Have service with Mint Mobile for over 6 months. I purchased a new iPhone and needed a eSIM to replace the SIM card in my trade in phone. Called support prior purchase and the stated no problem. I am on day 2 and no service as they keep sending stuff to the iPhone with no SIM installed. I ask for a pin to port my number and the refused telling me it takes 24 hours, and they will call me back. That was the 6th or more Mint support people I have talked to in 2 days. It is Sunday tomorrow so good luck with me getting phone service back.
For what it's worth...DO NOT USE MINT MOBILE!
They are totally inept in every aspect of service. I paid for an entire year of cellular service in advance and yet they cut my service off 9 months early!
They have charged my credit card twice for a one time service (over charged) and have after nearly 5 hours, 4-5 Mint representatives, Chat online, they are still unable or unwilling to correct this matter!
I repeat, DO NOT USE MINT MOBILE!
BTW, Mint Mobile is NOT BBB accredited! I wonder why...
