I mean, come on, Mielle Organics, give me something more than that! I even tried calling their 1800 number, but guess what? It don't work! Can you believe it? So, they leave me with no choice but to chat with one of their agents.
But here's the kicker, folks. Every time I try to chat with an agent, they never show up! It's like they're playing hide and seek or something. I mean, what kind of customer service is that? It's downright unprofessional, if you ask me. So, I had enough of their shenanigans and decided to take matters into my own hands.
I reached out to the BBB, you know, the Better Business Bureau, 'cause I felt like this company shouldn't be selling anything online. They're just not cut out for it, folks. They're careless with people's hard-earned money, and that's just not right. I mean, if you can't handle running a website properly, maybe it's time to shut it down, you know what I'm saying?
So, to sum it all up, I strongly advise y'all to steer clear of Mielle Organics. Save yourself the headache and frustration. Trust me, folks, there are plenty of other companies out there that actually know how to handle their business. Don't waste your time and money on these guys. They ain't worth it.
