Great time at Ultimo Motors North Shore
Great time at Ultimo Motors North Shore. They're a new dealership and everything was spot on. The place was clean enough to eat off the floor. I got myself a 2017 Mercedes S550 and it was amazing!

Terrible service, took almost 2 months to get my car registered. I tried calling Ultimo to find out what was going on, but Salesman *** and the finance manager never answered. The general manager was always unavailable too. My car still isn't registered. Based on my experience, don't expect good service.

I had a problem with a car I bought from Ultimo Motors North Shore. When I got it, I found out it needed a $6,000 repair. I complained about it here before. But the dealership helped us fix it to our liking, except for one thing. The car only came with one key, and we were missing the second one. So, before you buy a car from them, make sure they have both keys. Replacing luxury car keys is expensive.
This place is terrible
This place is terrible. They lie and tell fake stories, blaming the state for not having the title. No fix, no title, no sorry, no call. I have a car that can't be registered for 3 months. The temporary permit was only good for 7 days, not the 90 they promised. I want my money back because I can't use the car or register it. They're sneaky and dishonest. I'm not happy with this place and they should be fined and shut down for fraud.

But then, a few hours later, Ultimo called us and said that someone else was interested in the car. Even though we already agreed to buy it and put down a deposit! Later that day, Ultimo called us again and said they were selling the car to the other person, even though we agreed to buy it and put down a deposit four hours earlier. The people at Ultimo are really unprofessional and they don't care about your time.

I got a fancy used car from Ultimo Motors North Shore a few weeks ago. They said it was in great shape online and the sales guy told me the same thing. But when I got the car, I saw right away that the distance radar wasn't working (there was a warning on the dashboard), they only gave me one key (they didn't say they didn't have another one), and the indirect lighting and seat heater weren't working either. I took it to a local car place and they said it would cost over $6,000 to fix everything except the key. I told the sales manager and my salesperson right away and kept telling them until yesterday that they needed to fix it or take the car back. But they haven't responded at all. I even complained to the dealer loan people. I want everyone to know that this dealership lied to me and sold me a car with big problems. They had to know it wasn't working right.

I bought a car from Ultimo Motors North Shore on February 26th, 2022. The dealer agreed to ship the car to my out-of-state home as part of the purchase price. When the car arrived on March 2nd, 2022, I noticed some damage and reported it to the salesperson via text with pictures of the error codes and body damage on March 3rd, 2022. I also noticed that the driver's assistance functionality was not working.
I took the car to a dealership, and they found that the front fascia had been removed and the driver's assistance sensors had been disconnected. They reconnected the sensors, but the problem persisted. I texted the dealership for repairs and financial compensation for the damage to the front fascia on March 5th, 2022.
On March 7th, 2022, I notified the salesperson that the driver's assist code errors were reappearing, and the car would have to go back to the dealer. I couldn't get my next service appointment until March 29th, 2022. The dealership questioned the damage to the vehicle and coverage under warranty, but I was able to get them to cover the troubleshooting of disconnecting and reconnecting all sensors. The car was returned to me on April 1st, 2022.
I contacted the general manager, who denied any damage and offered compensation for repair but would deduct the difference between full retail asking price and what I paid for the car. He later emailed me back on April 4th, 2022, saying they would pay nothing as it was the shipper's fault and they must have caused the visible damage, even though the shipper provided them a report and pictures of the damage at pickup.
After writing several reviews today, they responded that they are offering compensation and that I had failed to provide pictures until Friday.
