I have lived at a Meridian Management property for over a year now (The Hawks Nest) Their staff is very kind and loving. Easton, their maintenance guy works so hard to get work orders done quickly and I know that must be hard with so many residents. Adrienne, Tasha, and Mary are a great team at the office. They have treated me with nothing but respect. When I was first moving in, last year, I had to change my move in date to a sooner date and they were able to accommodate me. I know that was stressful on their end but the apartment was completed and looked amazing. Every time I have questions they answer them promptly and give me as much information as possible. These past few months have been rough for all of us because of the COVID 19 outbreak. The Meridian management group has been very helpful by working with me on paying my rent. When my AC went out a few weeks ago they were able to come in, check on it, and get it fixed the same day. I look forward to my next year calling this complex my home.
I love living here at Adams House. The new company has been doing an AWESOME job since they have took over the property. The office staff members all the way down to the maintenance team are very professional and caring towards the residents.

I have lived at the Flats since December . Since the new management company has taken over, I have seen exponentially positive changes in my community. The landscaping is beautiful. The laundry center has been completely renovated, the mailboxes are updated and the signage is cute! I have referred three friends to move in so far and will continue to refer others. Laura in the office is a joy to interact with and I recommend anyone to give the office if they are looking for a new place to call home!

MMG has done more than all the other companies that have come through claiming they want to make changes. I commend them for wanting to upgrade such an old property. They have alot of work ahead of them, but it is going to take time. Our Rental Manager is the best! She is trustworthy and we feel safe with her in that office. I've been living here for about 2 years and I love my apartment to manager she is one of the nicest persons I've ever met she's very accommodating as long as you're honest with her she allows for creativity in the apartment because her philosophy is it your home and I wanted to feel like your home I feel very comfortable here I've some of the nicest neighbors is a very nice community

I have lived at Salem Chase apartments since 2017 and before Mrs. Leslie came it was horrible. You could never reach the property manager the grounds looked horrible maintenance request went unheard promises was made and never kept. But I tell Mrs. Leslie this all the time she is God sent she has really turned this property around from day 1 of her getting here everything she said she was going to do she has done plus more. She has made the property more desirable. Thank you Mrs. Leslie for all of your hard work you are truly amazing

We have left several messages for someone from Meridian Management Group to contact us in regards to past due invoices and have not received responses. This has been an ongoing issue since 10. We also have email evidence to prove that they will not contact contractors/vendors in regards to any issues. We completed over $41,000 worth of work at Sandstone Apartments in Pensacola, FL and have not received payment. I would like to speak to someone in regards to these outstanding invoices before seeking legal action, but the failure to communicate on their part is making this difficult.

Multiple issues with getting service requests submitted and resolved at Lexington Apartments in East Point, GA. I have had multiple issues trying to get service requests submitted and completed in my apartment complex. I have made service requests and 3 different times to the apartment manager and no action has ever been taken. When I asked for supervisor and/or management info, I was told to 'Google' it. I made my service request via phone on 10/12, 10/20, and 10/22 regarding my AC not working. The latest request, I was told specifically by the leasing office that she would not submit my service request. I have always paid my rent on time, maintained my apartment, never been a problem tenant, and this is how I'm treated when trying to get a problem resolved.

Moved into *** Apts Macon GA. 3/19 from Bowman Creek apts Macon GA, have not received my prorated rent/deposit back. Bathroom at new property is not completely renovated, tiles are missing/broken, tube & soap dishes are chipping paint (health hazard) need to be resurfaced, window is ceiled with mold and other nasty stuff around it, unable to open for ventilation(since there is no vents in bathroom). I've reported these issues going on two months now. I have emailed the leasing office, left multiple messages, also called MMG left messages with no return/update in references to any of my issues. Website is not updated with my current address, I need receipts. Both properties are managed by Meridian Management Group, so I am not sure why this transition is taking so long.

Company will not give my refund. I was scheduled to move into the Walnut Hill Apts. in Macon Ga. on February 1. I gave them my security dep.30days prior. I went to the office to give them my rent money of 705.00 on February 1st. However when I went to get my keys to check the Apt wasn't ready. They told me it would be ready on the next day. The toilet wasnt working or plumbing. I decided that I didnt want to love in anymore because I saw that there would be problems. Also there were some personal matters that arouse as well. I told the property manager this. They explained that I wouldn't get the security deposit back but assured me my money would be refunded within 3 to 5 business days. I called and emailed them several times and 30 days later March 2 no return calls and no refund. All I want is my $705.00 that I paid with a money order back. Please assist me with this matter. No one else will thank you

There has been a lack of communication from management with the residents throughout this whole situation. Yolanda the new property manager laughed when i asked when power would be restored that was very unprofessional. I have been making calls to city hall trying to get power restored on my own they cant restore it until they get in touch with the property manager they cant reach her she never answers the phone. I have 4 kids going thru all this we just want to go home at this point my youngest has a nebulizer he has to use daily woth no power at home i have no choice but to pay for hotels. The tenants also had to reach out to the red cross they assisted the first 4 days then that was that the property manager pulled in the apartment stating she was new and didn't know what to do and left.

After 2 months, Meridian has not refunded my $250 security deposit that I am owed. They ignore my voicemails and emails. After waiting almost 2 months, I have repeatedly called the Meridian Management Group for the past two weeks to be informed of the status of monies I am owed for my security deposit of $250, yet no one returns my calls after multiple voicemails I have left. I have emailed Regional Manager Sylvia Webb at: [protected]@mmgmgt over a week ago, and my email has also been ignored. I have fulfilled all my responsibilities to this company, as I moved out of their Vida on Valley Apartments on May 29th at the end of my lease, at which time I also submitted my key. My address at Vida on Valley Apartments was: 804-G Nob Hill Drive Birmingham, AL XXXXX I ensured that I left the apartment clean with none of my belongings, remaining on May 29 at the end of my lease, yet I have not received my security deposit back yet, and to add insult to injury, this company is a failure when it comes to following up and responding to emails and voicemails. I am requesting to be relinquished from my lease. I am requesting to be relinquished from my lease due to the issues listed below: I moved in Waverly Pointe Apartment R-1 on 12/28. This was not the residence that we were initially shown. Upon entry into Apartment R-1 there was and still is a disgusting and overwhelming odor that your company tried to eliminate by installing several plugins downstairs. Jayma said, "The smell was from the newly installed floor and that every NEW tenant receives plug ins." A statement we know to be false because we personally know a current NEW resident that did not receive any plug ins. Upon completing the walk thru on 12/28, I noticed minor things. After being there within 24 hours, we noticed and HEARD more issues. From one of our service requests the ceiling fans were not working. From the statement that was told to me was that NO issues would be completed if someone was in the home or if it was an emergency due to COVID. The ceilings fans were only installed AFTER I contacted the corporate office. There was movement in the attic, movement by the stairs and in the master bedroom. Just recently a representative from Knox Pest Service informed us that we were hearing squirrels and bats. Jayma also informed us that their wouldn't be any concerns for loud noise. Since the day we moved in, and currently, our neighbors have been VERY disturbing. The dumpsters are being dumped on a weekly basis however trash is always on the ground by my apartment and on the ground near the dumpsters. I must deal with the stench on the outside and the inside of my apartment which is disgusting and unsanitary. There is also a horrific smell in the kitchen that appears to be coming from under the dishwasher. We were told that pest control would spray on a weekly basis we have yet to see. I know this to be true because I work from home. And the last safety issue was the water that was recently disconnected due to an emergency water main break, and we must boil water for seven days (January 21st-28th) which is an inconvenience and unhealthy. For the safety and health issues of my small kids, we are requesting that you honor our request and that we suffer NO consequences related to terminating this lease early.
