Iv been to other honda dealers service, but metro honda is top of the line in customer service. I always rather travel 20 miles to metro honda and i have one 5 miles away. Will recommend anyone to this honda dealer.

This is now my 5th Honda car purchase at Metro Honda in Jersey City, NJ. I have dealt with the same sales and finance staff for all the years I been leasing including the service staff in the back when I get my oil changes. I have to say I have been treated like family. I will continue to go to Metro Honda and I will continue to refer my friends and family over as I have been doing already. Great team, great leadership ?

Our first Honda CRV which we got on 7/30. The Sales Consultant, Manolo ***, was very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, honest. He answered every question we had about leasing or buying a car. He explained in detail the pros and cons of leasing vs buying. He knows his cars very well. Test driving the Honda CRV was very smooth. It was service de-luxe. Mr. was even very kind enough to assist us in returning the rental car that was still in our possession by giving us a lift to the car rental! We were driven over to the car rental by another associate who was also very nice and friendly. The processing of the papers was quick and efficient. We made the right decision in visiting this car dealer. Though, that lady on the counter, near the door, can use a little training on being friendlier and welcoming to new customers. But overall, still 5 stars to this Dealership. Thanks to Mr. and his team!

The establishment was clean, followed social distancing to the best of their ability & all reps are helpful and pleasant. Rep, Horatio went above & beyond to help me find something that not only looks and runs wonderfully but he took my budget into consideration though out the entire process. Quickest lease process I've ever been thru.

My blood pressure rises when I get service from here. They held my car for days without notifying me. I called to ask and I did not get a call back. Whenever I walk in, I NEVER see anyone greet me - I have to find my way to see ANY customer rep that would even want to acknowledge me. The cashiers are not attentive at all, I had to greet them myself. Additionally, they do not pay attention and forgot to give me my keys AND they told me the wrong location where I parked my car. They are not friendly and it was a horrible experience like the first time.

I loved the service I received at Metro Honda. My Rep, Horacio G, was not only very kind and approachable but he explained everything to me as this was my first leasing experience. I felt comfortable and knew he would give me exactly what I wanted which is what he did! I would recommend Horacio to all my friends and family for sure and when its time for me to trade in, I will be back !

I loved the service I received at Metro Honda. My Rep, Horacio G, was not only very kind and approachable but he explained everything to me as this was my first leasing experience. This is now my 5th Honda car purchase at Metro Honda in Jersey City, NJ. Metro Honda Our first Honda CRV which we got on 7/30

Our first Honda CRV which we got on 7/30. The Sales Consultant, Manolo ***, was very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, honest. He answered every question we had about leasing or buying a car. He explained in detail the pros and cons of leasing vs buying. He knows his cars very well. The business advertised giving out a $25 Gift card when you visit the dealership and test drive a vehicle. I visited and test drove a Honda Odyssey 2019 Touring that they had in inventory on 8/24, but the dealership is not honoring the advertisement and is not issuing a $25 gift card

Metro Honda Cancellation of Honda care and tire services, was told for the past few months that cancellation was done , now was informed By Honda care that

Cancellation of Honda care and tire services, was told for the past few months that cancellation was done , now was informed By Honda care that cancellation was never done , been working with Mr Charles Ri, met with him a few times and was assured that all paper work and paid off letter was sent to Honda Care since March and its in process.. As of today June 23 no documents was faxed or emailed and he never don't respond to my emails or phone calls.

Metro Honda After salesperson and sales manager approved my trade in value and price of new vehicle, I was informed by them that I would be getting financed

After salesperson and sales manager approved my trade in value and price of new vehicle, I was informed by them that I would be getting financed thru *** Finance at 1.9%. I was then passed to finance guy who after paperwork was completed informed me that I would be financed thru *** at 5.9%. At this point my trade in vehicle was already taken away and I had no opportunity to cancel the deal. I would like to get what was originally promised. I have filed a complaint with Honda and reached out to the sales manager and not gotten a response.

Metro Honda Metro Honda has deceptive practices

Metro Honda has deceptive practices. Besides being discriminating they do not provide the clients with the right solutions. I went to get my A/C repaired. After waiting more that 2 hours they told me I had to replace a part for $750 to fix the issue. I had to leave my car overnight and when i went to pick it up next day and taking the car home I realized the issue was not resolved. I went back to the dealer and they told me that "probably that part was not causing the issue and maybe it was something else." After paying almost $1,400.00 I had to pay more for the issue to be fixed but they said "It wont be more than a couple of hundreds". I do not want to pay after they had my car for over 24 hours. Before this one, I had a different bad experience. My wife took the car to the service. She had to wait in the car for almost 1 hour just because she does not speak English. Even though they have a lot of Spanish speaking representatives, nobody wanted to go outside and take care of the car. They have no respect over people's time. Even though you schedule appointments you have to wait for over 2 hours to have an answer. While I was there a client was upset because she waited for more that 2 hours for the to tell her that her tire had a bubble and it had to be replaced. Another thing, I always take my car to this dealer to do oil change and routine maintenance. They never said anything is wrong but then out of nowhere in a visit I have to do 10 different things and it is always more than $1,000.00. At what point do they tell you to keep an aye on this or that because they soon need to be changed? This business should not be operating.
