after sales service and irresponsible customer care
Respected Sir/Madam,
Mitsubishi Motors, the most famous brand name in the vehicle industry and even I too go with the public opinion that ‘YES’ it’s a most wanted brand in this industry. The brand credibility is awesome and It’s my privilege to be an owner of one of your prestigious product ‘Pajero’
Along with the brand value, I do understand that the company is giving equal importance to the term SAFETY but are you under the impression that, the dealers that holding your brand across the world is giving justice to that extend.
I would like to quote my experience:
I have visited Mitsubishi used car showroom Al Habtoor Motors ( Diamondlease ), Al-Aweer Branch, Dubai, UAE along with my family on 10th July’17 ( 01 month back) and stuck my eyes on a smart classic Pajero 2013 Pearl white colour. I was really impressed the way how the Sales staff Mr. Salahuldin who dealt me with. Without a second thought, we (me & family) decided to go ahead with the plan and since I am taking it from an authorized dealer of Mitsubishi, I just took the car blindly as the brand name itself was trust worthy for me. Only one concern I raised was about the tyres which was 2013 model. In Dubai extreme hot weather conditions, tyres are having a vital role and Dubai Road Transport Authority is very particular about it. Any Tyre above 03 years of life, is not expected to go through the vehicle passing tests as it’s not safe to use on the roads at all.
The sales personal statement was very firm and according to him, he is authorized to change the tyres only if the Government Vehicle passing authority (RTA) has found some faults in the tyre condition. Somehow the vehicle came across the passing formalities (not sure they used any new tyres for the passing purpose as other local agents does) and the registration process was completed.
Car was handed over to me on 11th Jul in good condition but again I reminded him about the Tyre as I was feeling some bumpiness while driving. He assured me that you are dealing with such a big brand and if you have any problems, you may approach directly to us and we are there to support you anytime. So I just ignored that bumpiness because my assurance was, I took the car directly from the dealer and no faults will be there. Hopefully, it may be my assumption or because I am using this Machine for the first time in my experience.
Incident -1:
On 10th Aug, I was brining my parents and my family from Dubai Int’l Airport at 1400hrs towards my home and on the midst of the Motor way ( Al-Khail Road), the rear right side tyre got burst with a heavy blasting sound and I lost the car control. The complete family was screaming inside the car but by the grace of God, somehow I could stop the car on the side of the road. The whole family got frightened and even I took my father to a nearest clinic because his Blood Pressure shoot up. Thanks God they are all safe now.
I rang to the sales person Salahuldin and he really consoled me and said, don’t worry he will talk to his manager and get the tyre replaced. He advised me to give a ring to his Sales Manager Mr.Hani Abu Fedah and explain the same to him. I ranged almost 20 times from that spot but he never responded to my call, Even I send WhatsApp messages but he never responded. Alright, maybe he was busy with his schedule.
The very next day, I rang him again and got him over the phone after several attempts. I explained the whole story but his reply was very sarcastic “WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING AFTER THE CAR SOLD TO YOU.THAT IS THE COMPANY POLICY”. For all my queries, his reply was just like a recorded message of the above.
Incident -2:
Mr.Salahuldin (sales Team Leader) was very cooperative and advised me that he will talk to him but later he also admitted that, yes Manoj you are right, he is not listening to me as well. But he extended his support by coming over at my place to take the car the car to the nearest Tyre shop as I said, I’m scared to drive the car anymore. He himself came over to my place and took my car to AL- Aweer Tyre shop and I was following him by driving his car. When we reached Al-Aweer Highway, I witnessed that the rear left Tyre got burst with heavy noise, right in front of me. But somehow Mr. Salahuldin was also able to control the car without any accident.
From the scene, again I called Mr.Hani ( Sales Manager) but his answer was so disappointing and not even
shown any interest to listen to my concern. Again he started repeating the same story to me.
When I took the car to the Tyre shop, the repair team has confirmed that all the tyres were retreaded tyres (recycled) and how come Mitsubishi dealer has fixed this tyres on their cars?
I don’t think company will never do such a mistake but I request you to kindly investigate the matter with Al-Habtoor sales team and get my expenses reimbursed. No one else should go through such disastrous situations in their life and the mental pressure that I and my family suffered was beyond the imaginations.
In fact, Al-Habtoor was putting my entire family’s life under heavy risk and if anything went wrong, who can compensate? The dealer or no one can compensate that anymore…
Ø Imagine if you are in my place, will you keep quite? The answers from the company will not hurt you?
Ø Bought a car from the dealer and within one month time, 02 tyres got burst and no responsibility for the company? Is this the company safety message?
Ø Are you not giving any values to human life? Or do you think, the company responsibility is only till they handover of the keys?
Ø Even a third rated roadside shops are giving minimum 06 months guarantee to the Tyres and Al-Habtoor / Mitsubishi Company is behaving such irresponsible?
Ø How come 2013 Tyres got pass through RTA examination or may be Al-Habtoor has done malpractice to get it passed?
I paid AED 2000 to change the all 04 tyres … for them it’s not a big money but for a salaried person like me, this AED-2000 will make a big difference. (Bills attached)
Awaiting your response to my email….
Thanks and Regards,
Manoj Mathews

dealer has not paid trade
On June 24, 2017 I purchased a vehicle from Gwinnett Mitsubishi Duluth Georgia 30096. I traded my old vehicle. As of today August 8, 2017 trade has not been paid off. After receiving multiple calls from the lean holder. I've been back to the dealership 4 times. I spoke to the sales rep, the loan officer and the general manager. I've called multiple times and I'm getting no where. My credit as well as my ex-husbands credit now has late payments to our report. I'm getting nowhere with these people. The pay off is less than 4000.00 dollars. At this point I'm ready to obtain legal counsel.
Integrity and unethical behaviour
On August 13th, 2017, I contacted "Mossy Mitsubishi" in Escondido, CA about their internet ad of a Mitsubishi Outlader SEL SUV, (stock number: 63941, VIN: JA4AD3A39HZ058838) asking if they would be able to do an out-the-door cash price (all-inclusive) of $21, 500.00, as they had various rebates, military discounts and specials going on at the time. After numerous back and forth calls and texts, gaining information from myself to give me a accurate quote, Pasqual Manuel (the sales rep) sent me one with price breakdown and pictures of the vehicle showing they could do it for $21, 741.78. I afterward called and spoke with him to find out if this was the best they could do and he responded that his manager John had given him this as the best deal. After some deliberation I told him "ok" I can do this but please be sure they are serious before I did a 45 minute drive to make the transaction. He said there may be some small stuff they had to see if I qualify for but not anything his manager can't work out. I asked him what small stuff? He replied stuff like what bank you are with, what car you own, if you have a COSCO car, so I told him I am with Navy Federal Bank, I own a Nissan, and I do not have a COSCO card. He said it was ok, I will be alright. I told him I cannot go over $22, 000. cash even if it is by $1.00, so if this is going to be an issue let me know now so I can save us both the time and myself and family a 45 minute trip! He said it's not going to be an issue and that his manager is very good and he knows I'm coming all way to get this deal. So feeling confident I make the drive to the dealership only to be told that they cannot do the deal because I do not qualify for the $500. loyalty discount. And that the new out the door price was $22, 890.00. So I asked him, even if I did not qualify for the $500.00 loyalty discount why is the price not $22, 241.78, and is instead over $1, 100. more, that math doesn't make sense. He said he doesn't know, it's just the way things are calculated... I asked him why couldn't they had tell me all this over the phone after 2-3 hours of conversation? He had no response, but that he was sorry. There was no new information provided to them than what was already given on the phone conversations, but they thought they could get me to commit to whatever they wanted if I could make the trip out there. I told him what they were doing is not right! And that I expressly had asked him to please be certain before I make that long trip, but they did not care, they will lie and say whatever they need to say just to get you to come to their dealership. This is a very bad representation of Mitsubishi! And these people should be ashamed and removed if this is what they are doing. I drove my family for an hour and a half and wasted alot of our time and gas for nothing! Dishonest and Unethical behavior in every respect! If you can't do something, then just say you can't, it doesn't matter if i'm in-front of you or 45 miles away. You are not only representing yourself, you are now representing a brand. If you say something to someone or give them a quot you should be held accountable to that. And this is exactly what I'd like to see happen in this case.
no payoff was ever made to m&t bank for my trade in
6/22/17 I purchased from Lancaster Mitsubishi 1009 N.Prince Street, Lancaster, Pa 17603, [protected], a 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer, trading in my 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander. I financed my 2008 from M&T Bank, they call me at least 4 times a week stating I owe them Loan payments. I explained I traded the vehicle in, M&T said they NEVER received a call for a payoff amount! I have called Mitsibushi each time I receive a call from M&T, I keep getting a run around by Lancaster Mitsubishi. The mgr's first name is Nick, he's been lieing through his teeth to me. I don't even want this car anymore! I saw my Outlander still sitting in their parking lot outside the service center, I want it back, I want Lanc Mitsibushi to pay my back payments to M&T, I want only to drive away happy! My next step is an atty by end of week!
after sales complaint
I have 2017 lancer Ex and in my first maintenance I was complaining from a vibration in the braking paddle & at the same time vibration is in the steering wheel & they said it's a problem in the Discs ( irregularity) & they refused to change within the warranty but they recommend Lathing Brake Discs as a cheaper solution which I refused as it's unsafe & the car is new & in the warranty such an unprofessional shocking solution and totally unacceptable from reputable manufacturer I request that the discs to be replaced within the warranty .

availability of car parts
one of the worst dealerships in saudi arabia is mitsubishi, to the point that no one every dare to risk it and obtain a damn car from alesayi because of the very awful service, I have gambled and bought Galant 2011 in which I had an accident which required several body and interior parts including :hood, hood joints, grills, bumper, headlight, radiator, condenser and other small stuff, however, NONE of the mentioned was available in the dealership spare parts dept. and the best the could manage is ordering from the main office which would take 5~7 working days to arrive
I live in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia and can honestly say this is the first and last time i'll ever deal with mitsubishi every again thanks to the incompetence of the alesayi for not giving a damn about customers and providing decent service
also they always close at 4 pm which is very inconvenient to bring any car for services since rarely anyone can get of work and catch dealership before they close
lies about safety related recall booking
Withou prejudice
I have received a letter without a date under the heading
"safety related recall 010110
Third and final notification - may/june 2017
Vin jmfxtcw5w7z000282
As soon as I got the letter I booked the required recall well in advance of 5 weeks on 1st of july 2017 and waiting for the confirmation but have not received such and when inquired said need to rebook for reasons best known to them, then again I rebook it for 6th of july 1 pm and wait to get the confirmation as the caller advised 1pm on 6th july but nil confirmation received, then I had to ring back again and after many attemp the service centre superviser said 8 am tomorrow with very unprofessional manner and I did not get the confirmation as I have robokked?, but as a fact I have not got any any confirmation at all in the first palce when I booked for the first time they would have sent to someone else
I owned this vehicle more than one year now and the dealer acted in my opinion very irresponsible and unprofessional and has no courtesy for customers! I now I have lost two days as a doctor because of this if any faulty which would happen because of this... Ii doubted my responsibility over the von bibra gold coast queensland, australia
This is a very poor customer care by this dealership.
2014 lancer warranty repair
Needs to be fixed.have had transmission problems with car and needs to be fixed. My attorney states that it needs to be fixed since its under warrenty and that there was no outside influence on car problems. Cars transmission has had multiple times where the transmission has actted up. My attorney has said that the car has to be fixed since it is still within the warrenty
door handle
The big complaint is the door handles I've had 3 door handles brake off. I know handle should be the main thing to be built to last. Being that it's use numerous times a day. When it comes to fixing them it is very expensive, there should be some kind of one time fix for customers. Again y'all are the number one dealer in the Nation. It wouldn't hurt to help out the people that got you there .
customer service
Hello, I recently received services from the El Cajon San Diego California location. Upon my arrival I made sure to tell the representative that I will be needing a maintenance on my car along with an inspection to make sure everything is in working condition since I will be taking off on a road trip. All the questions I had, the representative (Monica Flores 304 tag#2408) was unable to answer referring back to another representative for answers. She then told me that there was a package that would cost me around 450$ (with coupon included) for what I need. So I accepted. I later receive a call stating that my cabin air filters need to be changed. So I agreed on having them changed. A little later I received another call from monica stating that my tire sensors needed to be run through a diagnostic check since the light on the dashboard was on (which I don't recall it being on) I asked how much it would cost and she states that it would be around 65 for the diagnostics. I asked kindly for her to explain why it cost that much just for a diagnostic and she rudely answered back with a response that didn't even make sense. Stating that if I brought a computer in to fix that it would be a separate cost to fix my keyboard. At this point, very frustrated I declined the diagnostics. In which I thought was all included in the services that she sold to me. In addition, the car was suppose to be test driven in which it was not.
I feel as though I was blind sided and taken care of with extremely poor costumer service by a representative that truly has no knowledge of the different car services that Mitsubishi provides nor knowledge of Mitsubishi cars themselves. I would like to be compensated for the services that I thought were included in the cost and for such lousy costumer service. In addition, the car was suppose to be washed-which seems as thought it was only lightly rinsed.
ripped me off!!
My name is Luis a mendoza I took my car in last year for to replace my clutch . They took over 3 months to fix it TWICE. Second time they charged me for the clutch again, it was still grinding 5th . I drove it out the lot and they said since I had changed it twice it voids the warranty . I AM NOT going to pay 7000 or wait another 3 months for each service . They made me feel like all they wanted is my money . I love my car ... please help me

mitsubishi outlander sport 2012
This was the first Mitsubishi I bought, bought it filor my 16 year old son, brand new in 2012.
The paint in the tail gate started to peel away and rusted around the the rear window.
Contacted the dealer three times, they say it's out of warranty. Then that they don't have a body shop, then that they will call me back to have it repaired and painted( never happened- Kendall Mitsbushiin Miami) etc, etc etc. Service manager never returned my calls.the car over all is great, in fact I will buy another one for my second son that starts driving next year.
What I 've never seen in any of my cars during my life time ( when it comes to quality of paint job from factory), I've seen it in this Outlander sport.
Would you please help? And recomnend me a serious dealer in Miami to take it to have it repaired under warranty, this us clearly a factory deffect that started before I bought the car and clearly not created or originated by me.
Thank you

Dear Sir/Madam
I am from Iran and has ordered an ASX 8 months ago. But unfortunately, the Arian Motors in Iran did not keep the promise regarding the delivery date and keep lying to us.
Unfortunately, we are not alone here. I think this is shameful that Arian Motors are destroying your reputation in Iran.

spare parts and agent way of treatment toward the problem.
Dear All,
Pls note that i am facing a real horrible time dealing with Mitsubishi Egypt agency, the problem start month ago, My car is Mitsubishi attrage 2015 and actually the car mileage is less than 4350Mile use (7000 kilometers ), when i visited them for 3000 Kilometers check up they said that the car have a problem in the brake parts which i don't know how specially it didn't pass 3000 Kilometer but they insist it's duo to bad usage !
so they asked me to come back to them later to replace it, when i went there to replace it (month ago), they inform me that they will not be able to change the defected part cause the brake lining is almost totally damaged which also weird specially that i use the car once or twice per week max. and i will have to pay for it so i found no other option and i accept and here they came and say that the original spare part is not available in Alexandria and if we used the Spanish one they will not be allowed the change the other damaged part they talk about from the beg and they will made and order for us from the main head agent in Cairo as i live in Alexandria (200 Kilo away from there), again i have nothing to do except accepting what they say baring in mind that they asked me NEVER move or use the car cause it's really critical cause the brake lining is totally damaged and i may found no brakes working while i am driving, since this happen which is almost month ago and i can't use the car and every couple of days i make call to check if they order this brake lining and they keep say not yet and i keep calling both agents in Cairo and Alexandria in order to manage the order which suppose to be there job but no problem as i need to use my car finally Cairo branch told me that Alexandria branch already got all there monthly possible spare parts and they can't supply them with any more brake lining which is soo weird and at the end they asked me to drive the car which they already asked me not to duo to dangerous situation and go to Cairo 200 Kilo meters drive in order to change the brake lining and if it's danger to do i will have to deliver the car to them by any mean in order to have this brake lining replaced !
I rally never have such a way of treatment dealing with any of my cars before and when i decided to get the Mitsubishi attrage i though that Mitsubishi is a respectful company who care about there customer satisfaction but i am really soo disappointed from the way they deal with me and how they totally not care to solve specially that the damaged part was damaged duo to production problem which is not my problem at all and still they don't do anything to help, so i hope that this problem will be addresses to the right people who will take care and try to solve this problem with Mitsubishi Egypt, also pls let me know if you need any more details about my problem or info about the car .
Thanks for co-operation and waiting for feedback.
Amekky.
customer service/service and parts
So we bought our car in may from red deer mitsubishi. As soon as we drove the car we realized the clutch and tranny were almost gone. I argued with the worst manager in that place (jan from the service department). They continued to tell us it was a radical clutch and needed to be worked in, and that it was fine and had went through an anvic. After multiple arguments they realized that the parts did need to be fixed. It took 7 weeks on the shop to get fixed. While it waa in the shop red deer mitsubishi paid for a rental in the meantime. I asked jan if they would put hail coverage on it she said she would. Then we got a massive hail storm and of course we get massive hail damage. When we told them she said she didnt put on the covereage but she would pay the damages for hail. Now that they have recieved the bill they are retracting what they said and are calling me a liar. This isnt the first time, terrible customer service and extremely unproffesional, red deer mitsubishi your word means nothing. They should be held responsible
bad sales practices and poor employers
These people are low, there business practice is poor at best. I had started there has a sales man and the add I had apply for they stated there was a base wage. After working for them for 2 weeks there was nothing. On top of that, they incorporate poor marketing practices. Encouraging you to lie to the customer and feed them fake carrots to get them in the door. In other provinces you have to list the vehicle price. I think its time for Alberta to do this so company like this can stop ripping off. There is a motto in the car business called "All the money, all the time" basally what this means. It doesn’t matter what the vehicle is actually worth they will try to get as much out of you for it as they can. So maybe this 10 000 car thats only worth 8000 they will try to get you to pay 20 000 for it and finance it on top of that. Under the pretence that is amazing deal with 0% down.
Unfortunately just price listing wont stop them from ripping off there own employees. It also wont stop them from forcing there sales man to make cold calls on a dead call list that never get updated and half the people have all ready requested to have there names removed.
Companies like this should be run out of the town or burnt the ground to bad there’s no such thing as justice in the world any more.
There is no respect to customers
Here In Iran, Arian Motor company is a representative of Mitsobishi car productions. Unfortunately, they are cheating with the costumers. The final price is not the one that they have promised at first. It increases at least 5% at the end. There is no one to explain and even if you want to cancel the deal, they delay a month to pay back your money.
They promise to deliver the car after 3 months but after 5 months they are still making subterfuges and prolonging the delivery time. There is not any good service centers for Mitsobishi specially for ASX model.
I think the main reason that Mitsobishi is not successful to sell its prodoction like other companies (for example Hyundai) in Iran, is the awful costumer service of Arian motors.
Smell of sulfur
In July 2014 I bought 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander from Erin Mills Mitsubishi, after few weeks I experienced very strong smell of sulfur smell which made driving a car almost impossible. I went to a dealership almost on weekly basis/since the end of august to date, last visit was twice this week alone/I even suggested what might a problem the answer was it very expensive part and we have to go certain procedure, well I ask what that have to do with me I can't drive a car in my opinion that car is a health hazard especially during the winter season, how many times I have to go to a dealership to get that problem fixed, do I really have to go to a newspapers or local government to have a problem solved? that will not be a very good publicity or will it? All I ask for is to be able to drive a car that I paid for, the companies or dealerships responsibility is not ending with a payment from a customer
Sincerely
Greg Konieczny Mississauga Ontario Canada

New triton went in for first 2000k service there was a miscommunication re wireless in dash phone charger on purchase that was meant to be rectified. dropped off the car the sales man (dev wanneroo Mitsubishi) had not done anything about rectifying the issue just said outright he forgot and could do the charger for std new sale price this is after leading us to believe it was a std feature very disappointing no service car was available after being told it would be and then speaking to the parts man (dave wanneroo Mitsubishi) about the price of the phone charger he told us that we weren't intending to get the car serviced through them in the future so why would it be in his interest to give a good deal on the wireless phone charger? All round very poor service for the sake of a brand new 50k car to be fed with that sort of ____ very disappointing
