Hi,
I am very disappointed with your McGrath Liverpool service department as my car Triton MQ MY17 has been having problems with the DPF light flashing on dashboard for the 4th time in 18 month and was supposedly fixed 3 times before.
I have been criticized of my driving (30 years driving) and blamed for not changing gears while driving (automatic car) in order for the car to conduct its own regeneration.
I was also told that when I bought the car that your salesperson should’ve told me how to drive this car...!
I use my car for business use and work in Newcastle/Central Coast/Sydney/ Wollongong drive freeways all days.
I have always been servicing my first Triton and my second triton since 2013 until now at McGrath Liverpool and I was thinking about upgrading to the latest MY23 model but now I have to re-think about the service department.
I feel that they are underplaying the situation to avoid or not to admit that it is a manufactory fault with the car and not getting it fixed properly from the first time... Or it could be a dud sensor that makes the computer think it needs another regeneration...
Finally, I have dropped my car off AGAIN on 21 June 2023 and it has been 8 weeks and still do not have any idea about what has been done nor progress nor when will it be fixed...
Can you please weigh on this and ask McGrath Liverpool service staff to make it a priority or find out where is the holdup?
Awaiting your reply
Thank you in advance!
Desired outcome: Can you please weigh on this and ask McGrath Liverpool service staff to make it a priority or find out why it is taking so long (8 weeks) or where is the holdupI need my Triton fixed ASAP.
