Then we dove into the financial part of making a deal we could all live with. I left this day with a new car, not even planning to do anything but look and test drive. But the salesteam made it very comfortable and easy for me. Their no pressure demeanor, care for the customer and knowledge of all aspects of vehicles and the sales process made it a decision that didn't need to wait another day. Thank you, Byers Chevy Grove City!
Bought my first Byers car in 1995
Bought my first Byers car in 1995. Drove it for 22 years. Bought my second car in 2017, a 2018 Equinox. Bought a car in Florida in 2000 which the wife drove for 19 years and decided to get her a new Trax in 2019 from Byers. Byers has kept us informed of special offers and a current offer to upgrade to a 2020 Equinox with a few more options looked very nice. I emailed the sales department and gave them info on the car I liked. Salesman called me back within an hour and we discussed the vehicle that I liked and made an appointment to look at the car. When the wife and I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was sitting up front. Our salesman went over the new features and offered a test drive. We liked the car and he proceeded to start the sales paperwork. During the process he kept us informed of the progress and helped us with completing paperwork. Once everything was approved he helped us get Onstar and Sirius activated for the car. We upgraded features and actually was able to lower the monthly payment by $43.00 per month. The Finance Rep completed all the legal documentation and informed us of protection plans. We have also serviced our vehicles at Byers and everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and service is capably performed quickly. Highly recommend Byers for sales and service.
I've been deceived and the buying experience at your dealership has been less than the worst of the worst
I've been deceived and the buying experience at your dealership has been less than the worst of the worst. I flew all the way from Tampa Florida to buy a $90,000 truck. Before flying up to Ohio I was guaranteed by Jeff P (***) that he was going to fix some issues that the service tech brought to his attention. The truck had an alignment and paint issue. I called a few days later to make sure that the truck was fixed and everything was addressed and was told that the truck was PERFECT! For a $90,000 one would think that someone would take the time to triple check everything. *** WRONG!*** I arrived on 02/01 at 7pm and the sales person came to pick me up in my new truck. The dealership was about 3-5 miles from the airport so that was supposed to be my "test drive." The test drive was good for the short ride. We arrived at the dealership and it was already night time and cold so we take a quick look at the truck and go inside. The dealership was closed at that time on a Saturday so I come to finds out then that it was just the sales person and I. One would think that on such a high dollar purchase that a manager would stick around to make sure that everything goes flawless. My drive from Ohio to Florida was 15 hours long that night was supposed to be 15hrs. ***HERE IS WHERE EVERYTHING START GOING DOWN HILL.*** PROBLEM #1. No management on sight. -The sales person had difficulty going over the paperwork and even asked for me to sign a credit app when it was a cash deal to the dealership. The sales person had a bit of a tough time going over the paperwork. PROBLEM #2. TIRE SENSOR ALERT! - I was promised that all issue were handled. After driving just 20 min on my way back to Florida the front right tire sensor goes off. It said that is had absolutely NO TIRE PRESSURE/ FLAT LINED. PROBLEM #3. ALIGNMENT / STRONG KICK TO THE RIGHT! - It was raining and cold outside so I put the truck on 4A which sets the truck on 4x4 mode. Every time I accelerated the truck has a strong kick to the right. PROBLEM #4-6. NO COMMUNICATION/ FEELING LOST ***At this point I called the sales person and told him that the truck wasn't what they had promised me. I told him that I needed a Jeff P to call me immediately. During this time I am spending time in the freezing cold checking the tire pressure at a gas station. The tire was at 35psi which is the correct psi. I went to grab something to eat near by while the salesperson tried to get management to call me. An hr passes and the sales person says that managers are not available after hours and that he couldn't get a hold of anyone.

I had two recalls on my 2013 Subaru Crosstrek XV, so I took it to Byers Subaru Dublin for servicing. My Subaru Crosstrek was in perfect condition when I brought it in. I also requested a tune-up since it was due. After they began working on my car, they called to inform me of a major oil leak and asked if I wanted it repaired. I agreed to the repair, only to later discover that my car never had an oil leak. After paying and taking my car home, several error codes appeared on my dashboard: P0300, P0340, P0345, P0346, P0366, P0391, P0365, and P0390. I then took my car to a local garage because I had lost trust in Byers to handle any further issues. The local garage reset the codes to diagnose the problem. However, they couldn't identify the issue, and upon returning home, I noticed my radio, mode button, clock, and keyless remotes, including my remote start, had stopped functioning. I couldn't lock the doors either. Returning to Byers Subaru Dublin, they were unable to resolve the issue and suggested I revisit the local garage since they had installed the remote start. It turned out that Byers Subaru Dublin had misplaced a fuse in my engine, which, when corrected, restored function to my radio, mode button, key fobs, and clock. Therefore, Subaru owes us the $128.70 I spent to fix their mistake. Concerned by the error codes, I cautiously drove my Subaru for four days to ensure it was safe for a vacation trip to my son's house. Despite my caution, the check engine light reactivated, displaying the same codes. Multiple calls and messages to Byers Subaru Dublin went unanswered. These recurring codes seem to be a direct result of their work on my car.
I totaled a car and went bought a new one bought Both of them The same dealership
I totaled a car and went bought a new one bought Both of them The same dealership.the told me to return the car because my deal is dead after 30 to 45 days of same. That have to reapply for the loan after I give them my car back. And I would not get the same vehicle.

I just wanted to check with you after the first month of driving your new 2020 Chevrolet Truck Silverado 1500 4WD and personally thank you again
I just wanted to check with you after the first month of driving your new 2020 Chevrolet Truck Silverado 1500 4WD and personally thank you again for your business. In the future, I will continue to contact you periodically to make sure you remain one of our satisfied customers. You must be kidding me. No one has yet to contact me about the vehicle I purchased and definitely did not recieve the High Country you sold me. I have filed a formal complaint with G.M. and consider you and Byers LLC. actions a Misrepresentation of a contractual agreement, Fraud, and Breach of my contract purchase order. I included the fact that I made many attempts to contact you on your business phone as well as your cell. You never returned my calls. Byers representatives and management lied continuously lied about transferring the truck from a dealer 7 hours away, then, after I had already purchase the truck, they informed me, on my follow thur, that this truck was potentially being sold at that dealer. This went on for 12 days. I went to Chevy build your truck and looked at dealers 7 hours away or closer for a search area. I found one truck at Lash Chevy in Johnstown, Ohio, 39 miles away. not 7 hours.Upon comparison, color, cost, and amenities this truck was comparable until I got to the vin#. Now I'm really pissed off. The Vin# was/is the same. This is the vehicle YOU sold. I talked to the dealer and no one had inquired, buyers or dealers on MY truck. So I bought it, lower price, lower intenjrest and superior sale So we get back to your inquire as to how I'm enjoying me new truck, stand by your phone, I will call for sure on Wedsday or Saturday or Next Wednesday or like you and the Byers representatives, never.

I had two recalls on my 2013 Subaru Crosstrec xv so i took it in to Byers Subaru Dublin to work on my car. Nothing was wrong with my subaru crosstrac when i took it into them.I also told them i wanted a tune up done to it as well because it was due for it.They called after they started to work on my car telling me that i had a major oil leak and did i want it fixed. Stupidly, i told them to fix it,0 later finding out that my car never had a oil leak. I paid for it took it home than had some codes pop up on my dash. The Code is: P0300,PP0340, P0345, P0346, P0366, P0391, P0365. and P0390. Took my car to *** for them to look at it local because i didnt trust Byers to do anything else to my car. *** Reset the codes because it threw alot of codes at them. So they could try to fine the issue. When i took it home from them which by the way they couldn't figure anything out. My radio stopped working, the mode button stopped working, my clock stopped working, my key-less remotes to the car and to my remote start stopped working and would not lock the doors.Took the car back to Byer Subaru Dublin only for them to tell me they couldn't figure it out and to take it back to *** because they were the ones that did the remote start on my car. 128.70 later found out that Byers Subaru Dublin removed a fuse in my engine and put it back in the wrong place. My radio, mode button, key fobs and clock resumed to work. So Subaru owes that money to us. I proceeded to drive my Subaru to make sure it was going to be ok to drive to my sons house on vacation. After all of those code being thrown at me scared me to drive it there. I drove it for about four days and the check engine light came back on throwing the same codes. We called them multiply times, left messages and only to be ignored by them. These codes are pointing back to them with what work they did on my car.
I emailed Kevin K and he passed it to Mark L without any response yet
I emailed Kevin K who passed it to Mark L. Kevin sent my message to Mark L on August 3. After no reply from Mark, I resent it to him on August 6. As of September 13, I've had no response from Mark. My email details a service issue on July 27, at Byers Subaru Dealership. I called them repeatedly without reaching the service department. Being from out of state and in need of urgent car service, I visited the dealership. Despite their busyness, they were friendly. Ann suggested leaving my Forester without guaranteeing same-day service and quoted around $400. This was higher than the standard price I knew from another dealership. After negotiating, I got a 'discount' but still above the expected $257.00. Ann informed me at 3:10 PM that my car was ready. I was content until I found my car's interior dirty from the technician's work. I cleaned it as best as I could. My local dealership agreed the dirt was unacceptable and offered to clean it. I'll send a receipt and photos in a follow-up email. Despite mixed reviews about Byers, I didn't expect to be ignored.

The first time I drove the 1997 Chevy pickup truck, the "Service Engine Soon" light came on after about 10 miles
The first time I drove the 1997 Chevy pickup truck, the "Service Engine Soon" light came on after about 10 miles. The truck had over 260,000 miles on it. I brought the service light to the attention of Josh (I believe it was Josh) and he said, "They probably forgot to reset it after the oil change." He gave me a list of the repairs and service they did on the truck. After looking at it, I said told him that it looked like they had more of their cost in the truck than they wanted. Josh said they were dealing more with the fact they had the truck for almost three months and they would be paying more for the money they had it in (I assume the interest in their invested money was about to start or go up). Two weeks later, they lowered the price (I was told it was originally listed at ***, lowered to ***, then to ***, then to @***) and I made the decision to purchase the truck at *** When I got in the truck at the dealership, the engine light was off, but after driving the truck about 20 miles, I noticed the light came back on again. Since I am a truck driver, I didn't have the time to take the truck back the same day, but I did call them on my next day off (two weeks after the purchase) and told them about the issue with the engine light being off when I bought it and they had evidently tried to hide the fact that there must have been problems with the truck. I had the codes read at an auto parts store and they are as follows: 1. PO 102 Mass Airflow Sensor - the amount of air entering the engine. 2. PO 340 - Camshaft position sensor circuit - a problem with the sensor, wiring or PCM. 3. PO 441 - Evaporative Emission Control - could be fuel cap. 4. PO 1870 - Transmission Component Slippage - compares engine speed to vehicle speed after the converter clutch has been commanded ON in either high gear. The dealership started a spiel of. "You purchased the truck as is. I've sold many cars with the engine light on." But they had cleared the codes at least twice. They have said they didn't do anything with the codes, but they could have disconnected the battery and the codes disappear. So, technically they could honestly say they didn't clear the codes in the computer. Part of my suspicion they disconnected the battery is from the first time I tried to start it, the battery was dead (even though it has a new battery). They gave the excuse that someone must have left a light on. That wasn't true because I didn't find any lights on. I was told that I needed to talk to Mario S. I asked for the dealership to repair the transmission slippage. He said he would have to check with someone else. After waiting a week for a response from Mario, I called him and was told he was on vacation, so the receptionist transferred my call to another manager (he never gave his name). After explaining the information to this manager, he told me the dealership would take the truck back without a problem and he transferred me to "someone who could take care of that." I was transferred to Jeremy and he then told me they couldn't take the truck back. They could take it in on trade at wholesale which I didn't agree to because I would have lost money. When you take the purchase price I gave for it, subtract the amounts for some the required repairs, you would almost figure the truck to be worth nothing. Why would a dealership that told me they make repairs to vehicles they sell to make them safe, yet the transmission slipped, they put new tires on it, but it wasn't aligned, and it has an exhaust leak around the engine. They didn't do repairs that were needed to make it safe, they made repairs for leaks and a shaft seal, and the AC. They knew there were a lot more repairs needed. The truck isn't worth almost anything. Most dealers that I've done business with would take this kind of vehicle to auction (I know they took it in on a trade) to get as much money out of it as they could. Why would they try to sell a vehicle starting out at *** that would need several more thousands of dollars to repair the problems? I think they were looking for someone who they could dupe into buying it by hiding the service light indicator that would tell you that it needed to be checked for problems. If I had known the engine light on for more than an oil change, I would have taken it to an auto parts store to find out what was wrong and then made a decision to not purchase it or I would have asked for a much reduced price to cover some of the costs.

I was pleased with the quality of my 2012 Fusion that I purchased here. It had been rigorously maintained and the process was no hassle. Thanks to the team at the Delaware location for their assistance.
Luol was great, *** was outstanding. If anyone is looking to purchase a ride look Luol up. I know we'll be back for our next purchase.
It was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I worked with a representative through the experience and he was knowledgeable and thorough. It was actually fun and enjoyable. I have recommended Byers to my friends and family when asked about my experience.
