I have been trying to call on the numbers given in the brochure none is working. Need to have correct number of Global Connect Holidays and Club Pvt LTD

Company has shifted it's office in Thane. There is no communication regarding where is the office shifted. Need to know when and where is the new office location. Also, why are the new numbers not updated to the customers.

I took membership in the above mentioned company for a travel package of 5 years. The company regularly keeps shifting their office and numbers which are not notified to the customers. Also, when I contact them all their numbers ate unregistered and mails don't deliver. I have been trying since months to get in touch but unable to as I there is no way to contact them. The website also is unresponsive.

Everyone is posting their problem with Global Connect but no one is taking any action against them, Please share the plan if anyone want initiate the plan, Make a whats up group and bring all then on single platform so that we would be strong.

I paid 81K to get the membership in 2015, recently I have requested for hotel booking in Coorg the response Portal is not working. To be frank they don't have any portal.
Simply they collected the money from us and book the rooms through travel portals like Makemytrip or yatra or Goibibo sites where they find the hotel room charges work of around 1500 this amount they collect from us as maintenance charges.

Do we need to pay them to search the hotel in those sites on behalf of us, I have availed this services twice and both the times I got to know my booking happened through makemytrip portal or yatra.

Literally I was cheated by them I am going to take a legal action against them so I would share the update once I release the legal notice them

I have paid almost 1 lac for the membership, whenever I request for book the rooms for me they make number of stories every time whenever I asked I should inform 30days before, this time I have informed them 45 days before, this time got response is portal is not working.

They don't have any portal to book the rooms, Since we are informing 30days before they go and search the rooms in travel portals and wherever they find cheap price hotels(1500 approx) and they book the room on behalf of us, because we need to pay service charges 1500 to them to get the accommodation. do we need to pay 1 lac to search the portal on behalf of us, we can do better search than them.

Since I have requested accommodation in Coorg hence they are telling stories, accommodation in Coorg is expensive and they don't find hotel within 1500 range hence they said portal is not working, am going to consumer court to file a case and get my money back with interest.

I strongly advice don't take memership in Global connect is a fraud company.

Global Connect Holidays is a fraud Company, thkey called us and offered lucrative packages. We paid them 80000/- for 5 years service. After payment their response was not proper, their mobile numbers were switched of and office was locked.
Means they take money and wind up their business.
I come to know presently they are operating from Thane after closing from Pune and Vashi Office's.

Global Connect Holiday is the fake company. Right now they are fooling people in Thane. Collecting contacts from CinePolis, Vivyana mall.
They would compare them-self with other Holidays company and give low cost packages. Dont fall for Low cost packages. The last trick is that they will offer you to pay half amount, have an experience with Global Connect and then pay the remaining. But guys once you pay the half amount your money is gone.
STAY ALERT
Also do not refer any sites for reviews. Many sites takes money and post good reviews about the company.

My name is Prasad Prakash Musale, Wakad, Pune. My mobile number is [protected] & [protected]. I have received package amount of Rs.25, 000/- for 7 days period from Global Connect Holidays & Club Pvt Ltd on dated 23rd May 2017 on my father Mr.Prakash Musale name. Payment was paid through HDFC Bank credit card on 12 months EMI basis. 1st my installment process was not done. After meet with Mr.Manish, he has completed EMI process.
That time, from HDFC bank told that processing fee will be applicable on this transactions. So Mr.Manish told me that my office will refund this amount & also refund interest which will charge on your basic amount i.e. Rs.25, 000/-.
Last month bank charged processing fee & interest total amount of Rs.600/- in the statement. My payment due date was 02nd Aug.2017.
On dated 23rd of Jul & then 27th Jul 17, I have send my statement copy & my cheque photocopy to Mr. Vikrant (Director of this group) by whats up as per his suggestion. But till today i.e.10/08/2017, I have not received my refund amount. When I was trying to talk with Mr. Vikrant on phone, he was not receiving my phone & daily just give commitment on whats up that today I will transfer refund amount on your bank account.
He told me that if you want to take legal action then go ahead no issue.

Hi Guys, it seems that Global Connect has shut down its services. Phones are not working at their Vashi office or Pune office. Personally went to their office in Vashi and found locked. When checked with watchman, he said that office is closed since last 15days.
Looks like I will have to take legal steps against this fraud company. Please suggest your view.

Global Connect Holidays(CIN No. U63090PN2014PTC151421) is completely fraud company with unprofessional staff below are my suffering story with them.

I went to Inorbit mall Vashi Navi Mumbai with my wife. We were doing shopping in Shoppers Stop. They were providing voucher by saying that Shoppers Stop has launched promotional scheme to win gift voucher. Please fill the form.
After feeling the form actual cheating game begins. Next day they call me sir you have selected for the gift voucher. We have three gifts(Kitchen Set, 6 nights 7 days trip voucher and 10000 off on shopping jewelry from Tara Jewelers) for you. Come with your wife and collect your gift. They told me that their will be 45 session, they will introduction about Global Connect Holidays and their various scheme.

I visited their with my wife. They taken 1.5 hours in Introduction about Global Connect Holidays, their schemes and convincing the customer by doing big fake promises. We did by there membership by paying 70000 which is the biggest mistake of our life. At the time of swapping of card they told me that there will be zero processing fee and zero EMI. But they did not converted my payment into EMI. Now I have convert my Rs. 70000 into EMI for that I have to pay 2 percent processing fee and 12.5 percent interest. Now they are not ready to Convert amount into EMI by saying that "Sir due to technical issue your amount could not be converted into EMI. Convert it into EMI by calling to Bank at your end and we will give you cashback". Which I again a fraud and false commitment. When I did fight with him on call for this issue, they told that this was technical fault etc. I told him about Global Connect Holidays review on MothShut, they told that reviews on MothShut is paid and done by competitors. MothShut is asking 12 lacks to delete the review which is blame on MothShut. When I asked to return the money they told that sir plan your trip, if we will fail to provide you service, we will refund your money.

I planned my Goa trip using Holidays gift voucher(Trip using Holidays gift voucher was Committed by sales representative Mukesh). I did mail to book hotel to customer care, they provided list of cheap hotels(They did promised for good 3 star and 4 star hotel). I doing too many mails and fighting on mail they provided a good hotel. When I replied to book that hotel the booking representative Arosh told that "Sir gift voucher quota is not available till Jun-2017, Use your membership days". I told him that sales representative Mukesh committed for booking using gift voucher. Then Arosh told to me that "I am the person for booking, booking is done by me only. Quota is not available when it will be available, booking will be done only." Talked with me in very rude and unprofessional manner. They even did not told me about quota in gift voucher ever. When I called to sales person Mukesh and asked him about it. He told me nothing I quota like thing in gift voucher. He told me that he will talk with booking department and will resolve the issue. But neither he did resolved the issue nor picking the call now. I am continuously fighting with Arosh and two other sales person Prashant and Shantosh for this .

Guy's Global Connect Holidays is completely fraud company with unprofessional staff. I am suffering from day one after taking membership for each and everything and now fighting daily to return the money.

Hope if Global Connect Holidays will read this review they will refund my money if they have little bit shame.

Member of this holiday co, with membership no.1320. Co. has promised complimentary holidays to Manali, Kerala n Goa for 6 days. For the last many days i have been requesting them to arrange for this trip. But they are informing that 1) facility is sold out in January.2)Informed me to avail in Feb, but quota not released for february.3) Now they have informed that this facility can be availed after last week of March. What exactly is the policy of Co, regarding releasing this facility, which is promised in writing. How can we plan our holidays if timely service is not given?

I got a call from company just to spare 30 minute and collect free gift coupons without any obligation.

They forced me to sit for more than one & half hour. They offered best properties (including country club & mahindra club properties) with ultra luxurious holiday packages. since I was about to visit after 10 days hence i asked them to book my holidays under their scheme.

They send me a list of very regular & budget hotels ( having cost of [protected]/- only). I asked them to change the hotels or refund my money. Neither they changed the hotels nor they refunded my money. They did not replied my any email & telephonic calls.

They proved to a BIG -BIG cheater & fraud company.

I advise all not come in trap of this fraud company.

People, please be aware of the these fake club and it's people they are the biggest frauds with very rude and in-cooperative staff. They sell their membership to my parents by saying that they can book the best wedding halls in Pune whenever my parents would request. Now it's the time we want a wedding hall, we wanted these people to book Maratha Mandir wedding hall one of the Pune's most famous and well maintained wedding Hall. Also we requested them list of halls as the wedding is planned in day time and lawns are useless in our case. So, they started their tantrums by saying they can't book this hall or any other hall in Pune as they are now in process of renewal of their policies and they can book any hall or lawn of our choice from their list only prior one and half month which is impossible in case of wedding. Then they say that we should trust them and try their services first. We received list of hotels from these people after 15 days that too after having continuous follow ups and 1 fight with one of their employee. They shared list of lawns which don't have halls with capacity of~500 people. This was really pathetic and irritating as after telling them so many times and mentioning clearly in several emails that we are looking for wedding halls and not lawns they shared list of lawns with us. Most intolerable part comes now as Global Connect pays only for the hall and not for food, and none of the lawn persons can give you bifurcation of the lawn charges and food charges as they charge you with per person cost including food and other facilities. These Global Connect fake people are not ready to provide us the bifurcation of charges that is the amount Global Connect will pay and the amount we'll have to pay. Again they have very rude, insensitive and in-cooperative Manager named NEHA at Pune Office who was very arrogant and is incapable of handling a customer. God knows who designated her as a manager.

I will tell you my experience in details since the day I took the membership on 1st May 2016. I visited Big Bazar near by my home on 30-Apr-16 and asked to fill a coupon by a sales representative where I provided my phone number. On the very next day, I got a call from global connect that I have won 5 prizes as part of the lucky draw. They said you need to visit global connect pune offices and can collect the prizes after listening a presentation. When asked about the presentation details, they replied we will explain you the use of products being gifted as part of the prizes. When we (me and my wife) went there, it was completely a different scenario where sales executives of global connect tried to sell their services related to tour and travel. We had almost spent three hours and finally they convinced us to take their membership. The most attractive point (on the basis of which we agreed to take membership) is that we can ask them to book a hotel of OUR CHOICE. I even gave an example of booking Taj hotel in Mumbai, they said yes we can definitely book a room in Taj Mumbai. Later on, we asked them to book a hotel in Goa and provided the list of hotels of our choices. Got a reply that we can only book hotels as per their choices (The list provided by them are mostly 3* property). Then the conflict started between us and we visited their offices for the refund of money. They said the money is not refundable and we need to try the service first. I asked to book a hotel in Lonavala for a day from their choices of hotels (As they keep on promising that they do have a list of good properties, we should try their service). The hotel booked in Lonavala was a very average property and it was such low from our expectation that we checked out in a couple of hours. Then onward, I don't have faith that they can server better. I am fighting for my money since then. I forgot to mention that in all these days me and my wife has to follow 100 times for every small thing.

Now, I will give you the logic why it's not worthy to purchase their membership.

Cost of Membership - INR 80k to 1 lakh for 5 years period (they might have charged more or less for some of the members). In a year they provide 6N & 7 Days package, so total 30 nights in 5 years.
Also, member has to pay AMC charge of INR 8000 for 6N & 7D which is 8000/6 = 1333 rs for a day. It will cost you 1333 * 30 = 40000 rs for 5 years membership.
AMC charges is supposed to pay while booking.

Let's assume if you have paid 80k for the membership. Then,

Total cost = Membership Charges + AMC = 80, 000 + 40, 000 = 1, 20, 000 Rs

Day level = 1, 20, 000/30 = 4000 rs.

They usually provide 3* property which doesn't cost more than 4k to 5k for a day. They book trips via goibibo, make my trip, yatra and other big players of the market in bulk amounts and generate enough cashback on each booking. Now if you book your holidays on your own via goibibo/MMT/Yatra, you should be able to generate cashback on each booking and can be used for the next booking which is far cheaper than paying them 80k at one short.

Their package is only helpful for us if they really provide booking in nice 5* hotels (Taj, Leela, etc) which are hard to afford for us. But they don't have tie up with nice hotels and they always force you to go with their low budget hotel.

Also, one point to note here their rating on Mouth shut has gone high because they have purchased the mouth shut subscription and I think they probably can hide or change original reviews and somehow has managed to increase their rating. Their rating was very low (less than 2) a couple of months ago.

In summary - Don't fill up the coupons in big bazar, petrol pump, other places. It's a trap.
People who have already paid, fight back for the refund.

My wife and I were purchasing at Big Bazar, their man gave us card to fill mob.number, for lottery.After a couple of days many calls came saying you
won lottery, do come to collect prize.When we went, they explained about holidays club membership.Verbally told many alluring benefits-(1).If booked on wife's name you get 2 weeks extra stay at 3/ 4/5 star hotels, in addition to 3 weeks for which you pay Rs.1.05 Lakhs.(2) Soon you will be sent Membership Card. (3)If there is any issue of service by Company you will get money back, on prorata basis.(4) You can book Hotel stay, any where in India or abroad, at Hotel of your choice.45 days in advance notice & subject to availability(5)All information on rules of facility, satisfied customers etc. is there on internet, website of Company.(6)All money paid is"Vacation charge NOT REFUNDABLE IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES"but official receipt given is as "Membership fees".I paid Rs.1.05 Lakh but receipt given for Rs.97000/- only.(7) On website so many "feed backs" displayed, but NO BODY'S CONTACT GIVEN.It is all fake info.(8) As I have not enjoyed any services I wrote for REFUND, but no reply.(9) when met PRO, he verbally told, it is not possible to refund.(10) I sent 3 Regd.A.D.letters, no reply.

This company and its manager Mr. Pravin Kamble provides the wrong commitments., though they talk very sweet and seems to be very honest pls do not believe on them.
I was promised that you can start the memebership with very small amount and rest you can pay as per your conviniece.
I took 5 Yrs memebership at 80000/- and paid initial amount of 5000/-/ i was promised that our 18 promotional schemes/benifits will continue and only holiday will start only once you pay the 50%. but when i asked for only two movie ticket i was not informed and when i enquired i was told no facility can be provided unitl you pay 50%.
Its cheat and fraud and wrong commitments
