Hi good day! actually, this complaint takes too long to be address here because the agent I have talked to assures me of processing my concern but as of the moment his answer where he was too busy, and he already forwarded it to finance dept.
a quick recap of my transaction to Mitsubishi Subic, I was approved Jan 2022 of an auto loan to RCBC then I was endorsed to Mitsubishi Subic as their partner, I have aided all the chattel to the bank and the reservation fee to Mitsubishi Subic of 5000 pesos to 2022 expander gls. Unfortunately, before I have to close the deal I was scammed and had financial lost through my bank accounts, I can't attend to all my stressors that time thus making my approval to expire, months pass and to cope up the bank just refunded the payments I made to them, I also ask your agent, If I can do the same because it's also a big amount then he said yes and will process it, months pass and when I follow up with him he is telling me to wait because this was a bit late refund and they will find the receipt book, I doubt it was already been disposed? months pass until last Tuesday when I made a follow up he said he forgot about it and was forwarded to finance .
Actually, if he had told me I cannot refund it will be okay, but he made me believe I still can, my question to him from the start since they assure me that they have the buyer for that reserved unit, so there were no lost commissions for them, and since I did not proceed, they don't have the urge to return my fees, where did it goes? to the company or to them? they were aware I was scammed and for not giving that back without any contract that I cannot refund my payments, they seem to have scammed me twice, but not to make it a big deal, I just need an explanation for that not that "I got busy and forgot about it and it was with the finance dept already.' so, it stops there?
Your answers and clarification were greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Desired outcome: Can I get the refund please, if iI can still have it, and explain where it went if not.
