I had a great experience today. I walked in and Jordan helped me right away. We viewed and discussed several different options. He wasn't pushy at all; I truly felt supported throughout the process and I appreciated his honesty and friendly demeanor. Anthony assisted with financing options - broke things down so that I could understand the next steps and helped me feel comfortable moving forward. All in all, an awesome experience with a great duo! Happy about my new purchase!

My husband and I were looking to purchase my first vehicle and as we were shopping around we came across Global Auto. They had the best prices ! When we got there they made the process very easy and smooth for us. Mr. Pete helped by making the process very smooth and easy for us. They had made the financing very easy with no trouble at all. My dream vehicle from Global auto was in pristine condition. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to this establishment because they have really proven that customer service is the key to their success. Thank you so much once again to the team and can't wait for vehicle # 2 !

I was in the market for an upgrade to my current Mercedes C300, at first I went to a different dealership in the area which was such an unpleasant experience! Since I was already in the area I decided to stop at Global Auto, from the minute I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Bola, he was extremely pleasant and understood exactly what I was looking for. He showed me different models such as an E-class and S-550 Mercedes, he took his time and allowed me to test drive each one, after much consideration I decided on an S550 2018. The car was in pristine condition, clean CarFax, low miles and luxurious interior. The entire team made this purchase such a breeze, their financing options are unbelievably good. The finance manager Sean was able to get me a rate lower than my bank, at the same term I was looking for! I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Global Auto Outlet and will refer this dealership to family and friends.

When I first walked into the dealership, I was a bit nervous about finding the right car and getting approved for a loan. But the team at Global Auto Outlet put all my worries to rest. They walked me through the process and helped me find the perfect car that fit my needs and budget. I have to give a special shoutout to Lonnie for getting me approved for the loan. Don't let the misleading reviews confuse you. I had such a pleasant interaction with the sales personnel and the finance manager. I went in originally to see a car I had seen online but after looking through their lot (which btw is full of so many different choices) I decided on a Mercedes Benz s550. It's been about two months since I bought my car and I'm so pleased with the car, the price and overall experience I had at Global Auto. I highly recommend them!

I purchased a car from global auto outlet car dealership about a month ago I called to ask them why did I have several hard inquiries on my credit report from different banks and lenders after being told they only deal with 1 in-house lender by 1 of the sales managers I didn't authorize them to do it when I called to try to have them to send the credit bureau a authorization to delete the inquiries they stated they don't have a department who does it and they do not know how to do it I need to contact the different lenders and the credit bureau when I did that I wasn't successful because the creditors said they get the reports from the dealership I just keep getting ran around and this is affecting my credit for future inquiries that I authorize might don't go through so I want them deleted off my credit report now

My husband and I bought a car from Global Auto Outlet on July 13. When signing the documents, the agent stated that he will be receiving a CA registration packet that we would need to sign. Time has gone by and we called to follow up and also because the temporary tags were about to expire. They then told us that we needed a VIN verification and smog and then send it to Michelle B at *** , Temple Hills MD ***. We sent the requested documents and verified it was delivered. Michelle then informed us that the smog must be from CA and then we had to go to the DMV in Compton CA to turn it in. We went back to the dealer because the temporary tags expired, but because they extended it once before, they said that they cannot extend it again. We asked the dealership how we can resolve this because we were not informed at the time of purchase that the car would need a CA smog and VIN verification in order to register the car in CA. Had this information been provided to us before the sale of the car, then we would not have purchased the car because we would not want to ship/drive the car to CA to complete a smog check. On September 23, my husband went to the dealership and spoke with Sean. I asked to speak with a manager or the owner, and Sean said that I could not speak to the owner and he was the manager (OPS Mgr.). I asked Sean for his last name and he said that I wasn't a cop, so he won't give it to me. I wanted to file a report against him and the dealership. Now we have to wait 4-8 weeks to drive the car again because the tags expired and we are not able to get an extension. Meanwhile, we are making payments on the car we can't drive.

I was on my way to VA to look at a car I saw on AutoTrader. Stopped at credit union in Annapolis their web site popped on AutoTrader advertising a 2014 vehicle for $12,800 with under 53,000 miles. Since already n MD, I decided to take a look at it. Looked at, drove it and loved it. The price jumped to $18,900+. According to the salesman that included taxes, fees, registration, warranty and added package items. We agreed on $15000+. I asked where was the navigation. He said they could add that. I paid $12000 cash and $2000 in money orders. Had to leave my truck, signed promissory to pay rest when I picked my truck up the following Saturday. Vehicle was advertised as having all the bells and whistles. When I got home I realized, other advertised items were missing (back up camera, rear parking assist,tinted windows) and was advertised as one owner car. I checked the car fax and found out it had three prior owners. I took it to the car dealership near my house. The gentleman who works in the parts department could not get the driver assist device to work. He discovered rear camera and cannot be added which means no rear parking assist and navigation cannot be added because company went out of business. A day later I received a call asking me how much in money orders did I give them. I Looked at promissory note and told her according to it, I owed $1,000. A day later salesman called and texted me asking for pictures of the money orders. Told him I would bring copies on Saturday. Arrived on Saturday and pointed out on their website site the advertised missing items on vehicle and the one owner discrepancy. The salesman tried to ignored me by focusing on the money orders and that I owed them more than the promissory stated. I said you mistake is not my fault and I believe that I should not have to pay anymore monies because I did not get the vehicle you advertised due to the missing, not working components. One of the salesman got on phone. I got up to leave and guy was taking the tag off.
