From what I can gather, Flight Office seems to advertise flights at really cheap prices. However, once you make a booking, they'll give you a call and inform you that the flights you chose are no longer available. Apparently, this happens because the airline forgets to update their website. It's quite frustrating, to be honest. They'll then try to convince you to purchase a different flight instead. I remember telling the person on the phone that I didn't want to continue dealing with them.

I had a really bad experience with Flight Office, or whatever they call themselves now. They used to go by the name Travelopedia, but I guess they thought changing their name would help them escape their shady reputation. Well, let me tell you, these guys are nothing but scammers.

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing Covid situation and the subsequent cancellation of the World Cup, I had to request a refund. Despite Flight Office informing me that a percentage would be deducted from the refund amount, I reluctantly agreed to their terms. Little did I know that this would be the start of a never-ending chase for my money.

For the past six months, I have been relentlessly pursuing Flight Office for my refund. I have reached out to them on a weekly basis, hoping to receive the promised reimbursement. However, my efforts have been in vain. Despite issuing numerous ultimatums, they have failed to fulfill their obligations. It is incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

At this point, I have decided to take legal action against Travelopedia Ltd, the registered name of the company operating as Flight Office. It is my last resort to seek justice and reclaim what is rightfully mine. I cannot stress enough how strongly I discourage anyone from purchasing flights from them. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs.

I went ahead and booked a flight on Turkish Airlines through Flight Office's website for the date of 21/12/2018. However, to my dismay, they ended up canceling my ticket and the airline provided a refund on the 5/11/2018.

To make matters worse, on the 20/12/2018, Flight Office contacted my son and claimed that the flight had been canceled due to technical issues. But let me tell you, that was a blatant lie! I decided to call the airline myself to verify the situation, and they confirmed that the flight had not been canceled by them. It turns out that the travel agent, Flight Office, had intentionally canceled the ticket.

As if that wasn't enough, just 24 hours before the scheduled flight, Flight Office reached out to my son again. This time, they informed him that they would arrange another flight for him, but with different dates. This meant that my son had to sacrifice two precious days of his holiday! It's truly frustrating and disappointing.

I've been trying to seek compensation for this whole ordeal, but all I've received so far are mere apologies with no real action taken. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that seems to prioritize empty apologies over resolving the issue at hand.

To make matters worse, when I checked the Trust Pilot website for reviews, it was flooded with one-star ratings and negative feedback. It seems that Flight Office has a team dedicated to writing fake five-star reviews to deceive potential customers. It's truly disheartening to see such dishonest practices.

This person named Karry helped me out, and I gotta say, they were really good. They managed to get me a price that was even cheaper than what was advertised on their website. Can you believe it? It was a whopping ?164 less than what the airlines themselves were offering. Talk about a steal!

Now, I'm a bit of a cautious person, so I always keep a record of my chats, just in case. And I made sure to confirm the price multiple times to be absolutely sure. Everything checked out, so I went ahead and paid with my credit card. Now, all I had to do was wait for the ticket to arrive.

I gotta be honest, I was a bit worried about the time it would take for the eTicket to come through. It took them about 4 hours, which is why I'm giving them a 4 out of 5 for the time delay. But hey, it eventually arrived, so no harm done. I double-checked the reference number on the airline's booking site, and it was all good. I even got to choose my seats and enter my passenger info and frequent flyer number. Smooth sailing, I tell ya.

All in all, I'm really happy with The Flight Office, and I would definitely use them again in the future. Their service is top-notch, and it's worth mentioning that they're an IATA member, which means they have the authority to issue tickets and provide ATOL protection. So yeah, I highly recommend giving them a shot.

To make matters worse, I started receiving numerous phone calls from a person claiming to be from Flight Office, insisting that my booking needed to be transferred to another date. In order to clarify the situation, I contacted the airline I was supposed to be booked with and inquired about my flight. Surprisingly, they informed me that my information was still pending and no payment had been made. This raised serious doubts about the legitimacy of Flight Office.

What infuriated me the most was the amount of time I had to spend on the phone with Flight Office. They kept insisting that they were not based in England, as they had initially claimed, but rather in India. This inconsistency in their location information only added to my frustration. Furthermore, the person I spoke to, who identified themselves as Mason (although I'm not sure if that's their real name), was extremely rude when I requested a refund for the non-existent flight tickets. They continuously refused to issue a refund for a solid three hours until I finally insisted that they promised to refund me within 24 hours. I am still waiting for that refund, and I must say that this entire experience has been absolutely disgusting, revolting, and incredibly rude.

In my opinion, not only was the flight itself fake, but the entire agency seems to be involved in fraudulent activities. I strongly advise against using Flight Office under any circumstances.

I was lookin for my annual London to Sydney flight home that I book every year for Xmas. I tried all the usual sites, with the airline direct flights bein the most expensive, and all other websites around the same price. I don't know how I came across Flight Office but at first glance I was happy I did. I then thought it must be a con as the prices were hundreds of pounds less than all the other sites (I normally use Skyscanner). I then called and spoke to someone which is always reassuring, in my case Stella. Stella talked me through a number of options, all at prices I couldn't believe. She then emailed me information to confirm all was correct and she booked my flight. I was still astounded by the price, and I did mention this to Stella that I was worried it might be a con. Stella, and her team, kept me involved the whole time between paying and the airline issuing my ticket, they reply to messages / phone calls /emails immediately and above all I got the most direct flight with Qatar(24 hours and my favourite airline), for the same price as a 35 hour flight with United offered on Skyscanner. This particular flight was averaging ?1500+ on other sites, I paid ?1050. I am a frequent flyer and I hope everyone reads this review as I won't be using any other website again for my flights.
