I am a 64 year old gal from a small Midwestern community. Since I'm a retired educator, I think in grades. So here is how I graded Israel and his team at Fitness Equipment Broker. Customer Care-A+: Israel took the time to really listen to what I was looking for in a bike. He shared his knowledge and expertise, even when there was a chance I wouldn't be making a purchase. Cost-A+: The cost he quoted was the price I paid. When he said there was no shipping fee or tax, that was absolutely the case. The price was far better than other retailers or local vendors. The Process-A+: Everything worked EXACTLY as Israel described. The bike arrived in less than 3 weeks and was delivered to our home address. Payment went through exactly as he said it would. The Product-A+: This was a great choice for me! Assembly was not difficult for my husband😉. Although he is pretty handy and used his own tools. They are extremely helpful in helping you choose the piece of equipment that would best fit your needs and are very willing to work with in your budget. Because of the pandemic you need to be patient with this shipping time. FEB is very good at keeping you informed about when the equipment is shipped And providing instructions on how to get to the piece of equipment into your house from the drop off site on your property where shipping company leaves it.
