After calling two times trying to get a refund or credit. I wrote a bad review on Mint Mobile. Telling how I ordered 2 sim cards and paying online for 2 lines upfront for 3 months each. But only received one sim card in the mail and activating that one. Thinking after a few days or week I would eventually get the second sim. But No! So I called to get a refund for the one. But I was denied for the refund. I called back to see if they could not refund the money. Could they give me a 3 months credit on the one I did receive and activate. The girl I spoke to put in the request. Within an hour or so I got another e-mail denial for the credit. The reason given a customer has 7 days to activate use and cancel the service. But how can I activate and use the service to try it. If Mint Mobile doesn't send a sim card to activate. So now I am angry and decide to write my experience with Mint Mobile. So that others do not have a similar problem. Within a day or some I get a reply from Mint Mobile apologizing for my bad experience. and told me to call again that it would be fixed. So I called today again. And still got nowhere! I told them I am only asking for a credit on the line I am using from them at this time. Someone from Mint Mobile saw the review and told me to call to fix it. But they said no! No refund or credit. I am out of 50.00 of 3 months service with Mint Mobile. And if I do not get this fixed I will be leaving Mint Mobile when my 3 months is up with them with the one line that I am using. With so many Cell carriers out there. You would think Mint Mobile would like to keep their customers. So Stay away from Mint Mobile cell phone carrier. They will take your money and give you nothing. I can not believe they took my money and will not give me a refund or credit for a sim card I never received. They verified that one line was only activated and used, The other line was never activated or used at all. Just will not give. So Mint Mobile stole my 50.00. So if anyone at Mint Mobile that has any power or cares to make this good please contact me. Stay away from Mint Mobile.
