To whom it may concern,
I am sending this email because I have been dealing with you for 2 weeks and am still making no progress with my ACH deposit.
I have talked to 8 different people to get this straightened out, It still has not been fixed
*sent a check to my old address after verifying my current address.
*supposedly canceled the check and was told when I received it to destroy it but it still went to the wrong address.
*Today I was told it will be canceled again, and that it will be deposited to my credit union by Wednesday or Thursday which will be 3 weeks since I started this process.
*very frustrating if I didn't need this money asap I wouldn't have requested it
*my information has been verified a few times and still it is messed up and I continue to wait for my money.
very disappointed in the process as to the way this has been handled
I there any way that I won't have to wait another week to have this deposited into my Frankenmuth Credit Union ACH ending in 6111 checking
