I agreed to purchase a truck at the advertised rate, but the salesman refused to process the paperwork because there was a price increase the next day I attempted to purchase a truck from the dealership. I agreed to pay the discounted price advertised online. I requested the salesman send me the paperwork to complete sale as I do not want to catch COVID. I also asked him to include a shipping charge. He refused and said the price is going up tomorrow and I should check back in the morning. This was at 1600 in the afternoon. I repeatedly tried to get in contact with a sales manager to complete the sale but no one would take my call. Finally this morning I was contacted and as the salesman indicated the price had risen 2k. The dealership recognized the conversation with the salesman but refused to honor the price. I can also provide the text messages to validate this claim

Went to buy a truck
Went to buy a truck. The tires were bad at the very beginning. They said they would fix. I said I will not purchase unless those tires get fixed. They set up a date to fix the tires. I signed and bought the truck. The Sales Person and the main man Al that promised me they would fix the truck tires. I went in they said there was nothing wrong with the tires. However, they agreed to fix before I purchased the truck. I called them again and set up another date to fix the tires. Once again they said nothing wrong with the tires. They knew the tires were this way in the very beginning. They kept putting me off until the 1000 mile factory warranty was out. I called the 3rd or 4th time and they said they would do nothing that the warranty was already out. So now the 5th time they said that they contacted GM and they would do nothing. The tires are still shaking. I even took it to another tire place. There are 2 witnesses that were present of the date of purchase of the promises made.

Did not include all items purchased
Did not include all items purchased. I purchased a 2021 Ram 1500 in October . I drove 3 hours just to purchase from this dealership. At the time of the sale I negotiated to have rear wheel well liners included, however the salesman stated they were not available at the time. Once I arrived back home I searched online and discovered the liners were available. I contacted the salesman and he stated they were on backorder. I waited a couple of weeks and checked again and they were still available from Mopar online but the salesman keep stating they were not. After 5 months and numerous contacts with the salesman and the dealership agreed to send me a check for the cost of the wheel well liners. After another 3 weeks I finally received a check for a portion of the cost for the liners. The dealership did not include shipping or taxes for me to purchase the liners on my own. I would expect after nearly six months of waiting that they would provide the total cost of the liners. The amount they sent was less than the window sticker add on for this item.

Product/customer service/repair
Product/customer service/repair. I purchased a 2013 Cadillac ATS in October from Glenn Freedom. While test driving the vehicle we noticed that thw engine light was on and a hesitation/stuttering. The salesman, ***, had explained that they had done an inspection on the vehicle and it was a sensor that need to be replaced and would be before delivery of the vehicle. I was hesitant about the purchase due to this issue. During crunching of all the numbers I was told that his manager would be in to speak with us. We waited, however, once he came back ge stated that the manager was tied up. We got up to leave , but amazingly the manager appeared. He asked what the issue was with me purchasing the vehicle. I explained that I was afraid of the vehicle and it's issues. ***, the manager stood there and assured me that the issues would be taken care of and that he would not put me or my family in a vehicle that he wouldn't put his family in and that they would correct the issue. I asked about if they replaced the sensor they suspected was the problem and it didn't correct it, what would happen and *** exclaimed they would fix the car. Unfortunately I fell for the lines. It was all about how the dealership had a full disclosure system. Which has turned out to be total rubbish. I was also told upon signing papers that the vehicle had 5000 miles left on original warranty, and it was full warranty. That was not the case, as I have come to find out. I did purchase an extended warranty that I was told had $100.00 deductible and covers all the things in the vehicle. Turns out it has a $200 deductible and doesn't cover everything. At first they seemed very helpful. I took the car back and they loaned me a vehicle. Checked mine and stated that they had device it and drive it and could not get any lights to come on and the vehicle was performing as it should. Later , in another discussion with *** I find out they drove it maybe 20 minutes in total. I asked for records of the things done to the vehicle which I was provided. However, after driving my vehicle with the continued stutter that I have called about and emailed various reps of the dealership there has been no resolution. I was told to call Casey about the car and he blew me off and basically acted as if I was stupid. He said anything he does has to be approved by *** and ended the call. I called to ask for higher ups and they sent me to ***. I explained to *** the situation. He said he would make sure I was contacted the very next day with a resolution. That call has yet to be made. I emailed *** who as soon. As he answered my call asked me to hold and I highly suspect he went to get *** to listen in. He acted as if he would help and said to bring the vehicle in to be looked at. Transferred me to service only to learn I would have to pay $135 for diagnostics. I called again when lights began to call in only to be told I have to pay. This week I called and spoke to *** regarding the engine light coming on again. I was close to another service center and was able to have codes pulled on the light issue and it was told to me that they suspect that the previous service was only to get the light off and that it appears the issue had not been attempted to be fixed. I called the dealership yet again only to be told by *** that I would have to pay for diagnostics and also he said he would get the details of what my warranty covered which has been another phone call I haven't received. I finally, in all my frustration have called for what feels like the 100th time to speak to the higher up person, but that was a task in itself because no one there seems to know who that is. Finally, a name of *** was give, who I had also previously emailed with no response. I was assured again by *** that my message would receive a response from Mr... we will see I suppose . All in all this has been the worst experience in purchasing a vehicle I have ever had.
