After unsubscribing from their contact list via email, contacting the dealership to be removed, and contacting corporate Honda, they still continue to send me emails.

Advertised a Honda Civic for $99 per month for 36 months
Advertised a Honda Civic for $99 per month for 36 months . Spoke to a Joy over the phone who advised additional fees were bank fee 600 , doc fee 600 , taxes title and reg about 500 . I asked to verify total 3000.00 upfront , she responded affirmative . I asked if she was a sales person and would assist me when I arrived , she responded yes . When I arrived at appointed time , I was told Joy only answers the phone . An extremely rude indvidual advised it would be 20 minutes till someone did me the favor of talking to me . I kinda knew what was coming . A salesperson came out and asked if I was here for the 99 special . I said yes . He showed me a written up quote sheet that they must show people all day that fall for this crap showing up showing upfront fess over $7000.00(wheel locks window etching 1500 , mandatory of course , destination fees 1000 , and I cant even remember the rest such non sense) This is definition bait and switch illegal in

I purchased a Honda CRV on Nov 30, 2019 at Open Road Honda in Edison via *** Auto Buying Program. I purchased the Extended Warranty at the same time. However, upon reviewing the fine print in the contract, I elected to cancel the contract. The contract was canceled on 7-Jan-20 at the dealership (Customer Cancellation form was completed) i.e. within 38 days of Purchase. I had submitted my Extended Warranty Cancellation Request to Open Road Honda Nick F on 7-JAN-2020 and was informed that it should be credited to my Car Loan Account latest by first week of March. But I didn't came through and started following up with Nik, and on 12-March I got response after 4-followup via email "Will have an answer for you either by the end of business today or first thing tomorrow, been hectic in here with everything going on - I apologize" . But after that I did call, left voice email, sent multiples emails but have not received any response till date. Its being 6 months now and I am still waiting for my refund to be processed. No-one is from Open Road Honda is returning any of my emails or phone calls. Please help.

With the COVID-19 still around
With the COVID-19 still around. On June 2nd, I was asked to come to the store if I wanted to get a new lease. On the website they indicated they would come to your house. False. On the phone, they assured us it would take 1 hour and 30 minutes. False, we were there for 4 hours because they were short staff. Once there, we went to return our 2017 CRV and lease a new 2020 CRV. We were asked to go drop the car off on the other side of the building. In the past, this was always taken care for us. After approaching 3 different people (even encountered a manager wearing flip flops yelling at an employee in front of us) we finally got someone's attention. He got the car information and said OK you're done with the return. We thought we were really done. When we went to make a new deal on the other side of the building, they said they would take care of the last 2 payments on my last lease. Not once did they mention to us that in order to get the disposition fee waive we had to stick with CAL Automotive (same loaner as the last lease). We weren't given an option. Lack of communication and were not informative what so ever. We were kept there for 4 hours. To my surprise I have received a $4,000 bill from *** Part of this bill are the last 2 payments. After picking up the plates and showing them the bill, they told me I had to handle it directly with ***. *** says I have to deal with Open Road Honda and ask them for those last 2 payments. I have called several times to Open Road and I receive voicemails. Finally today someone answered and was transferred to 3 different people. Repeated myself 3 different times with the last person telling me that I have to go in person in order for them to look into it. IN PERSON! We are still dealing with COVID19. I wish I would have never giving them our business. The way they treat their customers is distinguishing.
