The service was great. Elaine was the one who managed the travel and assigned a driver. Ruben (the driver) provided such an excellent service. He kept updating his travel with my border collie mix. He was also very courteous and cared so much about my dog. The first pet specialist that was assigned for my pet transportation was not a good one. She never picked up my calls or returned my calls either. Then I asked for another specialist, who did a good job. So my suggestion is if you get a pet specialist who provided you with a bad service, don't give up yet. Just ask for another one.

We had a very positive experience with Happy Tails in moving our two cats from Minnesota to Arizona. Kim answered all of our questions, walked us through the process and provided updates leading up to the trip. Matt took great care with Homer and Arnie and delivered them safely to our new home. We received regular updates and photos from the road which put our minds at ease. When we had so many details to work out with the move it was a huge relief to know our boys were in capable, caring hands! We highly recommend Happy Tails and will work with them again if we ever need their services.

We worked with Happy Tails Travel in September to move two dogs from Missouri to Oregon. From my first contact with them until the dogs' arrival, everything went smoothly. Communication was ongoing and responsive. Jason, who traveled with the dogs, sent photos and texts throughout the move. It was obvious how much he enjoys what he does. The flexibility of both Happy Tails administration and Jason, was amazing. Because of the hazardous smoke from the wildfires on the west coast, their flexibility was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend using Happy Tails without hesitation. Your pets will be in excellent and loving hands.

I had the best experience with Happy Tails Pet Travel. We had to have our boxer travel separately as we drove cross country with our other pets during our move. They not only provide a service, they offer a partnership to ensure our loved ones make it back to us safely. Our wonderful and amazing driver, [driver's name], reached out before the trip. She took the time to answer our many questions and shared with us her wealth of knowledge about driving cross country, and kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. I could absolutely trust our boxer was in great hands, and she arrived just as planned. So very grateful for Happy Tails!

We were super nervous about transporting our beloved 49lb French Bulldog, Buster, from California to Texas in the dead of summer. Lots of restrictions on planes and due to time restrictions, we were unable to drive ourselves. I found Happy Tails Travel and they made the entire experience SO easy and straightforward. The driver arrived the day we needed and got Buster to Texas in under three days. It was impressive! The communication was excellent and I knew where Buster was the whole trip. Our driver, Matt, sent lots of photos and updates. Buster arrived happy and rested. We are so grateful to Happy Tails Travel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

We would highly recommend Happy Tails to anyone who needs to transport a pet. Our 8 month old pup had a great cross country adventure! Our travel coordinator (Elaine) helped us prepare for the trip; assigned a world class driver (Jason); monitored the journey and contacted us after the trip to be sure everything worked out as we had hoped. Jason did an amazing job caring for our dog. His communication with us during the journey was outstanding... lots of pictures, funny commentary and even a tracking device so we could follow along the route! A local rescue that I assist in my hometown, New York City, needed to transport a rescue pup all the way to Los Angeles, California. After tons of research, we decided that Happy Tails was the company to trust and they did not disappoint. We were quite nervous to trust such valuable cargo to a stranger, as anyone would be. However, our driver, Sarah, reached out the day before and put all our fears to rest as the owner of the rescue could tell she was a dog person who really knew her stuff. Sarah then went above and beyond during the trip, stopping to get our pup new clothes to handle the elements during their bathroom breaks and walks. We are so glad we went with Happy Tails, they made everything so easy and comfortable. We would recommend them 100%.

We used Happy Tails Travel to transport my three dogs (two seniors and a puggle), three cats (all seniors), and uromastix lizard from Massachusetts to California. From the initial online quote to the delivery of my animals in California, this was a wonderful service. Great communication from all parties involved, the drivers were friendly, animal lovers, punctual, and efficient. We received many updates throughout their trip and could tell the dogs had the time of their lives. The cats also enjoyed lots of love from their driver. I would definitely use this service again in the future if I need to. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this service and strongly recommend it to anyone who needs to transport their animals.

My parents used Happy Tails Travel to transport their two seven month old Bernedoodles from their home in Utah to my home in Georgia. The entire experience was great! Marko was dedicated and responsible and gave such great care to their two very active young puppies. As they were in the process of house training, my mom was concerned about them getting out for frequent potty breaks. Her instructions were followed perfectly, and she appreciated getting numerous pictures and updates during the trip. This was so reassuring—she felt close to them and secure that they were safe and being well cared for. We knew exactly when they were arriving, and they were delivered in excellent condition. We recommend Happy Tails Travel without hesitation to anyone who needs to transport their pets!

We used Happy Tails Travel to relocate a puppy from CT to AR. Admittedly, the cost is not inexpensive for ground transportation, but it was worth every penny. There are many services out there, but none have the history/reputation of Happy Tails - that's what convinced us that quality of service was worth the price. We weren't disappointed. Ruben was fantastic. He called upfront to get preliminary information and answer questions... and really, just put us at ease. Throughout the trip he sent txt updates, pictures, and videos. He also provided us with a daily link to track his live progress via GPS. He arrived on schedule, and our puppy was happy, energetic, and clearly smitten with Ruben! Happy Tail does it right. If you are like us and value the safety and quality treatment of your fur-baby above all else, then don't hesitate to use Happy Tails Travel.

I was moving cross country and the most important thing was moving my dog safely. I did my research and came across Happy Tails, professional from the beginning. Once I decided to trust them with my baby, I was assigned a pet specialist who coordinated everything. Her name was Kim. She was very welcoming and helpful. About a week before Bentley's journey Bentley was assigned a driver. I hit the jackpot with Aaron. Aaron was unbelievable. Super nice, friendly, experienced and loved Bentley. Aaron arrived in CA a couple days before the cross country journey and came over the night before to meet Bentley. They got along so well! Once the journey began Aaron get me updated and sent me tons of pictures. He also sent me a link to track his every move to the minute. I was able to see where Bentley was at all times. Happy Tails is truly amazing and highly recommend them if you are looking to transport your pet. You will not be disappointed! Simply the BEST...

Happy Tails Travels, Inc. should get one million stars. They were very professional from beginning to end. I traveled form New York to North Carolina on March 10th, and here I am stuck in North Carolina over a month later without my cat, Silver, because of the COVID-19 crisis. When I began researching how to get my to North Carolina safe and sound, I came across the Happy Tails Travels website. I like what I saw and decided to contact them. My first contact was with Elaine (Pet Travel Specialist), and she was very respectful and understanding of my and Silver's needs. Elaine was very transparent with costs and procedures. Usually, after first contact, travel plans for your pet is appointed 2 weeks out due to demand, however, I received my pet within 3 days after contact because luckily, there was a driver coming this way from New York. Mark was the driver who picked up Silver, and he kept in contact and sent pictures of my cat to me from the beginning of the trip and every few hours of the trip, keeping me informed on how Silver was doing, and the expected time of arrival down to traffic conditions, Mark was excellent. He shows a true love for animals and empathy toward pet owners. Thank you Happy Tails Travels, and keep up the good work.

We purchased a puppy from a breeder in Florida and had to get him transported back home to Long Island. Although we could've put him on a plane and flown him home ourselves, I had lingering doubts about doïng so. I had a million "what ifs" racing around my head that the thought of flying made me uneasy. What if our plane was delayed and we were stuck on the runway and he peed on the seat or the floor? What if he barked incessantly and disturbed the other passengers? What if he got loose and started biting the seats...or a fellow passenger? What if we couldn't control him? Sure, these all seem far fetched (pun not intended) but since they COULD'VE happened, we ultimately decided against flying. Driving down to FL and back also didn't seem all that fun, so we were over the moon when we found Happy Tails Travel! Elaine took care of the entire process (and was even able to re-schedule the pickup date when the breeder abruptly bumped up his take home date by a week) and took all the stress out of the process. We finally felt good about transporting our little pup home and she made us feel confident in our decision. Our driver Ken was great! He was kind, calm and easy to talk to. He provided pics along the way and let us know what our puppy was up to throughout the day. He also got our boy home the very next day at record speed, which I was so thankful for. I'd definitely use them again, although hopefully we won't have to move anytime soon!

I used Happy Tails Travel to transport my dog by ground from one city to another and had an excellent experience from start to finish. This summer, it was over 100 degrees Fahrenheit, so I couldn't send my dog by plane. I contacted Happy Tails in a bit of a rush just three weeks before my flight. Despite being busy, my travel coordinators Sarah and Emily were able to rapidly get back to me with quotes for ground transport and a confirmation of my desired travel date. Three weeks later, my dog's driver, John, arrived exactly on time early in the morning to take my dog. My dog is very reactive and fearful of people, and he listened exactly to my directions on how to get her used to him. By the time she had to get in the car, she was super comfortable with him. John ensured that all documents regarding pickup were signed, and attached a Tile gps tracker to my dog's collar and helped me set up the Tile app so I could track her location throughout the trip, before heading off. He was also able to take all of my dog's belongings (crate, bed, collars/harnesses, clothes, food, toys, meds, etc.) with him. Throughout the 4-day trip, John sent frequent pictures and texts (3-4 times a day) showing that my dog was comfortable, safe, and being taken out every few hours to relieve herself. She arrived on time, happy and healthy, and none of her belongings were lost. I would highly recommend Happy Tails to anyone planning cross-country transport for their pets, and will definitely be using them again when I need to move next.
