Me and my fam have bought like 7-8 cars from Best Buy Auto Sales in the past 10-12 years and they always treat us right! Prices are fair and they fix any problems right away. Allen is a cool sales guy and Justin is a great mechanic who tells it like it is. Highly recommend!

I got a car from this dealership on December 28, and after 16 days the car's engine blew. I couldn't lift the hood to see what the issue was. I think the oil wasn't filled enough, making the engine work harder. When we called them, they came and had a tow take it away. They said they would cover anything wrong with it. But on the following Monday, they called and said they wouldn't cover anything since they weren't getting paid for it. They told us to go somewhere else, even though they said they would cover it. We called them back, but they kept hanging up or declining our phone calls. They yelled at us on the phone and said they were going to do it their way. We wanted an engine diagnostic, but they said it wouldn't happen. The bank we had our loan through said if we sent that in, they would wipe out the loan. But they said it rarely happens. After informing the salesman that we contacted the bank, he hung up and said he wouldn't work with us anymore.

I got a 2014 *** from Best Buy Auto Sales and it was 22000 bucks so I took a loan. This truck has been nothing but trouble since I got it just a few months ago. It's been in the shop a bunch of times and still has a bunch of problems. The brakes are bad, the ac condenser is busted, the transmission is messed up, there's rust on the body and underneath, the locks and keys don't work right, the oil was low when I got it, the back up camera is broken, and a bunch of other stuff is wrong too. This truck is a total lemon and I'm gonna sue.

I got a 2012 Dodge *** from Best Buy Auto Sales in Waterloo NY in October . But soon after, the check engine light came on. They fixed it, but the light still comes on. I paid for another fix, but it didn't work. I got a loan for this car, but now it needs a $1500 repair. I don't know how they can sell bad cars. They should have known about this problem. They lied to me too. They said they turned off the check engine light, but later said it wasn't on when they gave me the car. Can someone help me out?
