Car issues / Sales issues May 4th my car had begin idling once it got to 30, so a mechanic i knew said with the white smoke coming out of my muffler a he said it smelled like transmission fluid and to take my car in. So I called express auto *** and one of the gentleman there told me there was no one at the service desk to take my phone call that he would write the mechanic a email in regards to a service appointment. My next question to him was would if my car breaks down, he told me i would just have to get it towed if that happen under my expense because it is not covered under warranty. I proceeded to then ask about trading for something different or newer i am paying $460 monthly also insurance is $169 and thats not full coverage. I was told i havent paid the car down enough or i would have to have it for 3 years. The csr needs alot of work and I just dont want to put more money into a car that threading on thin ice.

Two days after signing, Express Auto told me the head gasket needs to be replaced
Two days after signing, Express Auto told me the head gasket needs to be replaced. I purchased a 2012 *** on 5/13. I returned to Express Auto on 5/15 because it was smoking and overheating. They told me the head gasket needed to be replaced and to come back on Monday 5/18. Upon returning I spoke with *** about a resolution. He suggested that I pick another vehicle or wait for the *** to be repaired (2 weeks). After test driving another vehicle ( the engine and the traction light was on, and the brakes needed replacing) I decided that I just wanted my money back. I told *** of my decision and he said "call back at 3:30 to see what financing would say about your refund". I called back and he informed me that they would not refund my money even though they breached the original contract that I signed. I signed a contract believing that I had a functional car! I was mislead and dismissed from the beginning to the end! Sales rep: *** VIN:

I'm currently purchasing a 2010 MAZDA MAZDA5 Sport Minivan 4D from Express Auto at an undisclosed location.
I'm in the process of buying a 2010 MAZDA MAZDA5 Sport Minivan 4D from Express Auto. They're asking over three times its worth, with my financing at about $14,000. According to Kelly Blue Book, it should cost between $2,600 and $5,300. It comes with a limited warranty covering certain repairs for a $100 deductible. We've needed multiple repairs, including brakes and rotors. After service, the brakes failed, nearly causing an accident due to a forgotten brake line. Recently, I thought I had a flat tire but didn't; the car was towed to Express Auto for service. Despite paying my deductible for parts, I've received conflicting information about the repairs. They promised a return by this afternoon, but now it's delayed until tomorrow at the earliest. I'm frustrated with their service. They seem to do minimal repairs to sell the cars, then dismiss further issues. I strongly advise against using their services for a 2010 Mazda 5.

made me get another car because supposedly had a mechanical issue on my other one never told me the issue this car has problems
made me get another car because supposedly had a mechanical issue on my other one never told me the issue this car has problems. I need more space I leased a car with express maybe March Chevy Malibu. It had its problems and they would "fix" them well I get my payments down to 1500 maybe 1600 on that car I was under the impression that I was going to pick up my Chevy and pay the 100 deductible because what needed to be fixed was in warranty. I talked to the mechanic part 100 needed as I'm headed to get my car I get a call from the sales person Madison A saying I'm getting a new car it was a mechanical issue at that point I'm confused she said they couldn't fix it never told me what was the problem never gave me paper work on that old car. I get there and of course I need a vehicle I'm picking thru cars I finally decided seemed forced to get the Dodge Charger September maybe a month later my transmission went out I'm sure they knew of that problem before I got the car so then they give me a run around at first then they take my car for 1-2 weeks put in a "new transmission" and I pay 100 deductible to get it out everything fine then boom engine light on I take it to Midas and get a oil changed they tell me I have a transmission leak a transmission that was just replaced by those same people who basically ripped me out of a car I almost owned started my car payment all over and then put the Chevy Malibu on my credit report and showing up as I owed 15000 that should of never made it to my credit report if it was because of a mechanical issue and I definitely paid it down to [protected]. I want out of my lease with them I trusted them once to fix my car right and I'm going to have a slipped transmission again after my first incident with the Chevy I still get bad service I paid every time on time some slips but who doesn't. I paid usually with credit card sometimes walk in money order. I feel like I have a lawsuit and I probably will get one to get my out of this corrupt car lot. Once express added a car I basically paid off to my credit report I knew I was dealing with scammers. When I mentioned it to Angela my account manager now she said oh they should have never made it to your report dispute it and my supervisor will take it off, it took them forever to take it off.
