I wish I could rate as no stars!
I wish I could rate as no stars! Worst customer service ever! I have never walked out of a dealership more angry than I did today! I will never return or recommend this dealership
talked to salesman about buying a veh
talked to salesman about buying a veh. he said from the information that he had car in mind and could put me in it no problem. We were to meet [protected] at 8 am. I arrived 20 min early and waited. Then at 8am asked to see him, was told he was not there yet so we sat down to wait. Then a sales came up and said would help and the salesman was not there. I told him the dealership was off to bad start as I was told he would be there. The sales manager had called me the night before to confirm I would be there. I gave the new salesman as much info as I could, He went away and came back to tell me that the car in reference had mechanical problems and not available. The sales man then directed me to a different car so I looked at it' then he said he could put me in a new cheaper than a used car. I had told all salesmen involved what I could spend. then I left and came home and called the dealership to let them know what happened. the manager did some checking and informed me they had the car I came to look at and that they would give me the $2000 for my car but I would have to add $1000 down and my payments would be $130.00 more than I had agreed to. I told the manager no way. He then said he would do some checking and get back to me. I am sure I will never hear from them. Wasted trip from Mesa, waste of my time. This is not way to conduct an honest business.

I had tried to purchase a vehicle at Mark Kia
I had tried to purchase a vehicle at Mark Kia. I gave $500 down in cash and 2 checks of $750 for them to cash on 11/15 and 11/30. In the process of buying the vehicle I lost my job. I asked them if there was a way to undue the deal. They said to bring the vehicle in. I did so on 11/5. They said I would get my $500 down back and they would cancel the 2 checks. I called them the next 10 days to find out when I would get my $500 back. Finally on the 17th of October I got the $500 back. However, I also found out they cashed the check on the 15th and now my account is overdrawn. I have called them multiple times since the 17th to find out when I will receive my $750 back and if they will do anything for the overdraft fees I have received because of this. When I call they just send me to voice mail and I hear nothing back. It's been almost a month now and no one will take my call or respond to my voicemails.

I purchased a vehicle on December 20
I purchased a vehicle on December 20. I was promised the finance paperwork was going to be emailed to me since the dealership stated they were going paperless. To date, I have not received my finance paperwork/contract, even after several attempts in contacting the dealership and sales. They only apologize, but no action taken. In addition, the finance company has already sent me my first payment coupon, so it was processed. Due to the nature and high pressure, confusing sales tactics used during the finance process, I worry that they don't want me to discover what they may have included in my contract in terms of add-ons that I declined verbally, since I declined their dealer used finance company. Finally, I discovered that I was charged $699 for window tint, but after careful inspection, the car already had tint on the windows when traded in as a used vehicle. The tint has fine scratches on the driver side window, and brand new tint wound NOT have these present.

I interacted with the dealership in order to help my son (He lives in Mesa, I'm visiting from Canada) look for a replacement vehicle
I interacted with the dealership in order to help my son (He lives in Mesa, I'm visiting from Canada) look for a replacement vehicle. They had advertised on ***, a 2014 ***. I viewed the car, test drove it and proceeded as far as making an offer. They returned with a document that summarized all the costs associated with the purchase. That document included a "Document Prep Fee" which I am familiar with and I know, sometimes, is negotiable. The summary also included "***" (tracking device)$798 plus Lifetime Window Tint $698. I said I was not interested in those accesories. I was told that they are MANDATORY and have already been installed on the car (I doubt they were installed, but this is what I was told), but I could, negotiate their cost. The car price and document fee were, apparently, not negotiable. If these accesory items were already installed, and formed part of the mandatory cost of the car, that should have been part of the advertised price. It was deceptive and misleading (let alone sleazy) to advertise the price for an amount that bears no relation to the actual transaction price. These additional mandatory costs should have been flagged in the advertisement. Because they weren't flagged (and therefore could not enquire in advance), I drove 30 min one way, took more time for a test drive, only to be tricked into it's actual cost. They are inflating the price, after the fact, in order to negotiate down from that artifical price. I find this practise to be misleading and deceptive and I hope that you agree. Regards

I recently purchased a 2015 Kia K900 from Mark Kia
I recently purchased a 2015 Kia K900 from Mark Kia. This was a online order that was done from Oregon and I flew to Arizona to take delivery of the vehicle. I had a online vehicle price agreement which included purchase price, with dealer fees and estimated DMV costs totaling $24,298. I indicated I did not want the dealer add on's (Vehicle Tracking, Window tint warranty) and that I was registering my vehicle in Oregon (where I live) and that I should not have to pay sales tax in Arizona. Oregon has no sales tax. I also had pre approved financing through capital one and wanted to use that as well. I was told initially that the dealer add on's were not "optional" but the sales tax would be "zero" just as I explained it to the sales person. I showed the salesman and provided a screen shot showing them that I could infact remove the add on's and showed him were it said on Mark Kia's website that they were indeed "optional" and he said he would see what could be done. I proceeded to give them $5,000 down and once I got the go ahead I would book a flight and come pickup the car. Mark Kia's website made it very clear I could shop at home in my PJ's, purchase the vehicle, sign some paperwork when I arrive and drive away. I also made it clear that I did not want any extended warranties and verified the car still had factory warranty remaining. I have all of the above agreements in writing including the deal sheet for proof if needed. Well, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle 2 days later what I thought would be an easy process ended up taking hours and with my back against a wall and 1,800 miles from home I was left with a purchase agreement $5,000 over the agreed upon price. Unsure what to do if I just walked out at 10pm at night, the finance guy assuring me that this extended Kia warranty with included "Gap coverage" was an extension of the factory bumper to bumper warranty I signed and took delivery of the vehicle about 10:30pm and set off to Oregon. VERY UPSET!

When I purchased the vehicle, I had a 3,000 mile warranty on it
When I purchased the vehicle, I had a 3,000 mile warranty on it. During this time I brought the car back due to shaking of my engine, air conditioning issues, and a noise that I kept hearing inside the car. The Service department stated they fixed the shaking of my engine with the replacement of motor mounts that did not fix the issue, but when I complained again that the shaking had not be eliminated I was told it was normal by the service department. I know this not to be the case and it is not normal in most jeep compass, in which I have had two previously with no shaking coming from the engine. I complained about a clicking noise inside the vehicle and everytime I took it up to get it looked at. I was told they did not hear anything. Finally the winter came, and I needed the heat and it is inoperable. I told the service department about this after dealing with it for a few weeks. I needed to take the vehicle in to get the last oil change. Coincidentally the service department was able to find out there is something wrong with the heating system that they were able to finally diagnose after all the other times I brought the car in complaining about the clicking noise that is subsequently the reason why the heater is not working. I find it ironic and suspicious that the problem was finally diagnosed after the warranty ran out. Now they expect me to pay for a repair that should have already been diagnosed under the warranty when I kept complaining about the engine shaking even after the supposed repair and the clicking noise inside the car. I get the feeling that this company put bandaids on things and try to convince the customer that there is no issue and really there is. The only reason I was able to get the air conditioning and motor mounts repairs that did not fix the shaking is because I took it to an independent mechanic who found some of the problem. I have been unable to take my vehicle back to him due to the pandemic. Bad business practices. Period.
