tampa mitsubishi
I purchased a used car from tampa mitsubishi on 12/05/17.
I put a downpayment of $4269.84 on my visa card. When i showed up to finalize the used car (stock no p3570) and give them the balance $$ of the order in a check from my credit union, the check was $503.15 too much. Instead of re-processing the credit card payment they decided (against my wishes) to give me one of the company's "we owe" certificate stating that they owe me $503.15. See picture attached of the "we owe" certificate.
It is over 3 weeks later, and over 15 phone calls and several converstations with my salesman (kurt bierek), the general managera (alex disney), and the accounting manager ("joe"), they have refused to honor their "we owe" certificate and i'm still waiting for my refund. I've been promised that they would call me back with up-dates but to date, no body has ever called be back but my salesman (he is new and seems to have no ability to help me).
From the looks of the dealership interior build, and the fact that there were no mitsubishi cars on display inside the show room, i'm worried that they are going out of business and i'll not receive my money due.
Can you help me get paid?
your representative in iran "arian motor" has cheated me
My name is Nasrin Khiabani and I have purchased for an outlander mitsubishi type 5 at arian motor company branch in karaj city in iran about 3.5 months ago. It was to give me the car about 1 month ago but the company and your representative in iran doesn't accept any responsibility and excuses that the the registeration site for car enterance custums is still closed! This is while that this site has been closed since about 5 months ago and they didn't informe me at the day of purchasing and in the other words cheated me to take money! Dear sir/lady your representative in iran is really abusing the name and good reputation of mitsubishi when just I relied on this famous brand with very good quality of your products to take contract with arian motor unfortunately. People like me which have been cheated are too many and maybe they can not contact with you. Please ask your representative in iran to be punctual and responsible among custumers and compensate any speretal and matteral harms to me and to the very nice brand of mitsubishi. Thank you!
purchased a vehicle from libertyville
My mother in law and brother in law purchase a car in October which we still have not received. They promise to add an additional part and assure us that the car would be ready in a week. It's been over a month and still no car. Meanwhile my brother in law who is serving in the US Navy is still with out a car. We had to make out first car payment to our bank which left horrible because we still don't have the car. Also the Libertyville dealer never gave the bank the payment information which made us late on the payment and told the bank they gave us the car back in October which now the bank wants to charge us additional fees because of the car insurance. I have never received such a horrible customer service. The dealer has not even called to apologize
car - after sales services
Hello!
This is with regards to the irresponsibility made by your Citimotors, Alabang branch with regards to my Refund processing. I have purchased a Mirage GLX unit under MMPC settlement. Upon review of the costings to be paid monthly, our dealer, Mr. Jojo Magano, told us that the downpayment we have provided the previous month, July 2017, will be processed for refund as the said transaction is entitled to Zero DP. I have paid P10, 000 for reservation and DP. I got the unit August 4 of the same year with incomplete add ons such as service booklet, seat cover and insurance. Yet we agreed to make it pass. 4 months after, constantly following up update for my refund for the P10, 000, the agent has been asking me to write a letter requesting for the processing AGAIN. Note that I have created a letter and submitted IDs and other requirements also last August 4. Months passed and this agent is asking me to coordinate with his boss, Ana Paradina, and a guy named Mike, who both told us that we should ONLY BE COORDINATING WITH THE AGENT. Yet until the end, he still pushes us to be the ones to create action and present another request letter and/or call for follow up not to him but to his bosses. He actually stated that there's been a missing receipt paid by office from bank (which I absolutely dont have any damn idea as this is internal obviously). I was promised by the agent na I would have it MAXIMUM 2 months. HELLO IT'S CHRISTMAS NA. False compromise? Part of your services eh?
Please make necessary actions to this.
I am very willing to send a complaint through dti and other complaint helping programs like Tulfo's. I am also in the midst of creating a public post through my online sources as well as connections that'll be tagging your whole company for this incompetence.
Best regards,
Althea Mendoza
sale
I recently brought 2017 outlander. I pay the listed price . I didn't even negotiate the price. Before I brought the car. The salesman was telling me what the car come with. He told me the car come with hid headlight. And I even ask him about the headlight. If they are hid. He said yes. So I brought the car. Came to find out. It was not hid. So I call the next day . Talk to the salesman that the headlight are not hid. He left a voicemail saying he will talk to the manager and have them replace with hid. And know all I'm getting is the run around. I email the manager. All he said was sorry and that it. I pay full price and not getting what I pay for. If the salesman told me it not hid I wouldn't have brought the car. I think I should get what I pay for. So can u help me out with this
Salesman should not tell lie just to sale a car.
complimentary service not given
Hi I took my car for my first servicing to CBS Mitsubishi service Centre, Durham on Nov18th, 2017 . But I was not given the complimentary welcome oil change saying that I have to meet a minimum of 7000 miles to avail it. But I was never disclosed of this criteria at the time of sale, nor in the owners coupon nor at the time of service appointment. But the problem is I primarily use my car to commute from office to home with an average of 50 miles a week and the coupon is expiring on Dec 31st, 2017 and going by my miles I will never fulfill this mileage criteria before Dec 31st. Now I find this welcome oil change phony and deceiving on the part of Mitsubishi towards its customers.
Also I don't see any service history records in my Mitsubishi owners account of the service done on Nov 18th even though I was told that it would be done.
Regards
A very disheartened Mitsubishi customer.
very bad service by mitsubishi agency in saudi arabia
Dear Sir,
I have Pajero 2016, mileage 59995 km, I am the first owner. I need to inform you that Mitsubishi Agency in Saudi Arabia has very bad service, I have an awful experience with him regarding the maintenance service. This is not the first time.
I hope you take the necessary action because your car is great but the agency (Alesayie) is NOT.
Thanks,
Mohannad
the car
Hi I got my car from the Mitsubishi dealership and I really didn't have my car for the year I had trouble with my brakes and I didn't have money to fix it or go to the dealership and I had to go to a private mechanic so he can fix it it was over $500 so next year I had almost had the car for a year-and-a-half again I had brake problems and I talked to the company and they said is wear and tear this is ridiculous I'm paying so much for this car and I'm not getting the service that I deserve this car is terrible is 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage and I these tires I have a by 5 tires and two of them is I had to replace them and they were both new and had to replace the new ones for the other ones I said this car is so cheap I'm so disappointed how this car is made and I just want to trade it in but they are not letting me because they says wear and tear this is ridiculous
paint chipping on outlander sport
Same issue as other reports seen. Outlander Sport with less than 9000 miles on it, and paint chipping already...took it in and was told it was due to normal wear and tear. Then was told it was due to the paint that Mitsubishi now uses. They were "nice" enough to cover the chips and will give me a paint pen, free of charge.
I am already counting down on when I can get a new vehicle, and will not be a Mitsubishi. Hard to believe they can feel good about selling such crap. I have and definitely will continue to let people know so they are made aware.
I am complaining about the maxfacturar
Hi I am very upset how my car is this is 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage and I really don't have this car for 2 years and it's giving me so much problems how to change the brakes twice and each year I had to replace my tires five times even they were brand new tires and two of them I had to put rims in it car is terrible terrible condition and I don't feel safe in this car
unresolved problem with mitsubishi asx
i have sent my car (mitsubishi ASX 2012) for check on the steering wheel which i felt was loose and the rough engine noise upon start up and taking off (speed less than 100km/hr)...initially it was the wheelbearing which was changed and this helped with issue for a while but recurred after a few weeks and then i sent it for a major service but the problem persisted.
it has been an inconvenience for me to keep on sending my car for checking and the prblem has not been resolved. AT least they should provide me with a spare car whilst they keep my car for checking.
2014 mitsubishi outlander
Bought my 2014 Outlander a few months ago and had nothing but trouble. It kept hauling to the right when I bought it so I brought it back about two or three times before they fixed the problem. Appearently it was the tires that were on it. It also had a really bad vibration which took another two or three trips to the dealership before they fixed that problem. I noticed there was paint blisters all over the roof and back hatch of my SUV so I called and asked them if it was covered and they said yes because it was under full coverage. When they sent the pictures of the paint blisters away to get them looked at in Ontario (because they don't have a professional down here to look at them), they came back and said that they were not covered because they claimed them to be rock chips(when you could clearly see the paint blisters/bubbles). Now the drivers window is leaking really bad when it rains. I am guessing that they won't cover that as well. Very hard company to get along with. Not sure who inspects these vehicles. Would never recommend Mitsubishi to anyone.
non repayment of advance towards car booking
I have planned to purchase Mitsubishi Lancer from Fujairah showroom on 15/08/2017 and had made an advance payment of 400 Dirhams towards the bokking fees. It was not mentioned it will not be refunded and no receipt was being given to me stating the same. Since it was 2016 model I decided not to buy and contact the showroom the same day and informed them I am not buying the car but they refused to pay my advance payment back. As a customer I feel very sad about the situation where my hard earned money is stuck with the showroom and they are not ready to return it back explaining that it is their company policy, As an International company which is holding such good customer relationship values I never thought my money would be wasted in such a manner. Please look into the above issue and resolve this and return my hard earned money since I am not buying the car. I look forward to a pleasant reply from your good company as I believe you still uphold your customer relationship and company core values and not keeping other people's money in your hand just for the sake of nothing
customer care service
I bought a car at Brooklyn Mitsubishi dealership in New York City and was supposed to receive a registration for it and license plate within 30 days. 30 days past by and now I can not drive my car legally because I do not have neither registration nor license plates. Transit registration has expired. Numerous calls to this dealership have only one answer " I have no control of it" from Cheryl (person in charge for DMV) . One person even told me that I have to deal with DMV on my own and this is totally insane. I paid money for everything and when I was buying the car I was promised that Brooklyn Mitsubishi will cover all paperwork and DMV, that I have nothing to worry about. This dealer never followed up with me and people who promised to call back never did. When I told them that I am going to complain publicly I was transferred to store manager George who said "You can't stop people from living negative reviews, if they what to do so, and if it's make you feel better than do this". Is this an answer you want to hear from a store manager? My answer to you George is " it will not make me feel any better because my problem is not solved but at least people who will read it will know how you treat your customers". Everything can happen, but there is no need to be rude and unprofessional. You admit a fault and work with client to solve the problem.
Now! Who is going to take responsibility for it? How do I solve this problem? When I can be legally driving my car again? Who will pay for my extra expenses?

engine oil capacity
Dear friends. I bought mitsibishi outlander 2016 model diesel 2.2 engine /150 hp/ from Balkan star dealer in Bulgaria. According to the documentation I was given the engine oil capacity is 5.9 litres. When I went for oil change on the 1st year they replaced the oil telling me that the volume is 8 litres 0w30 oil. I was charged for 8 litres. My question is how much is the oil capacity of the car when replacing the oil of the engine.
Thank you!

payoff not received
My husband and I leased a Mitsubishi Outlander on 7/8/17 from Toms River Mitsubishi. We traded in our 2012 Jeep Compass that was to be paid in full by the dealership. As of today the payment has not been received and we received notification that it has affected our credit. I have been in touch with the finance department (George) and he told me several times the payment was going out. I have been in contact with GM Financial where we have our loan for the Jeep. They have received several calls on a new payoff figure, but have not received the payment. I also have expired temporary plates that expired on 8/3/17. Nothing has been done to correct this and I have been getting the run around. I want this dealership responsible for their actions and to correct our credit. I would like to speak to someone on this, so please give me a call back at [protected].

factory paint n new outlanders
My son and I purchased two, new 2016 AWD Outlanders last year. His brown mine in white. We live in different states. Both have experienced substantial deterioration of paint on the hoods and pillars of the car. The problem is ongoing. Reputable Auto body and non-Mitsu dealers have categorized the issue as "soft, non-cured, faulty paint". The regional MITSU guys, who has seen pix of both vehicles (both under 18, 000 miles) simply stated they are rock chips and not covered by the paint / body warranty.
I have owned just about make and model vehicle and have also run them to 100K miles and have NEVER EVER seen so many paint chips on any car I have driven (more than 30). I was asking for acknowledgement of issue and a repaint with warranty of fading / matching for life of car but no acknowledgement and not even an effort to see vehicles.
Google this issue and it is starting to appear more often. My guess is many owners don't even no this is an abnormality. IT IS. My son and I otherwise love our vehicles (I last owned a Mitsu Montero when they were true trucks) and wanted to be fan. Having to paint-stick $56, 000 of new cars so they dont rust out after less than 12 months is just absurd.
I am reluctant to even get on a highway as I know I will continue to get chips every time I drive. Can you say "Class Action"?
