Honorable Member of Congress,
11 months ago I purchased a used car, a 2009 Dodge Journey AWD, from a local dealership. The sales manager conducted a swift transaction, and I was charged over $20,000 for this vehicle, which turned out to be defective. As soon as I left the dealership, the vehicle's dash lights activated and the computer started malfunctioning. Despite the Car Fax report indicating no such problems, the vehicle spent a week and a half in the shop, where they identified the issue as being with the catalytic converter. After the supposed repair, the computer dash lights immediately lit up again upon leaving the service area, signaling further computer issues.
The car remained in the service shop for an additional 3 weeks, during which time I was provided with a replacement vehicle that felt unreliable and unsafe. When the Dodge Journey was finally returned to me, it still had persistent problems with the computer system, oil change alerts, and by then, interior lights that wouldn't work, malfunctioning window switches, a broken sunroof, and dashboard warning lights for the tires and electrical system. These electrical issues even led to the alternator failing two months ago, which cost me a significant amount to replace.
This 2009 Dodge Journey is a lemon, and despite having a 3-year warranty, the CNAC Finance Company has refused to repair the vehicle. Today, on January 5, at 7:00 a.m., CNAC repossessed my 2009 Dodge Journey. I am demanding legal action to nullify this corrupt deal made with the sales manager.
I Remain,
I am not liable for this debt with CNAC - IN101 and I do not have a contract plus they did not provide me with the original application like I asked.
I bought a car from JD by rider
I bought a car from JD by rider. CNAC is my lender. I bought car on a Monday. I get paid on Friday. . *** payment was due in 2 weeks my seller in PA *** told me to call and change my payment date to Friday. I called they VERBAL aggreged to Friday. Now they call Monday demanding saying im late and they will repo car. after i already put down $2,000 they still are taking 1,000$ for a down payment extra 200$ every two weeks. . everything about this is shady. I have a $2,000.00 receipt signed by seller. . they are denying. please help me
I purchased a vehicle through JD Byrider, with CNAC financing the loan. The transaction occurred on a Monday, and since my paychecks are issued on Fridays, I was informed by my seller in Pennsylvania to contact the lender and request a change of my payment due date to align with my payday. Upon calling, they verbally agreed to adjust the payment schedule to Fridays. However, they have since initiated calls on Mondays, claiming that my payments are overdue and threatening repossession of the vehicle. Despite having already made a substantial down payment of $2,000, they are insisting on an additional $1,000 for the down payment, plus an extra $200 every two weeks. The entire situation seems dubious. I possess a receipt for $2,000, duly signed by the seller, which they are now disputing. I am in urgent need of assistance to resolve this matter.

January 27 Honorable Member of Congress, Jr The White House, Washington, DC 20500 Honorable Member of Congress, Jr 11 months ago I purchased a used car, a 2009 Dodge Journey AWD, from a dealership. The sales manager conducted a quick transaction, charging me over $20,000 for this vehicle, which turned out to be defective. Immediately after leaving the dealership, the vehicle's dash lights activated, signaling computer malfunctions, despite a clean Car Fax report. After a week and a half in the shop, they claimed to fix a converter issue. However, the problems persisted upon retrieval. The car spent another 3 weeks in the shop, during which I was given a replacement vehicle. Persistent issues with the computer system and oil change lights arose within 3 months. Now, 11 months later, the interior lights, window switches, and power sunroof are inoperative, and the dash displays various warning lights due to electrical issues that recently caused alternator failure, costing me additional expenses. Despite a 3-year warranty, CNAC Finance Company refused repairs. On 01/05, CNAC repossessed the vehicle. I demand legal action to annul this fraudulent transaction with the sales manager. Sincerely,
