Merritt World Vacations review: Misrepresentation of services

We went to the presentation with an offer of $1000 if we participate. The program sounded wonderful stating that they were offering "Travel Agent" type services with deep cut offers. Of course, the $100 was applied to the contract. Such a hype, Our fault for being stupid. The "deep cuts" weren't worth the price of admission, but the big disappointment was the Travel Agent component. I felt that it was too much work for me! I had to do some of the research myself. I had to be ultra specific with my information. Then I might as well do it all myself. Some agents were pleasant, others were not. It took forever for them to get back to me, and then the prices were just 10% less... maybe. I'm not happy.
