I paid off an account in April 2023 with True Accord, for a past credit card with Celtic Bank, taken over by Orion. Trident Asset Management reported the balance as ‘In Collections’ in May. In June, they are reporting a $0 balance but have not removed from my Credit Report as True Accord indicated they would in April. In contacting True Accord today, I am told it was given BACK to Orion and they don’t do anything with credit reports. They referred me to Orion or Trident. If you call Orion, they ask if you have an account with Trident Asset Management or True Accord. If you call True Accord, they tell you to call Orion. If you call Trident, they say to call Orion. Surely this circle jerk is against collection practices.

Every time I call the phone rings and hangs up can't get ahold of you trying to discuss my debt I want it either taken off or lowered $310 $99

Sent multiple letters and emails to try and validate this debt with no success. I received a letter on 1/30 about a credit card debt that is not mine. I tried emailing the company on 3/30 to validate the debt. I tried calling multiple times to try and possibly settle the debt to clean up my credit report. The company reps are either rude or no responsive.

I have attempted to contact the company regarding a debt that is being collected by Transworld. Both them and I have been waiting for a response. I have a 485.00 debt that was placed with Transworld System by Orion. I do not agree with the debt as it is from Direct Energy when they bought out Bounce Energy. They refused to honor my contract. Either way I have offered to pay the debt in full if it was removed by the credit bureaus, or for a letter stating that it will be. Its extremely frustrating when neither the credit collection company or myself is getting a response.

Unable to reach the company about a strange collection email about a belk account I have never had. ( no belk CC ) All I recieved was this last 4 account # 5327 concerning *** STORES for the amount of 70.41 no date of this debt. No previous contact concerning debt. NO IDEA what this debt if for. I have never had a credit card with this company and have email purchase history dating back almost 3 years. No one at the true accord company will answer. This debt is not mine. I need more information to prove this is personally linked to me. The email didn't supply much of anything.

Invalid account. No communication. Even True Accord notified me that they would no longer be collecting on my account with Orion. I have attempted for the last 4 months to resolve this account with Orion. I have called, and left Messages. No communication. I have a lengthy email trail with True Accord, the company collecting on behalf of Orion and they were even unable to verify the validity of this collection. True Accord just notified me today in writing that they were no longer collecting on this account for Orion. As a military service member this is very disheartening and I fail to understand why a company would treat someone like this. The account number is XX-XX-XXXX-XXXXX. Orion please do the right thing.

I received an email from Orion Portfolio Services. They offered a payment plan but gave very vague information as to the debt owed. Unless, they can provide a letter show a valid debt, I am considering this harassment. No legal or legitimate debt collection agency uses an email to collect money from its debtors. Also, stated in the email is the fact that they technically can't collect money due to the statute of limitations being exhausted. If further collection activity continues and the company does not validate the debt or consider the debt null and void, I am prepared to obtain legal counsel and sue the company as are my rights under the Fair Debt Reporting Act. I look forward to your response. Thank You

No communication regarding an outstanding debt from this or any company in the form of a tax garnishment. I filed bankruptcy in 2016, this debt was supposedly from 2013 and collected from me just this week. I have no idea who or what they are collecting from as I've never had any form of communication from anyone regarding an outstanding debt. They had a court case in my county for this debt but I never got an appearance request or a judgment against me. The amount of $749.48 was withheld from my income tax return for 2019 to settle a debt I knew/know nothing about. Again this was collected from a debt before my bankruptcy in 2016, this is not money they can collect from me any longer. The court case was XX XXXXGC in Allegan County Michigan 57th district court. This is the ONLY account information I know or have regarding this debt. I would like my money back that they had no right to take.
