On February 14, a flight for my aunt Peggy and my cousin Tiffany was scheduled to leave from Des Moines, IA and arrive in Washington, DC and then another connecting flight from Washington to Providence. The initial flight was canceled by the airline. This company has given me hell about the money as if it's millions of dollars. They do not care about repeat customers. They only care about what they can make NOW! They say that I am only entitled to the outgoing flight, NOT the return flight because my aunt and cousin did not get on that flight. Yeah, because after hitting a deer, they couldn't be rebooked because they couldnt get to the airport. So because it was canceled, how am I supposed to be responsible for a flight they couldn't make due to the error of the airline? This is bogus and [censored]. I want a full refund. Not this peanuts game they are playing!
