I went to O'Meara VW April thirteen twenty twenty one at six pm and they offered me a car with VIN *** for twenty seven thousand seven hundred ninety nine buckos according to an internet ad. That Seth K guy was the manager and I told him I gotta bring my wife next morning to see it. Next day at nine am they called me saying the price was wrong and it's actually twenty nine thousand five hundred dollars now. They wouldn't keep the price they offered.

They got me in a new car with lower payments, but before I signed anything, I asked about the "mileage overage". They told me they would take care of it. We went in to take care of some financial hardship, but the head of finance assured me they would take care of it. Now, I've been receiving Collection Agency calls with no way of paying for it. I left many messages on a voicemail, but he told me at one time he had paid it and that is not true. He NEVER tried to contact me. I have tried to contact the dealership and VW online, but no one will talk to me or assist me. It's frustrating, and I wish they would've been more honest upfront.

The dealership didn't listen when I said I only wanted a 4-wheel drive car. Since buying it, I had to spend $5,000 on new tires and snow tires. I also had to spend over $3,000 to fix it (one year after I bought it). It was unsafe when they sold it to me. I tried to call the dealer lots of times to complain about all the new problems but they never called me back. My car is how I make money, so I need it to be reliable. I really feel like the dealership let me down and I worry about my safety in the car.

I read review online about them being sneaky and lie to people about price and I tell Paul. He say send documents to him and he will check bank. Later he tell me come in with 1k down and 420 payments. When I get there, Paul not there and other man help me who need more info from me. He make me fill out papers again and ask for document I already send. After 3 hours, he say I need pay 1.3 down and 3500 which not what Paul say. I leave and they waste my time. They not nice to lie to people like this.

Been taking my VW Tiguan to O'Meara Volkswagen for 5 years, bought it from them, they do all the maintenance and services. February oil change, asked service manager *** to check for potential problems. He said there was nothing wrong. A week later, car starts jerking when I accelerate. Called ***, he said bring the car in, didn't mention the charge of $140. Got a call, needed new breaks, rotor machining and a new serpentine belt, that'll be $1200. But they swear up and down, nothing's wrong with the transmission. Asked for $140 credit. They said nah. Off to another dealership. Got the same work done for hundreds less. But car, it still jerks. Found an actually good auto repair shop who fixed it, transmission problem, may have been fixed with a fluid change. Wish O'Meara Volkswagen had actually checked the transmission or would've told me when I asked, could've saved money and possible major damage to my transmission.
