Minehut - my servers

hi! so wen i try to create a server it works perfectly fine no worries about that but when i try to add plugins it says "unknow error occurred" and it dosnt instal plugins its very frustrating i dont think im doing anything rong ive tried new pcs gmail accounts and even had other people try to add plugins but nothing seemed to work this has been happening for the past 1 and a half months and i need help please contact me on dc username ---> NetzyLordonyt

Desired outcome: please tell me wat to do its very frustrating
