I was with priority services more than 4years and they taken from me 180000 rupees for member ship fee and they given to me complimentry plot at Mominpet but till now no plot vist yet, even they did not given plot layout i am following very long time so i am much frustrated so decide todo complaint and management very very worst. nobody helping. please take seriuos action on priority services on Hyderabad.

Hello People. I am a normal level headed working guy who fell into Priority LLC's trap. They were promoting themselves by luring customers with a free holiday outside Lulu supermarket. And the promoter very insistently took down my name and number. Then started the vicious cycle. We visited their office to learn more and understood that the holiday come only if u book a package with them minimum spend being 19000 AED. They create an environment of immense pressure not allowing you to take time out to think or consult and lure you with lovely looking pics of marvelous properties across globe claiming that they have tie ups with all of these.
This is all simply a lie. we have the misfortune of being associated with their Dubai branch. They are highly and i emphasize highly unprofessional and have absolutely no work ethics. They will not hesitate to be rude or completely dismissive. they will revert on emails asking for more time and with contact numbers that will be unreachable for months and then those numbers stop working .They will never stop having excuses as to why their numbers are not working! With issues ranging from cable problems or faculty device etc etc etc
They will NEVER repay you or reimburse you and will also NEVER revert to why it takes ages if you ask them. when you finally do get through them they will be very rude and wash their hands of the issue very casually.

I paid AED10, 000/-on APRIL 18, 2015 for 7 days Annual holiday package for 10 years any where in the world 3 to 5 star hotels. In the year 2015 I have used their facility two nights stay in a resort at Kumarakom Kerala. In 2016 I tried to book a hotel in Bangalore but unable to get it. In 2017 I tried to get hotel rooms in Dubai but it was not available. 2018 onwards neither they reply by mail nor they take the phone. Office is closed. Telephone also Dead.

I was trapped in to the clutches of this fraudulent company on 29th january 2016. As many complaints registered here, I was also informed through a mobile phone call that I won a luck dip drawn for a purchase I made at lulu hypermarket, al qusais, dubai. I understood that the call is not from the management of lulu, I told the same to them. Then I recalled, I was asked to fill a coupon by some agencies seen inside lulu. These fraud people really make an impression that they are part of lulu promotion schemes.
I was asked to take my family also to receive the price. When we went to the registered office at prime medical center building, deira, dubai they gave a warm reception and sent a lady by name vineetha who very convincingly presented their program and cleared all our doubts regarding the authenticity and future existance of the company. When ever we asked about company registration and all, ms. Vineetha brought her senior representative who strengthened our faith in them.
In the month of july 2016, we visited goa in india. They booked rooms for us but we were not provided the assured one. The amount of phone calls I made to their office in dubai from india at that time was more than their offer. The person in charge of my booking and all was mr. Sagar lohar, mob. No. [protected].in 2018 my son went twice or thrice to the body & soul in sharjah. Their office was working in february 2018 and I collected the id card to use body &soul gym at sharjah. Two or three times I spoke to mr. Sagar lohar in the said number and he responded to me well. Sharjah body & soul closed their gym at al qasba, as they were shifting their building. After six months, when I learned that body & soul opened their gym at bhuheirah, sharjah, today I visited them. At that time only I came to know that priority international company did not renew their contract with them. I was really upset to hear that. When I searched in google I read all the complaints. I paid aed 14000. It is my hard yearned money that this fraud company had duped. I believe that no one will benefit from such fraudulent activities.

We also got trapped in their brain storming discussion and paid AED 15000/
when asked them to make some hotel booking, they said you can book yourself and we will refund full. Ti date after six months they haven't done that. Also they cannot be contacted anywhere and nobody is answerable.
I went once to see them once, only one guy was there and he promised me that new management has taken over and it will business as usual after few months. But now it seems they have completely closed down with everybody money in their pocket.

This is Kishore. I Purchased the member ship from Priority Services in 2016, I took Three Holidays. 2nd Holiday was Disaster by Hamza. and The 3rd Holiday given by Chandrasekhar, was good service in the month of December 2017.
I got some hope on the company, i have changed my mind set from Policy cancellation to Membership continuation.
But at the moment i was looking for holiday, they are saying, the service will be given from July 2018.
Now i am in confusion, whether the company exists or not.

After brain washing so much v finally booked the membership paying Dhs 12000 only health club mebership provided tumby group that is soul and body. But till date no holiday package confirmed all the time reasons technical issue with portal only possible after 2months of requsted date... its nothing but just to fool us. I have taken membership of priority services through their invitation program at a hotel near cunningham road in April .. I have paid Rs 160000/- for 5 years membership and they had promissed a foriegn tour complementary. But when I tried to book for the tour they refused to book and finally agreed to refund Rs 60000 and holding balance for the membership for 5 years. So far the amount has not been refunded inspite of several reminders/followsups. Most of the time they dont pick up calls and most of the representatives mobile numbers switched off. This is a Fraud company cheating public conducting membership programs in hotels and then vanish. their website mypriorityservices.com is not working now . Your Dubai branch is very unorganized, irresponsible, ill-managed company. Customer satisfaction is of least priority for them. The way your executive Mr Chandrasekhar behave with me is very unprofessional.
For my trip to Dehradun on 21/11/2017, I submit the request on 23/10/2017. Even after chasing Chandrashekhar till 20/11/2017, I didn't got any response from their end. After which I booked the hotel on my own paying a huge amount.
I sent numerous approx 25-30 mails for the same, on which Chandrashekhar said that I have don't work so I keep sending mails.
Even from your Customer Care no one bother to response the emails.

I am krishnan here. I also thought like this before. I was not getting any response from them. But from recent days, PRIORITY SERVICES improving their services, and listening to members. Recently, new customer service number [protected] is the number working properly and taking all issues and solving at the possible earliest. I made booking at BURRACUDA RESORTS and they provided very good stay and i was very much happy. NO PAYMENT ISSUES with hotels also. I appreciate well and i expect the same services in future. Now they are very much patient and polite towards me. And emails also prompt response.

01. we enrolled to M/s Priority Services on 23 Feb 2016, it was
assured that for the enrolled amount Rs 77, 000/-, 0% EMI interest will
be charged. However, 15% Interest is charged on my credit card. I discussed this matter with Priority services customer care, they said that the manager has wrongly committed and for this they assured of compensating by providing package for 3Night/2 days (without any Taxes) in any part of India, to compensate for Interest charged.
02. When i requested for this complimentary package, they said annual maintenance fee Rs 6000/- to be paid now to avail the complimentary offer. Till date i have not used a single facility as part of my membership
At the time of enrollment, your manager assured of returning the membership amount once the service is not satisfied.
Now i am facing a financial crisis and need to submitted by member ship(Even i'm ready sell the membership), Kindly accept the the membership return and pay my amount (Rs 77, 000/-+15% interest) .

Priority services have invited us by using a fraudulent method of saying that we have won a Lucky draw and invited us to collect the same. After we reached there they said they need some time to explain some of their services.
The executives have a pathetic attitude towards customers. They behave as if they are givers and customers are takers. They ask too many irrelevant questions and annoy the customers.
None of the executives can speak proper English. And have a very very bad attitude.
They only beat around the bush and don't waste our precious time. After an hour you will find them giving you a hearty figure to invest for the peanuts that offer on the name of service.
I would personally leave no stone unturned to ban such companies how have no clue how to address the customers

I would like to bring to your notice and consideration that I was called upon for a detailed briefing about the priority services offerings by one of the priority executive. Once I understood the concept of holidays and others services which were conveyed to me by the executive faraz and line manager rahman baig I agreed to avail the membership of priority services and I was very co-operative with the executives until all the formalities were processed and payment was made from my end on the same day of the presentation and they did not allow us to take some time and decide. They created fake environment with all fake offers and mentally torched me and my wife. This happened in the month of dec 2015.
I received my membership card after 2 months of availing the membership, I had planned for a wedding party of my sister in the month of march and wanted to use the banquet/party hall services of priority but due to the delay in providing me the membership card and official confirmation by priority team, I had to unfortunately forgo using the services by priority and had to spend my hard earned money to book another party hall, which is extremely sad considering that I have invested 1 lakh rupees and not able to use the services which were promised to me by priority executives and managers.
Further, I want to mention that I have been cheated by both faraz and rahman baig who had told me several times that my credit card payment will be converted to 36 months of emi without any interest or 0% interest. I had asked both these guys more than 10 times before and after making the payment regarding emi tenure and interest free. These two people promised me that emi will be for 36 months and interest free, however the actual emi is for 24 months with 13+% interest charged every month. I have communicated this to rahman and faraz but they have just given me false hopes and lied every time without any resolution.
I wrote many mails and called multiple times on the priority customer service numbers but no one responded to mails. On the phone I was abused by priority executives faraz, rahman, ram... They said many obscene comments and disconnected my calls without proper response. Now I am trying to call all the customer care and executives numbers but none of them are reachable.
I also want to mention that I have been mentally pressurized and made to feel miserable due to all the events that have happened with me all theae months.
I am now deeply hurt due to the above scenarios and sad to say that I don't even have any confidence and trust towards priority services.
Request the senior management to consider this mail as a top priority and cancel my membership with priority services with immediate effect and return my funds along with the interest amount that is to be paid to the bank.
