Our truck was involved in an accidental on 27/09/2023.
The truck was sent to workshop for repair, the front inner panel (61704) needs to be replaced. However, the workshop do not have ready stock as well as other workshops in Singapore. They have to indent order from Mitsubishi Motor Japan.
We checked with your authorized dealer in Singapore and they have confirmed that it will take 3 - 4 months for the inner panel to arrive Singapore by airfreight.
This is way too long for us, We need our truck during this Christmas peak seasons.
As an reputable multi-national corporation, we are utterly disappointed with the service provided by Mitsubishi Motor Japan. We would have expected the spare parts to be shipped, arriving at its destination within a week by airfreight.
We would have second thought getting Mitsubishi truck in the future. In the current fast pace society, time is everything. The last thing any company wishes to face is in a situation where the company's truck is sitting in the workshop waiting for months for spare parts to arrive.
We sincerely hope your management can look into this matter and improve on it.
