Trivago CASES NOVES GUADALEST ALICANTE SPAIN

Recently spent 2 nights half board at Cases Noves Guadalest. The food was outstanding. The quality of the services given by Toni & Sofi, was like none we have every received anywhere in the WORLD! The rooms had everything one could need, with stunning views of the beautiful mountains and the little village. An ideal place where one should come to recharge their batteries. We would most certainly visit them again, sooner rather then latter.

Trivago Thank you Stevie-John!

Loveeee the Crowne Plaza in White Plains NY! The manager Stevie-John was extremely nice and helpful. My boyfriend and I stayed for a night and Stevie upgraded our room for free and gave us free access to the 12th floor lounge. He answered every question we asked and helped us with everything we needed. My boyfriend and I stay here a lot and it's always a great experience when Stevie helps us! Highly recommend and the rooms are classy, clean, and definitely worth the money! Thank you Stevie!

Trivago Clarion Resort Fontainebleau Hotel in Ocean City, MD

We had a most enjoyable stay at the Clarion Resort. The view of the ocean, the bay and Coastal Highway, were amazing. Could not believe we were able to see all three from our high balcony, (14th floor). The staff could not be any more helpful and courteous. The pool staff was wonderful, (attentive and great with kids). We found the maid staff to be most accommodating and great at their jobs too. We were thrilled to be staying here and will definitely return for another visit. Thank you, Clarion Hotel for giving us a much needed rest.

Trivago Perfect at the Pier

If you are looking for the old hotel, character, ambiance, sound of the sea, view of the sea, smell of the sea, fantastic food, great staff - then this is it. Ratty, tatty and wonderful, not modern, get that anywhere, but has clean, comfy beds, breakfast and view from the veranda of this lovely place. Kids catered for outside everyone eats great food on great service. The fact that the three restaurants are constantly full tells it all. After 20 years I wanted the smell, sound and feel of the sea again and got it in spades. Keep it up, I will be back.

Trivago Worderful experience

We celebrated 50th wedding anniversary of our parents in Saffron Leaf hotel, GMS Road on 12th June, 2016. It offered a complete package of an expansive banquet, delicious food and exotic ambience.
All arrangement by the Banquet Manager, Mr. Uttam Rawat were at par with the reputation that precedes it. Apart from managing the arrangements, he took personal care of our guest as well. The food arrangement was well taken care of by Chef Kulbeer Rana under the supervision of Mr. Qureshi. The food and services provided were value for money and were simply great.
All in all an amazing price performance point.

Trivago This site is great!

This site is great! Trivago has focused on comparing hotels with each other in numerous perspectives. Before submitting your search you may filter for: price, hotel rating, number of stars, the distance to either the city center or other important sites, type of lodging, hotel facilities... also you may search for a specific hotel to find the cheapest price for that exact hotel. After setting the filters to your liking trivago will provide you with a list of suitable hotels which may be ordered by popularity, rating, price or distance. So again you choose to prioritize exactly what is most important to you. Overall I think it is a very carefully planned and user friendly service that I would like to recommend to others who like to take care of their travelling arrangements online.

Trivago OUTSTANDING AGAIN

Just came back July 15 after ten days at the Iberostar Paraiso Lindo with a party of 21. This is the tenth time we have stayed at either the Lindo or the Maya. Once again, our vacation was outstanding and the staff was excellent. Just to name a few - at the front desk, Julietta, Christina, and Javier took great care of us from start to finish. In the restaurants, Delfina always treats us like family, and takes care of our every need. We love her. The hostesses, Stephanie and America, always remember us and make us feel right at home in any restaurant we eat at. At the concierge desk, Maya, Carlos, and Patricia made sure that all of our rooms and restaurant reservations were exactly what we wanted. Our maid, Maria, kept our rooms cleaned and stocked, and Gilmer and May with the Star entertainment are extremely friendly with everyone and do a terrific job around the pool and beach. Great food, great staff, great hotel. Already planning for next year's visit. - Robert from Colorado

Trivago Irresponsible staff, awful room service! Is it really a five star hotel?!

When we checked in and entered our room, there was a mess! Half full trash bins, half used conditioner left besides the sink, used toilet paper roll on the floor under the sink,...
My sister in the shower found out that there was no shampoo at all... only conditioners and body shampoos! Shouldn't have they checked that before we checked in?!
Only two really small elevators, so that we had to wait for so long each time, that My sister and I preferred to use the steps like the hotel staff most of the time!
The terrible point was that most of the staff, I can say 80 percent, had no face masks on (unless in the restaurant) even in the elevator which was worrying corona wise!
A few times I found dirty plates and cups in self-service restaurant of the hotel at breakfast!
We got along with all defects at the hotel for three nights and then the worst thing happened to us on our last day stay at the hotel! We had booked a three bed room but when I told them that there was a problem in the restroom (from the first day, each time we took a shower the floor was full of water) they asked us to move to a two bed room in a hurry "in ten minutes" in order to fix the leaking pipe! I told them that we were three people and they said they would add one extra bed to our room... It was 10 a. M! We were about to leave the hotel at 1 p. M and I reminded them at the reception desk to add an extra bed to our room and the receptionist took a note to do that! We got back to the hotel at 10 p.m... still no extra bed in the room! Called the reception, went down to them... each time he said I will sort it out in ten minutes! NOTHING happened and even no reply from them till 11:10 p. M when I was really angry and the receptionist told me they had no bed to add to our room and we could sleep on the sofa although we had paid for three beds!
I wanted to talk to the manager or his boss which he refused to call them... in the end after more than thirteen hours and getting angry with them and going up and down for 1:30 hours... a mattress on the floor for the third person to sleep on!
Such a great five star hotel in Istanbul! :((

Trivago THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER STILL IN CHOCK FROM IT

BOOKED THROUGH TRIVAGO WHO WAS THE MEDIATOR FOR BOOKING.COM
THE EXPERIENCE FROM HELL
I think of what we went through the more I feel I was put in an unsafe situation.

I have traveled many places and never felt so worried and scared or seen a place like this or how everything was handled. I have never felt so unsafe.
THROUGH TRIVAGO AND THEN BOOKING.COM WE BOOKED AN RENTAL at Departamento Alto Moneda located in Santiago De Chile.

If you ever come across this... Run the other way and do not book

We were locked inside an apt me and husband could not get out because the door handle and lock was broken off. We managed to get out with a hidden knife on top of their fridge.

On a 28th floor. A phone that did not worked. An internet they said they had that did not worked. 2 small keys to one of the locks that barely worked with a plastic key chain to lock it from the outside. No way out. We found a very large sharp hidden knife on top of refrigerator and thats how we managed to open the door with much struggle to get out.

The address we were given was not the actual location of the apt they gave us.

The building and less taller building across the street with a guy on the roof top was

NO AC. Windows open. One small fan in the bedroom. The whole place not clean. Filthy bathtub and curtain.

NO internet as they said they had.

I screamed and yelled for help and no one came. When we opened the door we banged on the door across the way. The lady that had given us the key came out and she pretended like she never heard my screaming for help to be let out. Instead she showed us that the key worked on one of the several locks on the door and said that door lock had just broken. Which you could see clearly that was not fresh broken lock.
Another words you can get in but not out.

The whole place and what took place was more than sketchy.
YOU DO THE MATH!
We took an 8 hr flight to Chile and were supposed to visit for the two days and this experience was SO VERY crazy we left right away back to the Airport and got the first flight out back home.

WE ARE STILL CHOCKED AND SCARED FROM THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
NEVER WILL WE RETURN TO CHILE
WE HOLD THESE COMPANIES RESPONSIBLE FOR NOT VERIFYING WHO THEY DO BUSSN. WITH.

THESE BOOKING COMPANIES ARE SENDING TOURIST TO THESE PLACES AND GO BY A COUPLE REVIEWS WHICH ARE PROBABLY DONE BY THEM WHOM ARE NOT GOING TO TELL YOU EXACTLY WHERE ARE YOU SENDING PEOPLE TO WITH HONESTY

IF YOU ARE A BOOKING COMPANY YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR OWN CHECKS IN PLACE TO VERIFY THE LOCATIONS AND SITUATION OF
THE RENTALS YOU PUT OUT THERE. YOU ARE SENDING PEOPLE INTO DANGEROUS SITUATIONS TO MAKE A BUCK.

THIS WAS A HORRIBLE LESSON FOR US AS CONSUMERS. BEWARE OF THE VENDORS AND THEIR SO CALLED REVIEWS,
THESE PEOPLE DO NOT RESEARCH WHO THEY DO BUSSN. WITH.

WE WERE AT THAT PLACE NOT EVEN AN HOUR. THEY CHARGED ME FOR A DAY WHICH IM STILL THINKING OF DISPUTING WITH CARD.

THIS IS SHAMEFUL WHAT HAPPENED TO US AND WORRIED SOME AS WELL

Trivago Hotel Booking

Booked 2 rooms for 2 men through Trivago. Took the cheapest which was Price Line. Had to do a chat to get confirmation & took ages. When 2 men arrived at the hotel in Tobermory there was only 1 room instead if 2 rooms which was stated on confirmation for 2 men. Price Line for some reason on chat said to contact booking. Com. I knew that was wrong. Got back in touch with Trivago who now told me to email Agoda. They say they have no trace if my email address or booking. I require 50% back as only 1 man got accommodation. I have went round in circles and no-one taking the blame. I will not give up. Its bad enough what's happened, but after a hard day's work, it wasn't very nice to be told there was only 1 room & not 2 which was paid for! WANT MY MONEY BACK

.

Desired outcome: Want 50% back of monies

Trivago Debt collection

The company I work for appears to have an unpaid invoice that went to debt collection. Why Trivago wants to collect debt on next year's subscription that they froze already is beyond me, and why they didn't get in touch with us when this occurred instead of passing it to debt collectors, also frustrating. Particularly after all the sales calls that went borderline harassing, they never managed to lift up the phone this time. But this is a business matter, however they passed on my name, as I was the one who dealt with opening up the company's online account, and the debt collector's invoice is titled to me. I never gave my consent to pass on my details, and now I face debt collectors having an unpaid invoice with my name on it. I fear this may cause issues in my personal life, affecting my credit score etc. I made several attempts to get it resolved, however my emails have been ignored for a week and the customer service number had been impossible to get through, I tried several times a day, but the "operators are extremely busy and the queue is too long to hold, please try again later" every single time.

Desired outcome: My name removed from the business invoice and someone to get in touch to take notes of my complain about their customer success services

Trivago Reservation and help center

Dear Sir or Madam

IThis is the first time I book via Trivago, I usually use Booking. I am highly dissatisfied with the help (lack of help) provided by your company.
I made a reservation with a mistake in my dates. This reservation was not refundable. However the mistake I made was regarding the booking dates (I made mistaked 31 of July and 31 of August while searching for the availibility).
This mistake is very unfortunate, and I unfortunately did'nt notice it when booking! This is very unfortunate and can always happen!

There is no one I can actually talk to, except the mail server of your company.
NO HELP DESK! An AUTOMATIC email won't help me!

Desired outcome: I want a change in my booking dates for the actual dates i will be travelling

Trivago advert

I can not believe how demeaning to women I find your current advert. You seem to find it acceptable to portray an older woman with grey hair. Indicating to me that older women have no common sense or media acumen to source a good deal online.
Completely shocking in this day and age. I am a soon to be 51 year old woman in my prime. Completely able to navigate my way around technology and fit and active.
We are not all grey haired and stupid post age 50!
