I used to love all of their products but my last purchased arrived on time, but I noticed my hair thinning out, so I reach out to the company, and they are trying to sell me a dream talking in circle just to avoid giving me a refund. I have currently been on hold for over 30 mins waiting to speak to a supervisor, this is unheard of and absolutely not professional.
I'm done with this company!

I placed an order on November 28, 2023. Order # 2082961 for $114. That may not be much to you people but as a single struggling mom of 4 that is a lot of money wasted. I could have used it for something else, but I used it to buy products from you guys and have not received my stuff yet. then you have a no cancellation policy so when the hell am I going to get my stuff. This is horrible and I know someone can adjust the policy so I can get my money back. I won't buy from you guys anymore, but something has to give. I was lied to when I spoke to the last person who said my order would be shipped the next day. This is really unfair to a paying customer.

I made an online order more than 17 days ago, but guess what? I still haven't received my order! I tried to get in touch with their customer service department, but man, it was a struggle. When you call, you're greeted by an automated message that just keeps going on and on. And don't even get me started on their website's chat bot. It's like talking to a brick wall! No matter what question or statement I typed, it just couldn't understand me.

So, I decided to shoot them an email instead. But all I got was a return email saying that someone would get back to me in 7-10 business days. Seriously? Who has that kind of time to wait around for a response? Not me, that's for sure.

Let me tell you, I am never, ever going to order anything from this company again. This whole experience has been a major letdown. I mean, come on, it's been over 17 days and I still don't have my order. That's just unacceptable. I expected better from Mielle Organics, but they have definitely lost a customer in me.

They're careless with people's hard-earned money, and that's just not right. I mean, if you can't handle running a website properly, maybe it's time to shut it down, you know what I'm saying?

So, to sum it all up, I strongly advise y'all to steer clear of Mielle Organics. Save yourself the headache and frustration. Trust me, folks, there are plenty of other companies out there that actually know how to handle their business. Don't waste your time and money on these guys. They ain't worth it.
