Misspap Refund Ordeal: Over 6 Weeks of Frustration!
So I made an order with Misspap on the 14th of February and I gotta say they didn't waste any time taking the payment out of my account. But now, here I am on the 28th of March, and I'm just now seeing my refund show up as pending in my PayPal account.
Honestly, it's been an absolute age – we're talking a whopping 6 and a half weeks, to be exact – for me to get my money back from what I can only describe as a terrible experience with this company. It's been such a drawn-out process and I'm just relieved that it looks like it's finally coming to an end. But seriously, it shouldn't take this long to sort out a refund.
Misspap Return Nightmare: Inaccessible and Unaccommodating!
I've had a really frustrating experience with Misspap and I honestly wouldn't recommend purchasing from them. I've been trying to return an item, but it's been impossible to sign into my account. They've moved away from paper forms for returns, which they claim is because of Covid, but it doesn't make sense since they're still handling and packing clothes. I've sent them over 5 emails now, and all they do is ask for screenshots and tell me to print out a return label.
The problem is, I'm currently shielding due to health concerns, and I can't just go out and find a printer since all the non-essential shops are closed. I've explained my situation to them multiple times, but they just won't budge. They refuse to send me a physical return label, which feels pretty unfair. It's like they're taking your money and then making it impossible for you to return items if you don't have access to a printer.
I feel like this isn't right, and it's got to be some kind of violation of consumer rights. They can't just expect everyone to have a printer, especially during these times. I'm really upset about the whole thing and I'm planning on taking this issue up with consumer protection because it just doesn't seem legal to me. They need to be more accommodating, especially under the current circumstances.
Disappointed with Misspap's Premier Shipping & Customer Service
I recently decided to go for the Premier shipping option on Misspap, thinking it would make my shopping experience more convenient. However, I ran into a bit of a snag when I realized I needed to update my email address on my account. To my surprise, I was informed that changing my email was not possible, which seemed a bit odd to me.
I brought up this issue with their customer service team, but I didn't get the impression that they were all that interested in helping me out. The conversation didn't go very well, and one of the responses I got was along the lines of, "Well, at least you've saved on three deliveries," which is a benefit that's supposed to last for a whole year. This response didn't sit well with me, and it's made me reconsider whether I want to continue using the Misspap Premier service. In fact, I'm pretty sure I won't be renewing it once my current subscription runs out.
Moreover, I'm starting to think that I might not even shop with them in the future at all. It just doesn't feel like they prioritize customer service, and to be totally upfront, the quality of the clothes hasn't really blown me away either. They're just not as good as I was expecting, and when you put that together with the lackluster service, it doesn't make for a great shopping experience.
So, I've made the decision to spend my money elsewhere and I would suggest that others consider doing the same. There are plenty of other retailers out there that value their customers and offer better quality merchandise. It's just not worth sticking around with Misspap when there are better options available.
Miss Pap Fashion Frustration: Delivery Delays Dampen Excitement
I decided to give Miss Pap a try after hearing some pretty decent things about their clothing line. I was looking forward to getting my order, but it's been a while now and I'm still waiting. The delay seems to be on the part of the delivery service they've partnered with. They're using UK Mail, and if you have a moment to check out their Twitter handle @officialUKMail, you'll see it's not just me having issues – there's a whole bunch of messed up deliveries being posted about.
As for my own experience, I'm still in the dark about the quality of the clothes since I haven't gotten my hands on them yet. But I can tell you this much, if Miss Pap keeps using UK Mail for their deliveries, I'm not going to be a repeat customer. They claimed they tried to deliver my package, but that's hard to believe. I was home the whole time, waiting, but there was no sign of them. My postbox was empty, my doorbell stayed silent, and there wasn't even a 'delivery attempted' card left behind. Now, they're saying the package is being sent back to the Depot, which just so happens to be in the most out-of-the-way spot in Birmingham.
What's more frustrating is the lack of communication. Neither UK Mail nor Miss Pap have gotten back to me about this whole mess. It's like my order has just vanished into thin air, and no one seems to care enough to help me find it or even explain what's going on. It's really disappointing because I was genuinely excited about trying out their clothes, but this whole situation has left a sour taste in my mouth.
Misspap Sweatpants Review: Poor Quality and Disappointing Service
I recently decided to give Misspap a try and bought three pairs of sweatpants for a total of $70, which I thought was a decent deal at the time. However, I was really disappointed with the quality of the clothes I received. After just one wash on a delicate cycle and making sure to hang dry them, all three pairs were already rough to the touch and had developed huge piles. It was pretty shocking to see how quickly they deteriorated.
I reached out to their customer service to explain the situation and asked if I could return the pants because they were of such poor quality. To my dismay, they flat out refused to take them back. Instead, they offered me a measly $15 credit, claiming that the wear and tear were normal. I couldn't believe it. I even sent them photos of one pair of pants that had threads coming loose right out of the package, but they didn't budge on their decision.
Honestly, I would strongly advise against buying clothes from Misspap. It feels like I've just thrown my money away. These clothes are not going to last; they're already falling apart and it's barely been a month. Looking back, I really regret not investing that $70 in a single, higher-quality pair of sweatpants from a more reputable brand. At least then I'd have something durable that could last me for years, instead of these subpar pants that won't even make it through a season. It's a lesson learned the hard way – sometimes it's worth paying a bit more for something that won't let you down so quickly.
Disappointing Service at Misspap: Wrong Size Sent, No Helpful Resolution
I had a pretty frustrating experience with an order I made on Misspap's site recently. I was looking forward to getting a great deal on a sale item, but when the package arrived, it turned out they'd sent me the wrong size. This was a big problem for me because I had travel plans coming up soon and I really needed that item. I thought the best solution would be to get a quick refund or maybe they could send the right size with next-day shipping, since the mistake wasn't mine to begin with.
But when I got in touch with their customer service, they weren't very helpful. They told me I had to go and return the item myself at the nearest post office. That's easier said than done for me because I don't have a car, and it would mean spending extra money on travel that I just can't afford right now. I was pretty upset that they didn't offer any kind of refund or even to send the right item without making me go through all that hassle. They just stuck to their policy, saying I had to return the wrong item before they'd do anything else.
Now I'm stuck with something I can't wear and I'll probably just end up giving it to charity. Plus, I'm out of pocket because of their mistake. To make matters worse, when I checked the website, the correct size wasn't even available anymore. It seems like they sent me a size 14 instead of the size 6 I ordered, maybe because they ran out and thought it would be an okay replacement? But it's not okay, it's a huge difference in size and it's not what I ordered at all.
This whole thing has really put me off shopping with Misspap. Their customer service just didn't show any willingness to work with me on fixing the problem. It's made me lose trust in their brand, and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. It's a shame because it's important for a company to get customer service right, especially when they're trying to save money. I hope they take this feedback on board and make some changes so that other customers don't have to go through what I did.
Misspap Disappointment: Poor Quality, Misleading Sizes, and Costly Returns
After my recent experience with Misspap, I've come to the conclusion that their focus isn't on providing quality materials or being a trustworthy brand. I spent a good chunk of change, around £130, which is a lot more when you convert it to euros. Naturally, when you're shelling out that kind of money, you expect to get your money's worth. But what I got was a complete letdown. My order arrived in two separate packages, both in terrible condition. The bags were torn to shreds, and the box containing the boots was also damaged. Some of the clothes had even fallen out of their bags and were all crumpled up. Despite this, I was still eager to try on my new finds, so I didn't make a big deal out of the packaging at the time.
However, as I started trying on the clothes, I quickly realized that the items looked NOTHING like their pictures online. I kept comparing what I was holding to the photos, half-convinced I'd been duped by some fake Misspap site. But no, it was the real deal. The boots, labeled size 6, were so tight they practically cut off my circulation. The black knitted midaxi dress was made from this super thin, cheap material that didn't match the picture at all. The jeans I got were a much darker shade than what I'd ordered. And the ribbed underboob top that I got in a size 14, to accommodate my larger chest, could've passed for a size 6! The size 8 sweatshirt I ordered was not only poor quality but also had a hole right in the middle, which definitely wasn't shown in the pictures. The satin dress was way too large for a size 10, and don't even get me started on the front seamed tights... they were a complete mismatch from the product photo.
I was in total disbelief, feeling like I'd just thrown my money away. And indeed, I had. Out of the 12 items I ordered, I only ended up keeping 5 and decided to return the rest, which were worth about £60. But when I got to the post office, I was floored by the return shipping cost – 55 euros from Greece, for items worth just £60! I reached out to Misspap via direct message, and they admitted that the cost seemed excessive and suggested I check their returns portal and all that. I even asked if they could cover at least half the postage since they agreed it was too much. But nope, they just kept repeating that I had to pay for the return shipping myself. I get that, but 55 euros is just ridiculous, especially for the quality of the items I received!
No decent company should make their customers feel powerless over their own money. No company should charge 55 euros to return £60 worth of clothes. A good company would step up and help a customer out when something feels this unfair. I'm not made of money, and I can't justify throwing it away like this. So I'm writing this review to warn others – think twice before ordering from Misspap. Their customer service was unhelpful and offered no real solutions. It seems like all they care about is making a profit, even if it means scamming their customers with low-quality fashion. If you want a hassle-free return process, you're better off not dealing with this company at all. Now I'm stuck with clothes I don't want because I can't afford to spend another 55 euros on top of a £130 order.
