But a sales agent by the name of *** went out of his way December 6th by adding my wife on social media. My wife didnt apply for the loan but our information was mishandled. I dont feel comfortable with the dealership having my information.

Attached you may find a letter if you need a copy of the purchase or receipt of the repair where the repairs is cover under the warranty and they put in writing the car payment they offered to cover in lieu of the delay and not allow us to a rental car immediately, when the truck was dropped off...

I sold my 2014 Chev Silverado for a cash price of $21,250 and payoff of my vehicle was $20,024.32 and when I received my funds from difference of pay off was $975.00. The funds were $250 short, when I questioned this amount they told me it was some kind of fee. That is not what I signed and agreed to. I have actual receipt of signed document and receipt of check that is $250 short. This type of Business should not be allowed to take advantage of consumer! When salesman showed me sales receipt I thought he was being honest with the amount difference was right. I fund this out to be not true when I picked up check of $975.00.

On March 22 the Courtesy Chevrolet website advertised two new 2020 *** vehicles with dealer discounts of $8,616 and $9,176
On March 22 the Courtesy Chevrolet website advertised two new 2020 *** vehicles with dealer discounts of $8,616 and $9,176. On the webpage for the vehicle with a $9,176 discount was a button that said "Call to Reserve." I clicked the button and spoke with a salesperson. They confirmed the price, confirmed the car was available, and said to come to the dealership for a test drive and to negotiate a final price. I went to the dealership and arrived at 7:40pm, about 1 hour after speaking to the salesperson. At this time I pulled up the Courtesy Chevrolet website using the dealership wifi and verified both cars were still showing as available on their website. Shortly there after a salesperson met with me and said neither vehicle was available. Eventually a sales manager met with me and said they could instead offer me a 2021 model instead. The price of the 2021 model they offered was $11,958.81 higher than the price advertised and confirmed over the phone.

June I purchased a "new" Chevrolet trax from them which turned out they sold me one of their loaner vehicles that I did not get to test
June I purchased a "new" Chevrolet trax from them which turned out they sold me one of their loaner vehicles that I did not get to test drive, they said they'd only run my credit once which they did 20+ times ruining my credit score, first month I had the vehicle it broke down on me I had to get it towed to them they return it 3 days later saying a belt snapped and hit a sensor a month later same thing happens I get it towed get it returned 2 days later was told the same thing a belt snapped and hit a sensor and it happened again this time they had it a week and be advised I was provided a loaner vehicle for those times. The mechanic comes to talk to me saying it was his fault that he was just putting the pieces back together but this time he ordered new parts. A year later check engine light comes on now pistons are cracked and turbocharger is not working they said it would take a week to fix but won't provide a loaner and I'm stuck paying 30$ Lyft rides to and from work.

My girlfriend and I purchased a 2017 Tahoe from Courtesy Chevrolet on my 30th birthday, but it broke down 10 days later.
My girlfriend and I bought a 2017 Tahoe from Courtesy Chevrolet on my 30th birthday. Ten days later, during a family trip, it broke down, leaving us stranded with four kids and luggage, and no rental cars were available. We towed it to the dealership and paid out of pocket, only to be told two weeks later that nothing was wrong. After picking it up, it broke down again within a week, causing us to miss work and doctor's appointments. We returned it to the dealership, and after another week, they said it was repaired. However, it broke down again in less than 24 hours, making me miss more work. The dealership only proposed a more expensive vehicle swap, which would worsen our credit and increase our debt, an option we can't afford and shouldn't have to consider after paying $50,000 for an unreliable vehicle.

Purchased 2015 *** Silverado 02/22, 3 months after the vehicle broke down, it has now been in the service department 11 times
Purchased 2015 *** Silverado 02/22, 3 months after the vehicle broke down, it has now been in the service department 11 times. They have worked on many different things, replaced multiple things multiple times. The vehicle has been in service for 3 weeks, the people that work there are just guessing what the issue is and replacing random parts and the vehicle has not been fixed. Also, they are stating they are making repairs and documenting the information, this last time my vehicle was in the service department they stated they replaced the water pump, the invoice states only a piece of the water pump was replaced, all without the extended warranties approval as they no longer want to approve the repair because it was the dealerships fault. This dealership is extremely unprofessional! This was a Certified Used Vehicle, They sold us a vehicle that we have been paying for and constantly in service for weeks due to their lack of responsibility to repair what needs to be repaired. I have talked to a service manager who didnt believe what we were telling him about the vehicles issues, I e asked to speak to the *** and no one has ever called me! We are extremely upset about the vehicle we were sold in poor condition! We feel discriminated!

I loved my *** Spark EV
I loved my *** Spark EV. I was previously thinking I would want to upgrade it to a Bolt, but my experiences here have made me seriously reconsider. My car was flooded by a water main bursting in a parking lot, and would not start. I had it towed here.It took them about a week and manny calls to even acknowledge they received the car and longer to get back. They demanded almost $1000 just to diagnose what was wrong with the car. I checked with insurance (who also separately have been a huge pain to work with). I got back with them a few days later (which they used as an excuse for the delays), and gave them approval to get started. After calling and emailing innumerable times, receiving many excuses (only one lift, not having the schematics on hand, etc), its over a month later. I still have not even received the diagnostic report that insurance has asked for before they do anything. I have been without a car for a month and they are not helping in any way with a car in the meantime while they take so long to even figure out whats wrong with it. Ive had to take time off work and lose money just to come in and get the same excuses again. I am beyond frustrated with the amount of time and headache this has caused, and how spectacularly unhelpful and full of excuses *** and the rest of the company has been in helping with it in any meaningful way.I would like to have Courtesy assist with a car in the meantime, and finish the job reasonably quickly.
