I bought a car from Mercedes-Benz of Colorado Springs on 2/20
I bought a car from Mercedes-Benz of Colorado Springs on 2/20. They charged us too much for plates and taxes, so we need a refund. We've tried to reach out to them a few times, but they haven't sent the paperwork or taxes to Arizona yet. The boss won't call us back, and Sandra was supposed to follow up with us, but she hasn't. I feel like they're ignoring us.
I went to Mercedes-Benz of Colorado Springs a couple of weeks ago to get my car checked out
I went to Mercedes-Benz of Colorado Springs a couple of weeks ago to get my car checked out. They told me it would take 3-4 days to diagnose the problems, but as of Wednesday, they hadn't even looked at it yet. I paid $340 for a full car inspection, but they missed a lot of issues that could have been easily noticed if they had done a proper inspection. They also didn't do what I asked them to do, which was to code my units. I've been waiting since Wednesday to hear back about the coding so I can pay my invoice and have my car towed, but it's now Saturday and I still haven't heard anything. They haven't communicated with me at all and I'm still without my car.
I got a 14 GLK 350 from Mercedes-Benz of Colorado Springs
I got a 14 GLK 350 from Mercedes-Benz of Colorado Springs. The sales guy brought it to my crib and said a service light came on. He said they'd take care of it if I brought it in. That night, one of the tires went flat. I called the dealer and brought the car in. They wouldn't fix the two tires, so I had to buy four new ones from them. It cost me $1200. All four tires were bald on the inside. I went back and forth with service for two months. Finally, they called and said the sales manager wouldn't cover the service that was due. Ford did it, but the service A light was on. I paid another shop to do the service, but the oil was balaclava and never changed. If ComplaintsBoard.com can't fix it, I'll sue them in small claims court.

I took my car to Mercedes-Benz Colorado Springs for a service
I took my car to Mercedes-Benz Colorado Springs for a service. They called me to say it was ready, but when I went to pick it up, I had to wait a long time. Finally, a technician brought my car out, and I saw that it had hail damage. No one had called me to tell me that my car was damaged while on their lot. I trusted them with my vehicle, but they didn't have the decency or integrity to call me. When I asked the technician what happened, he said he only works there. I question the integrity of this business as no one was apologetic or admitted any wrongdoing. I spoke with a man named Scott, the manager, who said he could refer me to a place where my car could be fixed without me paying a deductible. I told him my car was on their lot being serviced, so Mercedes-Benz insurance should cover any damages. Why should my insurance be impacted for their carelessness? This is unacceptable from a luxury car dealership.
Purchased a new 2021 Mercedes A220 for my daughter from a dealership on 25 Oct 2021
Purchased a new car for my daughter, a 2021 Mercedes A220, from a dealership on 25 Oct 2021. They mentioned the Communication Module was absent from the factory but promised installation within 90 days. I documented the conversation for reference. The transaction was straightforward, and we left with the car. However, nearly 3 months have passed without an update. Upon inquiry, the dealership indicated a potential 6-month wait for news and lacked an installation schedule. The initial timeframe provided was inaccurate. They cited global parts shortages for the delay and assured me they would inform me when parts arrive. Apologies were extended for the inconvenience. Regards, Mercedes-Benz
Bought car on Mar
Bought car on Mar. 21. Windshield needed fixin' and they said it'd take a week. Next week comes and they don't know nothin' 'bout the windshield. They say it's ordered and should be here in a week. They call me every day tryin' to sell me stuff but can't give me a straight answer 'bout the windshield. Jim *** and Chris *** keep lyin' to me. I ask for compensation 'cause they're inconveniencin' me. Jim sets up a meetin' with Chris and Chris tries to blame COVID and another company. They offer to cancel sale or wait for windshield. Next week comes and still nothin'. They ordered the wrong windshield twice. I cancel sale and they don't wanna give me paperwork or help me get a new car. They set up payment 30 days out instead of 45. Customer service was terrible and they treated me like I was rude. Stay away.
