This dealership is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with
This dealership is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Not only do they overcharge customers on service, they do it half-assed. I recently had issues with my smartkey and they have done nothing to resolve the issue but ask us to pay $675 for a spare key and wait another 5 days because they have no idea what is wrong with my vehicle. The Minneapolis, MN location dealership was able to send me the same key for $300 and overnight it. They have lied to me many times about my vehicle. They need to be closed or rebranded with people who are actually professionals and know how to service foreign vehicles. I have never felt so betrayed by a company that should be giving me an extra piece of mind, hence why I bring it to the dealership.

I bought a 2012 Volt from a dealership with Xmission. I live in MN and the car was delivered to me with low tire pressure. Nobody ever followed up with me. I still haven't made the first payment or registered the car because the registration paperwork arrived the day before my car broke down on 35W due to overheating, 3 weeks after purchase. It took 5 business days to get authorization to fix it. I was referred to a contact at Willis who never returned a call or email. The mechanic said the tires were at 5 4/32. The shocks and struts were scraping. The thermostat, radiator housing, and a broken hose were causing overheating. I would talk to the mechanic, then to my contact who would talk to their supervisor, who would then get back to me with questions for the mechanic and the cycle would start again. On the 4th business day, I was able to speak directly with DeeNee at Willis who argued with my mechanic. She got angry, refused to pay the diagnostic fee, and claimed the shocks, struts, and tires were fine. The tires were the original ones from 10 years ago with 96K miles. They should have been replaced 4 years prior. Willis paid for the overheating issues and contributed 600 towards new tires which I upgraded. They refused to cover the diagnostic fee or the shocks and struts, leaving me with a future 2K bill. Meanwhile, I was using my old car which also broke down on the 4th business day, leaving me stranded for 90 minutes with a dead phone. Resolving this took 4 unreturned emails, 10 texts, and 35 phone calls over 5 business days and 7 days without a roadworthy car.
